技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种精确测量热障涂层中应力的涂层,属于新型涂层结构及应力测量方法领域,可广泛应用于涂层的应力测量。
背景技术
随着航空燃气发动机向高流量比、高推重比方向发展,现有金属材料的单独使用已经不能满足燃烧室的燃气温度和压力的设计及使用要求。采用热障涂层(thermal barrier coatings,TBCs)可以使高温合金叶片在更高的温度下工作。热障涂层不仅具有良好的隔热效果,同时还可以提高发动机的工作温度和部件的抗腐蚀能力,延长热端部件的使用寿命。热障涂层技术已成为未来涡轮发动机热端部件高温防护涂层技术的发展方向。然而,在热障涂层服役过程中,在粘结层与陶瓷层之间会形成一层Al2O3保护层(TGO层),从而能够起到保护,随着时间的延长,TGO层不断增厚,涂层中产生巨大的热应力,当热应力达到一定程度,导致涂层剥落,涂层的剥落会对叶片产生巨大的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够方便精确测量热障涂层中应力的涂层。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种精确测量热障涂层中应力的涂层,包括高温合金层,所述的高温合金层上涂附有粘结层,粘结层上涂附有压电陶瓷薄膜,在压电陶瓷薄膜上涂附有陶瓷层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:利用此种结构可精确的测量出热障涂层中应力的大小,从而能够预测出涂层的寿命,能够及时更换热障涂层,降低安全事故问题。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示一种精确测量热障涂层中应力的涂层,包括高温合金层1,所述的高温合金层1上涂附有粘结层2,粘结层2上涂附有压电陶瓷薄膜3,在压电陶瓷薄膜3上涂附有陶瓷层4;所述的粘结层2采用的是MCrAlY粘结层;所述的MCrAlY粘结层由于长期使用经过氧化形成Al2O3保护层5;所述的压电陶瓷薄膜3采用的是PZT压电陶瓷薄膜;所述的陶瓷层4采用的是YSZ陶瓷层。
下面结合本实用新型的实施例进一步说明。
1.样品基材高温合金GH33。采用电子束物理气相沉积技术制备60μm厚度的MCrAlY粘结层,10μm厚度的PZT压电陶瓷层,100μm厚度的YSZ陶瓷层,沉积时所用工艺如表1所示,沉积之后通过合适的处理。在高温下进行热循环,循环一定次数后,采用交流阻抗谱进行测量,从而精确测量出涂层中的应力情况。

2.样品基材高温合金GH33。采用等离子喷涂技术制备60μm厚度的MCrAlY粘结层,10μm厚度的PZT压电陶瓷层,100μm厚度的YSZ陶瓷层,喷涂时所用工艺如表2所示,喷涂之后通过合适的处理。在高温下进行热循环,循环一定次数后,采用交流阻抗谱进行测量,从而精确测量出涂层中的应力情况。
