Abstract
腔内装置のための複合織物を提供する。
【解決手段】
インプラント可能な医学的装置のための低収縮性織物は、第1の方向に配列される複合糸の複数の繊維ストランドを含み、前記繊維ストランドは第2の方向に配列される前記複合糸の複数の繊維ストランドで織られる。前記複合糸が第1の材料及び第2の材料を含む。前記繊維ストランドは約10デニールから約20デニールのサイズを持つ。前記第1の材料は、前記第2の材料とは、少なくとも1つの性質が異なり、前記第2の材料は血管内に配置される際に血液と好ましく反応するものである。

Claims (20)
- 低収縮性インプラント可能な医学的装置のための複合織物であり:第1の方向に配列される第1の材料の複数の繊維ストランドを含み、前記複数の繊維ストランドが第2の材料の複数の繊維ストランドと組み合わされ、前記繊維ストランドが、約10デニールと約20デニールとの間のサイズであり、前記第1の材料が、前記第2の材料と少なくとも1つの性質が異なる、複合織物。
- 請求項1に記載の複合織物であり、前記第1の方向に配列される前記糸が縦糸を含み、及び前記第2の方向に配列される前記糸が横糸を含む、複合織物。
- 請求項2に記載の複合織物であり、前記第2の材料が、約50及び約300の間の横糸/インチ及び50及び300の間の縦糸/インチを含む、複合織物。
- 請求項1に記載の複合織物であり、前記第1及び第2の材料がポリマーを含む、複合織物。
- 請求項4に記載の複合織物であり、前記第1の材料が超高分子量ポリエチレン及び前記第2の材料がポリエチレンテレフタレートを含む、複合織物。
- 請求項1に記載の複合織物であり、前記織物が約3及び約500の間のピックカウントを持つ、複合織物。
- 請求項1に記載の複合織物であり、前記織物が、平織、バスケット織、横畝織、リブ織、ツイル織、レノ織、モックレノ織、サテン織、二重織又はそれらの変法織を含む群から選択される織方を含む、複合織物。

- 請求項11に記載の複合織物であり、前記織物が約3及び約500のピックカウントを持つ、複合織物。
- 請求項11に記載の複合織物であり、前記ポリエステル繊維ストランド及び前記ポリエチレン繊維ストランドが、20デニールのサイズを持つ、複合織物。
- 請求項11に記載の複合織物であり、前記第1の方向に配列される前記ポリエチレン繊維ストランドが、前記第2の方向に配列される少なくとも2つのポリエステル繊維ストランドのストランド1つの浮きを持つ、複合織物。
- インプラント可能な医学的装置のための複合織物の製造方法であり、前記方法が:
第1の方向に配列される第1の材料の複数の繊維ストランドを準備し;及び
第2の方向に配列される第2の材料の複数の繊維ストランドを準備し;さらに
前記繊維ストランドを織物に織るステップを含み、前記繊維ストランドが約10デニール及び約20デニールの間のサイズを持つ、方法。 - 請求項16に記載の方法であり、前記第1の方向の前記繊維ストランドの少なくとも1つが、前記第2の方向での少なくとも2つの繊維ストランドの少なくとも1つの浮きを持つ、方法。
