共通の軸線に沿って対向するように配置され、編糸を挟む二枚のブレーキディスクと、
各ブレーキディスクを該軸線まわりの回転が可能な状態で背面側からそれぞれ支持する支持部材と、
二枚のうちの少なくとも一方のブレーキディスクの背面側を、該軸線に沿って押圧するばねと、
環状の形状を有し、内周側が二枚のブレーキディスクの一側方で支持部材による支持を受け、ブレーキディスクに臨む側面に、編糸の入側と出側とを案内する案内部が設けられ、支持部材に対する軸線まわりの回動で、案内部による編糸の案内位置を調整可能な回動環部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする横編機の編糸用ブレーキ。
