PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desirable fixing method of an LED light-emitting element to an exterior tube.SOLUTION: The lighting system 1 is provided with a cylindrical exterior tube 10, a light-emitting element 14 and a fixing member 13. The light-emitting element 14 is arranged inside the exterior tube 10. THe light-emitting element 14 includes a substrate 15, and a plurality of LEDs 17 linearly arranged on the substrate 15. The fixing member 13 includes a spring part 13a and a support part 13b. The spring part 13a is made of an elastic body. The spring part 13a is arranged in the exterior tube 10 in a tapered state. The support part 13b is connected with the spring part 13a. The support part 13b supports the light-emitting element 14.
