Abstract
【解決手段】海水から生物有機体を除去する少なくとも1つの湾曲構造104を含む流体力学的分離器50を有するシステムを含み、このような構造は、未処理の海水の供給源と有効に接続される注入口102、および事前処理された流出液を下流のろ過システムへ流すように、かつ廃液を除去するように動作する分岐した放出口106を有する。このようなデバイスを実現するための、種々の流体構造、実装および選択された製作技術が、1つだけの構成であってもスタック型構成であっても、および/または束状の並列構成であっても提供される。

Claims (10)
- 未処理の海水の供給源から生物有機部材を除去する海水事前処理システムであって、
未処理の海水を受ける少なくとも1つの注入口と、
前記未処理の海水から生物有機部材を除去するモジュールであって、処理された流出液を下流のろ過システムへ流すように、かつ廃液を除去するように動作する分岐した放出口へ導く湾曲構成を有する少なくとも1つの分離器モジュール、を含む非膜流体力学的分離器ユニットと、を含み、
前記事前処理された流出液流は、凝固剤および/または凝集剤を使用せずに、前記未処理の海水内に含まれる生物有機部材の量のうちの10%未満を含む、システム。 - 前記システムは、凝固剤および凝集剤のうちの少なくとも1つの供給源をさらに含み、前記処理された流出液流は、1%未満の残留生物有機部材を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記生物有機部材は、植物プランクトン、藻類、珪藻、海水有機体、およびTEPを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記分離器モジュールの湾曲構成は、前記湾曲構成の直径に沿った角距離のうち、180度と360度との間にわたる少なくとも1つの湾曲部分を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体力学的分離器ユニットは、前記モジュールが互いに並列であるように、かつすべての前記モジュールが前記注入口に有効に接続されるように、スタック型に形成された、複数の湾曲粒子分離モジュールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、陸上または沖合のろ過システム用の事前処理システムとして実装することができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 海水ろ過システムの耐用年数を引き延ばす方法であって、
未処理の海水の供給源から生物有機体を除去する流体力学的事前処理分離システムを設けるステップと、
前記流体力学的事前処理分離システムの中で、前記未処理の海水を循環させて、流出液流および廃液流にするステップと、
前記流出液流を、前記流体力学的事前処理分離システムの下流にある前記海水ろ過システムへ流すステップと、
前記流出液流をろ過して、残存する廃液を除去するステップと、を含み、
前記流体力学的事前処理分離システムは、前記流出液を前記海水ろ過システムへ流す前に、前記未処理の海水内に混入した生物有機体のうちの少なくとも90%を除去し、
前記流体力学的事前処理分離システムは、
未処理の海水を受ける少なくとも1つの注入口と、
前記未処理の海水から生物有機部材を除去する分離器ユニットであって、前記流出液流および前記廃液流にするための分岐した放出口へ導く湾曲構成を有する少なくとも1つのモジュールを含む、非膜流体力学的分離器ユニットと、を含む、方法。 - 前記流体力学的事前処理分離システムによって除去される微小有機体は、細胞破壊を受けず、損傷を受けず実用的な前記未処理の海水の供給源へ戻される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 海洋有機体が、従来の吸入口スクリーンに対して、流体の速度および力によって捕捉されるときに生じる衝突現象を最小化する機構であって、未処理の海水を受ける少なくとも1つの注入口と、流体力学に基づいて、未処理の海水から生物有機部材を除去する分離器ユニットであって、少なくとも1つのモジュールを含む非ろ過障壁流体力学的分離器ユニットとを含む、非ろ過流体力学的事前処理分離システムを含み、前記モジュールは、前記モジュール内部で海洋有機体を帯状に濃縮させる湾曲構成を有し、凝縮した海洋有機体は廃液流の一部として前記システムから除去され、それによって細胞破壊および有害な毒素の放出または前記未処理の海水の環境への副作用をなくす、機構。
- 前記分離器ユニット内部の前記帯状は少なくとも流出液流を含み、前記流出液流は、前記分離器ユニットから除去されるときに、凝固剤および/または凝集剤を使用せずに、前記未処理の海水内に含有される生物有機部材の量のうちの10%未満を含有する、請求項9に記載の機構。
