In recent years, lighting components (hereinafter referred to as LED lighting) using a light emitting diode (LED) element as a light source have begun to spread. LED lighting is a lighting component in which a plurality of LED elements are arranged on a substrate. LED lighting has a feature that it consumes less power and has a longer life than fluorescent lamps, and is attracting attention as a light source that replaces fluorescent lamps. In particular, in a housing complex such as a condominium, since a plurality of lighting devices are installed in a common corridor or the like, there is an increasing need to use LED lighting having the characteristics described above. In recent years, not only installing a lighting device using LED lighting in advance in a newly built apartment building, but also replacing a lighting device using LED lighting in an apartment building that already has a lighting device using a fluorescent lamp. Has increased.

However, the conventional lighting device is configured as a unit product in which the lighting component and the cover member are assembled to the base member. When the lighting device is replaced with a lighting device having LED lighting, it has to be replaced in units. Therefore, when replacing the lighting device, all the old lighting devices must be removed from the ceiling, and the lighting device having LED lighting must be attached to the removed space, which increases the cost of replacing the lighting device. There was a problem that. This problem has been a big problem particularly in apartment houses where a plurality of lighting devices are installed.

In recent years, environmental issues have been regarded as important, and it is preferable to use reusable parts as they are from the viewpoint of effectively using resources. However, since conventional lighting devices are replaced in units, including reusable parts, and are all discarded, it is difficult to say that they are environmentally friendly by making effective use of resources.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and it is possible to reduce the cost at the time of replacement, and to effectively use resources and consider the environment, and the lighting component. An object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device provided.

Since the lighting component according to the present invention is configured such that the light emitting member can be retrofitted to the existing base member, the cost for replacing the existing lighting component with a light emitting member having a light source composed of LED elements is greatly reduced. It becomes possible. In addition, the lighting component according to the present invention enables effective use of resources by making only the lighting component replaceable, and it is possible to consider environmental issues that have been regarded as important in recent years.
In addition, the illumination component according to the present invention has a tilt adjusting unit that can adjust the tilt of the light emitting member with respect to the horizontal direction, so that it is possible to arbitrarily adjust the place to be brightly illuminated. Therefore, the illumination component according to the present invention can illuminate an appropriate place and illuminate even when highly directional light is emitted from the light source.
Moreover, since the space part is formed between the base member and the light emitting member, the lighting component according to the present invention is not affected by the shape of the base member. Therefore, even if the shape of the base member is changed due to the manufacturer of the lighting device or the manufacturing time, the lighting component can be easily attached to the base member, and the lighting component can be made versatile. It becomes possible.
In the illumination component according to the present invention, the attachment member is attached to the illumination component attachment portion of the base member, the attachment member is provided with an attachment seat, and the light emitting member is attached to the attachment seat via the spacer member. Since it is fixed, the mounting seat can absorb the influence caused by the difference in the position and number of the lighting component mounting portions due to the difference in the specifications of the base member. Therefore, the size and shape of the light emitting member, the mounting position of the spacer member, and the like can be made common, and the manufacturing cost at the time of manufacturing the lighting component can be greatly reduced.

The attachment member 14 is a screw member formed so that one end portion 14 a is inserted into the attachment member insertion hole 18 and the other end portion 14 b is inserted and fixed to the illumination component attachment portion 6 formed in the base member 2. In the present embodiment, two mounting members 14 are used, and each one end portion 14a is inserted into the mounting member insertion hole 18 of the mounting seat 13, fixed by the nut member 14c, and each other end portion 14b. Is inserted and fixed in the lighting component mounting portion 6. Thus, by providing the attachment member 14 between the base member 2 and the attachment seat 13, a space 22 (see FIG. 3) is formed between the base member 2 and the attachment seat 13. The space 22 is formed so that the illumination component 3 is not affected by the difference in the shape of the ceiling surface 2a of the base member 2, and in this embodiment, the mounting seat 13 is the base member 2. It forms so that it may become a position which does not interfere with the protrusion part 7 currently formed in this. The size and shape of the space portion 22 are not limited to those in the present embodiment, and any type of space portion 22 can be used as long as the protrusion portion 7 of the base member 2 and the mounting seat 13 can be prevented from interfering with each other. It may be a thing. Moreover, when the level | step difference is formed in the ceiling surface 2a of the base member 2, the space part 22 of the grade which becomes the position which the attachment seat 13 does not receive the influence by this level | step difference should just be formed.

The inclination adjusting member 15 is for adjusting the inclination of the light emitting member 11 with respect to the horizontal direction, and is provided with screw members 15a provided at three positions with respect to the mounting seat 13, and nut members screwed into the screw members 15a. 15b. When the screw member 15 a is attached to the attachment seat 13 attached to the base member 2 via the attachment member 14, the screw member 15 a has a length that allows at least the tip to come into contact with the lower surface of the base member 2. The screw member 15 a is fixedly attached to the mounting seat 13 by inserting the position adjusting hole 20 from below the mounting seat 13 and screwing the nut member 15 b from the tip. The tip of the screw member 15a is normally in contact with the ceiling surface 2a of the base member 2, and the inclination of the mounting seat 13 is arbitrarily adjusted by moving the nut member 15b in the vertical direction within the space portion 21. Be able to. In the present embodiment, since the position adjusting hole 20 of the mounting seat 13 is a straight hole, the inclination adjusting member 15 is composed of the screw member 15a and the nut member 15b, but the position adjusting hole 20 is a screw hole. As an alternative, the screw member 15a may be used alone. In this case, it is preferable to use a screw member 15 a longer than the distance from the lower surface of the base member 2 to the mounting seat 13.

The lighting component 3 configured in this manner can be retrofitted to the base member 2. For example, an old lighting component and a cover member 4 are removed from an existing lighting device in a common hallway of an apartment, and the base member 2 is left on the ceiling, and the lighting component 3 of the present embodiment is attached to the base member 2. By attaching the cover member 4, it is possible to replace only the lighting component 3 while leaving the base member 2 and the cover member 4 that can be reused.

Hereinafter, a procedure for replacing the illumination component 3 will be described. First, the cover member 4 is removed from the illumination device for replacing the illumination component, and then the old illumination component (for example, one using a fluorescent lamp) is removed from the base member 2. The illuminating device 1 will be in the state in which only the base member 2 was installed by removing an old illumination component.

Next, the attachment member 14 is attached and fixed to the lighting component attachment portions 6 formed at two locations of the base member 2. In the present embodiment, the lighting component mounting portion 6 is a screw hole, and the mounting member 14 is formed of a screw member. Therefore, the mounting member 14 is fixed by being screwed to the lighting component mounting portion 6.

Next, the mounting seat 13 is prepared, and the screw member 15a is inserted through the position adjustment holes 20 formed at three positions of the mounting seat 13. Further, the nut member 15 b is screwed from the tip of the screw member 15 a to temporarily fix the screw member in the position adjusting hole 20 of the mounting seat 13. The screw member 15a at this time may be fixed to the mounting seat 13 or may be loosely fitted.

Next, the attachment seat 13 is attached to the base member 2 via the attachment member 14. In this case, one end of the attachment member 14 is inserted into the attachment member insertion hole 18 formed in the base member 2. At this time, depending on the base member 2, the position of the illumination component mounting portion 6 may be different. In this case, adjustment is performed while moving the attachment members 14 in the long holes so that the two attachment members 14 are inserted into the respective attachment member insertion holes 18. After the attachment member 14 is inserted into the attachment member insertion hole 18 in this way, the nut member is further screwed into the attachment member 14.

Next, the nut member 15 b is moved in a direction approaching the mounting seat 13 while the tip of the screw member 15 a temporarily fixed to each position adjusting hole 20 is in contact with the lower surface of the base member 2. Then, after bringing the three nut members 15b into contact with the mounting seat 13, the position of the mounting seat 13 is adjusted to be horizontal while rotating the nut member 15b in an arbitrary direction. As a result, the mounting seat 13 is fixedly attached to the base member 2, and a space 22 is formed between the base member 2 and the mounting seat 13. By forming the space 22, it is possible to prevent the protrusion 7 formed on the base member 2 and the mounting seat 13 from interfering with each other.

Next, the spacer member 12 is attached and fixed to the attachment seat 13. In this case, the other end portion 12 b of the spacer member 12 is inserted into the spacer member insertion hole 19 from the lower surface side of the mounting seat 13. The spacer member 12 is inserted until the step formed at the boundary between the other end portion 12b and the central portion 12c contacts the mounting seat 13, and the fastening member 12d is screwed from the tip of the other end portion 12b to be screwed. The

Next, the one end portion 12 a of the spacer member 12 is inserted into the through hole 16 formed in the light emitting member 11, and the light emitting member 11 is attached and fixed to the spacer member 12. The light emitting member 11 is inserted through the spacer member 12 until the light emitting member 11 comes into contact with the step formed at the boundary between the one end portion 12a and the central portion 12c of the spacer member 12, and the fastening member 17 is screwed from the tip of the one end portion 12a. Screw together. As a result, the light emitting member 11 is attached and fixed to the base member 2. At this time, a space 23 is formed between the light emitting member 11 and the base member 2. By forming the space 23, not only the above-described interference with the protrusion 7 of the base member 2, but also the interference with various nut members 14c used when fixing the mounting member 14 or the like to the mounting seat 13 is achieved. Can also be prevented. Further, the base member 2 attached and fixed to the base member 2 in this way is attached so that the mounting seat 13 is positioned horizontally, and the spacer members 12 are all formed in the same shape. Installed horizontally. Next, the wiring member (not shown) of the light emitting member 11 is connected, the cover member 4 is attached and fixed to the base member 2, and the lighting device 1 to which the lighting component 3 of the present embodiment is retrofitted is assembled.

As described above, the illumination component 3 according to the present embodiment can be retrofitted to the existing base member 2. Therefore, among the members used in the existing lighting device 1, the base member 2 and the cover member 4 are reused, and only the lighting component 3 is replaced to replace the LED lighting with high brightness and low power. be able to. Therefore, according to the lighting component 3 of the present embodiment, it is possible to effectively use resources, and it is possible to consider environmental problems that have been regarded as important in recent years. Moreover, since the illumination component 3 of this Embodiment has the inclination adjustment member 15, when using highly directional LED illumination, by adjusting the angle with respect to the horizontal direction of the light emission member 3, The appropriate place can be illuminated more brightly.

In the lighting component 3 of the present embodiment, a space 22 is formed between the base member 2 and the light emitting member 11, and a space 23 is also formed between the base member 2 and the mounting seat 13. Therefore, no matter what shape the base member 2 has, the influence of the lighting component 3 due to this shape can be absorbed. Therefore, according to the lighting component 3 of the present embodiment, the lighting component 3 can be mounted and fixed without being affected by the shape of the base member 2, and the lighting component 3 can be provided with versatility. Moreover, the illumination component 3 of this Embodiment can make it easy to carry out wiring by forming the space 23. FIG. Therefore, according to the lighting component 3 of the present embodiment, it is possible to improve workability when the lighting component 3 is retrofitted to the existing base member 2.

Further, in the illumination component of the present embodiment, the attachment member 14 is attached to the illumination component attachment portion 6 of the base member 2, the attachment member 13 is provided on the attachment member 14, and the spacer member is provided with respect to the attachment seat 13. Since the light emitting member 11 is attached and fixed via 12, the influence due to the difference in the position and number of the lighting component attachment portions 6 due to the difference in specifications of the base member 2 can be absorbed by the attachment seat 13. Therefore, the light emitting member 11 and the spacer member 12 can be used as general-purpose products, and the manufacturing cost of the lighting component 3 can be significantly reduced. Moreover, since the illumination component of this Embodiment uses the light emitting member which used LED as the light source, even if the position of the height direction of a light emitting member changes by the difference in the specification of the base member 2, light irradiation It is possible to illuminate brightly with a predetermined illuminance without changing the range.

Next, another embodiment of the illumination component will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about another form of this Embodiment, description is abbreviate | omitted about the location similar to what was already demonstrated, and the code | symbol is also the same. The illumination component of this embodiment is characterized in that the spacer member has an adjustment mechanism capable of adjusting the mounting position in the height direction of the substrate 11b.

As shown in FIG. 4, the spacer member 32 of the lighting component 31 of the present embodiment is formed by a rod-shaped member having a thread formed on one end 32 a and the other end 32 b. The central part 32c formed between the one end part 32a and the other end part 32b is formed so that the outer diameter is larger than the outer diameters of the one end part 32a and the other end part 32b. Steps are formed at the boundary between the central portion 32c and at the boundary between the other end portion 32b and the central portion 32c. The step formed at the boundary between the one end portion 12 a and the central portion 12 c is for use in positioning the light emitting member 11. Further, the spacer member 32 of the present embodiment is formed such that the length of the one end portion 32a is longer than the length of either the other end portion 32b or the central portion 32c. In addition, the light emitting member 11 is fixedly attached to the substrate 11b by the nut member 33 provided on the upper side with respect to the substrate 11b and the fastening member 17 provided on the lower side with respect to the substrate 11b. Yes. In addition, the spacer member 32 may integrally form the one end portion 32a, the other end portion 32b, and the central portion 32c, or may be formed by another member. For example, a spacer may be inserted into a screw member constituting the one end portion 32a and the other end portion 32b so that the spacer functions as the central portion 32c, or a screw member constituting the one end portion 32a The spacer member 32 may be configured by, for example, screwing each of the screw members constituting the other end portion 32b with the spacer constituting the central portion 32c. Moreover, you may comprise the spacer member 32 by methods other than these.

Next, a method for attaching the light emitting member 11 to the spacer member 32 will be described. In this description, since the method until the mounting seat 13 is attached to the base member 2 is the same as that described above, the description of the method so far is omitted.

First, the spacer member 32 is attached and fixed to the attachment seat 13 attached to the base member 2. In this case, the other end portion 32b of the spacer member 32 is inserted into the spacer member insertion hole 19 from the lower surface side of the mounting seat. The spacer member 32 is inserted until the step formed at the boundary between the other end portion 32b and the central portion 32c contacts the mounting seat 13, and the fastening member 12d is screwed from the tip of the other end portion 32b to be screwed. The

Next, the nut member 33 is screwed from the tip of the one end portion 32 a of the spacer member 32. This nut member 33 is for adjusting the height position of the board | substrate 11b of the light emitting member 11 attached later, and attaching and fixing this board | substrate 11b. Next, one end portion 32 a of the spacer member 32 is inserted into the through hole 16 formed in the light emitting member 11, and the light emitting member 11 is attached and fixed to the spacer member 32. The light emitting member 11 is inserted through the spacer member 32 until the nut member 33 screwed first with respect to the one end portion 32a contacts the upper surface of the substrate 11b, and the fastening member 17 is screwed from the tip end of the one end portion 32a. And screw it. At this time, the position in the height direction where the board 11b is attached by the nut member 33 is determined in advance, and the upper surface of the board 11b and the lower surface of the nut member 33 are brought into contact with each other, and are screwed with the fastening member 17. The mounting position in the height direction of the substrate 11b is determined. Then, the cover member 4 is attached and fixed to the base member 2, and the light emitting member 11 is attached to the spacer member.

Next, a method for adjusting the position of the light emitting member 11 in the height direction will be described. As described above, the light emitting member 11 is mounted and fixed by the nut member 33 being positioned above the substrate 11b and the fastening member 17 being positioned below the substrate 11b. Here, when adjusting the position of the light emitting member 11 in the height direction, first, the nut member 33 located on the upper side of the substrate 11b is loosened, and the nut member 33 is moved upward to a predetermined position. . Next, the light emitting member 11 is moved upward until it comes into contact with the moved nut member 33, and then the light emitting member 11 is screwed by the fastening member 17. Further, when the position of the light emitting member 11 in the height direction is adjusted downward, first, the fastening member 17 located on the lower side of the substrate 11b is loosened, and the fastening member 17 is moved downward to a predetermined position. Next, the light emitting member 11 is moved downward until it comes into contact with the moved fastening member 17, and then the light emitting member 11 is screwed with the nut member 33.

Thus, the distance between the light emitting member 11 and the cover member 4 can be arbitrarily adjusted by arbitrarily adjusting the position of the light emitting member 11 in the height direction. Therefore, the difference in the position in the height direction of the light emitting member 11 caused by the difference in the shape of the base member 2 can be adjusted and maintained at a predetermined height. Moreover, the illumination component of this embodiment can adjust the space 23 by arbitrarily adjusting the position of the light emitting member 11 in the height direction. Therefore, even if the existing base member 2 has a shape in which a protrusion or the like is formed at a position outside the mounting seat 13, the influence of the light emitting member 11 due to the shape can be absorbed. Therefore, according to the illumination component 31 of the present embodiment, it is possible to make it less susceptible to the influence of the shape of the base member 2, and to improve the versatility of the illumination component 31. Moreover, the illumination component 31 of this form can adjust the inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction of the light emitting member 11 by changing the position of the nut member 33. Therefore, the angle of the light emitting member with respect to the horizontal direction can be adjusted in a larger range.

In this embodiment, when the light emitting member 11 is attached and fixed to the base member 2, the mounting seat 13 is interposed. However, the light emitting member 11 is attached and fixed to the base member 2 without using the mounting seat 13. Also good. In this case, the space formed between the base member 2 and the light emitting member 11 can be made to absorb the influence of the shape of the base member 2.

In the present embodiment, the base member 2 and the mounting seat 13 are fixed at two points, and the mounting seat 13 and the light emitting member 11 are fixed at three points. As long as it is attached and fixed, it may be fixed at any number of points. In the present embodiment, the inclination adjusting member and the spacer member are provided at intervals of 120 °, but this interval is not limited to 120 °.

Example 1
[Illuminance measurement]
In this example, a lighting device having a light emitting member (diameter 20 cm) in which 160 LEDs manufactured by Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. were arranged radially was prepared. An illuminance meter (DX-200 manufactured by Takemura Electric Co., Ltd.) was installed below the cover member in the vertical direction. The distance between the cover member and the illuminance meter at this time was 2.3 m. Next, the light emitting member was turned on after setting the light emitting member so that the distance between the light emitting member and the inner peripheral surface of the cover member was 2 cm, and the illuminance (lux) was measured. Then, determine how much the measured illuminance is relative to the illuminance of the fluorescent lamp illumination. If an illuminance equivalent to the illuminance of the fluorescent lamp illumination is obtained, ○, greater than the illuminance of the fluorescent lamp illumination. When the illuminance of the value was obtained, it was judged as 、, and when only the illuminance of the value smaller than the illuminance of the fluorescent lamp illumination was obtained, it was judged as x. The determination results are shown in Table 1.

[Measurement of irradiation range]
Next, move the illuminometer horizontally to a position where the measured value of the illuminometer is half of the measured value obtained in the previous illuminance measurement, and measure the illuminometer from the position where the illuminance measurement was performed The distance to the position where the value was halved was obtained. And when this distance is the same as the case of using fluorescent lamp illumination, ○, when the distance is longer than fluorescent lamp illumination, ◎, when the distance is shorter than fluorescent lamp illumination X was determined. The determination results are shown in Table 1.
[Measurement of power consumption]

Next, an ammeter (KEW SNAP 2031 manufactured by Kyoritsu Electric Instruments Co., Ltd.) was connected between the wirings connected to the light emitting member, and the current value was measured. A value obtained by multiplying the measured current value by a voltage was defined as power consumption. Table 1 shows the power consumption.

(Example 2)
In Example 2, the illuminance measurement and the irradiation range measurement are performed in the same manner using the same illumination device as in Example 1 except that the distance between the light emitting member and the inner peripheral surface of the cover member is 4 cm. And power consumption were measured. Table 1 shows determination results in the measurement of illuminance, determination results in the measurement of the irradiation range, and power consumption in this example.

(Example 3)
In Example 3, except that the distance between the light emitting member and the inner peripheral surface of the cover member was set to 6 cm, the illuminance measurement and the irradiation range measurement were performed in the same manner using the same illumination device as in Example 1. And power consumption were measured. Table 1 shows determination results in the measurement of illuminance, determination results in the measurement of the irradiation range, and power consumption in this example.

(Comparative Example 1)
In Comparative Example 1, an illumination device (HW8942KCEL, manufactured by Panasonic Electric Works Co., Ltd.) having a light emitting member using a fluorescent lamp manufactured by Panasonic Electric Works Co., Ltd. is prepared, and an ammeter (stock of Kyoritsu Electric Meter Co., Ltd.) is connected between the wires connected to the light emitting member. A company-made KE SNAP 2031) was connected and the current value was measured. A value obtained by multiplying the measured current value by a voltage was defined as power consumption. Table 1 shows the power consumption.

As a result, it can be seen that the illuminating device including the LED illumination in Examples 1 to 3 can illuminate an irradiation range equivalent to the illuminating device including the fluorescent lamp illumination, and the illuminance in the irradiation range is fluorescent. It was found that the value was larger than that of the lighting device with lamp illumination. Moreover, it turned out that the illuminating device provided with LED illumination in Examples 1-3 becomes lower in power consumption than the illuminating device provided with fluorescent lamp illumination.

That is, an illumination device equipped with LED illumination can contribute to the reduction of CO 2 by reducing power consumption as compared with an illumination device equipped with fluorescent lamp illumination. It is possible to illuminate more brightly as compared with an illuminating device having a fluorescent lamp illumination while being adapted. Moreover, since the illumination device provided with LED illumination can keep the irradiation range substantially constant even if the distance between the light emitting member and the inner peripheral surface of the cover member is adjusted, the light emitting member is retrofitted to the base member. Even when the position of the light emitting member is changed, the irradiation range is not affected, and it is possible to brightly illuminate a certain range that is substantially the same as that of the illumination device including the fluorescent lamp illumination.
