操作杆41bの押し出し量を二段にしてもよいが、図8に示した例は連結アーム41dから障子側の連結ピン41gを外してさらに大きく片開きした例である。
図11は上記とは反対側に障子を片開きした例を示し、操作は上記と逆になるだけなので、詳細な説明は省略する。
この場合には片開きの開き角度はスライダー61,62の最大スライド量にて定まる。
