However, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, the harness protector into which the door-side wire harness is inserted is bridged between the vehicle body and the door independently of the door opening / closing mechanism such as a hinge, so the door is opened. It was conspicuous and bad looking.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to arrange a wire harness between the vehicle body and the door with the best possible appearance.

The wire harness arrangement structure part which concerns on a 1st aspect is a weather strip from the weather strip between the vehicle body and the said door which were connected via the opening degree control part which can maintain the opening degree of a door hinge and a door. A wire harness routing structure portion for routing on the vehicle interior side, wherein the wire harness and an exterior member that is sheathed on a portion of the wire harness that includes a portion spanned between the vehicle body and the door; The one end side portion of the exterior member is fixed, the attachment member is attachable to the vehicle body, and the wire harness that can be disposed in the door and extends from the other end of the exterior member is bypassed. And a guide formed in a groove shape or a cylindrical shape that can be disposed in the door and that can be inserted into the door so as to be able to be inserted and guided toward the storage portion. The attachment member and the guide portion are formed so as to be attachable to the vehicle body or disposeable in the door so that the exterior member is bridged below the opening degree restricting portion. Has been.

The wire harness routing structure part according to the second aspect is a wire harness routing structure part according to the first aspect, and the mounting member and the guide part are in an open state of the door in a plan view, With respect to the vehicle body, the exterior member has a portion overlapping with the opening degree restricting part over the entire direction connecting the vehicle body side connecting part and the door side connecting part of the opening degree restricting part. It is formed so that it can be attached or disposed in the door.

The wire harness routing structure according to the third aspect is the wire harness routing structure according to the first or second aspect, wherein the mounting member is directly below the vehicle body side connection part of the opening degree restriction part. The guide portion is formed so that it can be attached to the vehicle body at the position of the door, and the one end portion on the opposite side of the housing portion is located directly below the door side connecting portion of the opening degree restricting portion. It is formed so that arrangement | positioning is possible.

The wire harness routing structure according to the fourth aspect is a wire harness routing structure according to any one of the first to third aspects, and the mounting member is the door in the closed state. It is formed to be attachable to the vehicle body at a position facing one end portion of the guide portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body.

According to the wire harness routing structure portion according to the first aspect, the attachment member and the guide portion can be attached to the vehicle body or in the door, respectively, so that the exterior member is bridged below the opening degree restriction portion. It is formed so that it can be disposed. For this reason, a wire harness can be arranged with good appearance between a vehicle body and a door.

According to the wire harness routing structure part according to the second aspect, the mounting member and the guide part are in the open state of the door in the plan view, and the exterior member is the vehicle body side connection part and the door side connection part of the opening degree restriction part. Are formed so as to be attachable to the vehicle body or to be disposed in the door so as to have a portion overlapping with the opening degree restricting portion over the entire connecting direction. For this reason, in the open state of the door where the exterior member spanned between the vehicle body and the door is more exposed, the appearance can be improved, and the wire harness in the exterior member is protected from falling objects by the opening degree restricting portion. be able to.

According to the wire harness routing structure portion according to the third aspect, the attachment member is formed so as to be attachable to the vehicle body at a position directly below the vehicle body side connection portion of the opening degree restriction portion, and the guide portion has one end. It is formed so that a part can be arrange | positioned in a door so that it may be located just under the door side connection part of an opening degree control part. For this reason, a wire harness can be arranged with good appearance between a vehicle body and a door.

According to the wire harness routing structure portion according to the fourth aspect, since the attachment member and one end portion of the guide portion face each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body in the closed state of the door, the wire inserted from the attachment member into the guide portion The harness is arranged in a straight line, and when the door is opened, a wire harness spanned between the mounting member and the guide portion is bent around the opening / closing axis of the door hinge. Thereby, the bending deformation of the wire harness in opening and closing of the door can be made more gradual.

Hereinafter, the wire harness arrangement structure part 10 which concerns on embodiment is demonstrated (refer FIG. 2). This wire harness routing structure 10 routes the wire harness WH from the vehicle body 2 to the door 6. Here, the vehicle body 2 refers to a frame portion formed of a metal member.

The wire harness WH is configured by appropriately bundling a plurality of electric wires for supplying power or transmitting signals to electric devices such as a power window, a door lock, and a speaker mounted on the door 6 in accordance with the routing route. Has been. Here, the portion of the wire harness WH that extends from the vehicle body 2 to the door 6 is configured by bundling the plurality of electric wires into one. And the wire harness WH branches in the door 6, and is connected to the said various electric equipment.

The door 6 is connected to the vehicle body 2 by a door hinge 5 and an opening degree restricting unit 3 so as to be able to open and close an entrance / exit formed in the vehicle body 2 (see FIG. 1). Here, it is assumed that the door 6 is a front side door and is connected to the vehicle body 2 so as to change the posture around an axis along the vertical direction (the rotation axis of the door hinge 5) for convenience of explanation. In the following, the front and rear in the closed position will be described as the front and rear of the door 6 regardless of the opening and closing position, corresponding to the front and rear direction of the vehicle body 2.

The opening degree restricting unit 3 (also referred to as a door check link) is a configuration for allowing the door 6 to be maintained at a predetermined opening degree. That is, when the door 6 is connected to the vehicle body 2 only by the door hinge 5, the door 6 is locked and maintained in the closed state. However, when the door 6 is opened, the posture is changed even by a small force such as wind. Without the support of the person, it is difficult to maintain the posture, and if it is opened with force, it may rebound from the open posture and close. Therefore, the door 6 is connected to the vehicle body by the opening degree restricting unit 3 so that the attitude can be maintained at a predetermined opening degree such as a fully open attitude or a half-open attitude.

More specifically, the opening degree restriction part 3 includes an arm part 3a and a case part 3b. The arm portion 3a has a rod shape in which one end portion is connected to the vehicle body 2 so as to be relatively rotatable, and a portion (thin wall portion) that is thinner (thinner in the vertical direction of the vehicle body) than other portions is formed at a plurality of longitudinal positions. Is formed. The case portion 3b is formed in a casing shape having a through-hole through which the arm portion 3a can be inserted, and has a not-shown clamping portion that is pressed and urged so as to sandwich the arm portion 3a. That is, the case portion 3b is likely to stay at a position where the sandwiching portion sandwiches the thin portion with respect to the inserted arm portion 3a. The case portion 3 b is fixed to the door 6.

When the door 6 is opened and closed, the arm portion 3a is moved forward and backward relative to the case portion 3b. When the holding part is in a position where the thin part of the arm part 3a is sandwiched, the case part 3b maintains the posture of the door 6 unless an external force is applied so as to get over a part thicker than the side part of the thin part. Is possible. In general, the position of the thin portion of the arm portion 3 a is determined so that the posture of the arm portion 3 a can be maintained in the half-open posture and the fully-open posture of the door 6.

Moreover, the weather strip 6w for waterproofing is provided in the door 6 along the peripheral part (refer FIG. 3, FIG. 5). The weather strip 6w is a member formed of rubber or the like that can be in close contact with the opening edge of the vehicle body 2 and keep a water-tight state inside and outside the vehicle interior with the door 6 closed. 3 and 5, only the weather strip 6w provided on the door 6 is shown, but a weather strip may also be provided at the opening edge of the entrance / exit of the vehicle body 2. That is, such a weather strip is preferably close to the peripheral edge of the door 6.

The door 6 includes a door inner panel 7 formed of a metal material, a door outer panel as an exterior member provided outside the door 6, and a trim as an interior member formed of a resin material and attached to the inside of the door inner panel 7. 8 (see FIGS. 3 and 5). Moreover, the door 6 is comprised so that the wire harness WH can be penetrated inside and outside from the front-end | tip part. Here, a recess 7h that opens at the front end of the door 6 is formed in the front end side portion of the door inner panel 7, and the wire harness WH is connected between the door inner panel 7 and the trim 8 from the vehicle body 2 side through the recess 7h. They are now planning (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2). In addition, this recessed part 7h is formed so that the protector P mentioned later can be accommodated.

Further, in the vehicle body 2, the wire harness WH is inserted into the vehicle body 2 in a portion of the opening edge of the doorway opened and closed by the door 6 and facing the front opening of the recess 7 h in the closed posture of the door 6. For this purpose, a hole 2h is formed. Here, the recess 7 h and the hole 2 h are formed so as to face each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2. The recess 7h and the hole 2h are hidden by the interior member of the vehicle body 2 and the trim 8 of the door 6 when the door 6 is closed.

Here, since the wire harness WH is routed between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6 from the weather strip 6w to the vehicle interior side, the concave portion 7h and the hole 2h are disposed from the weather strip 6w to the vehicle interior side. It is formed (see FIGS. 3 and 5).

The wire harness routing structure unit 10 includes an exterior member 20, an attachment member 30, a storage unit 40, and a guide unit 50 (see FIG. 2).

An exterior member 20 is sheathed on a portion of the wire harness WH including a portion spanned from the vehicle body 2 to the door 6. The exterior member 20 is a member that protects the wire harness WH from the outside and supports the wire harness WH while suppressing drooping between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6.

The exterior member 20 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and protects in a state where the wire harness WH is inserted. More specifically, the exterior member 20 has flexibility (entirely in the longitudinal direction) so as to bend between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6 in response to the opening / closing operation of the door 6. A member capable of supporting the wire harness WH while suppressing the sag from the door 6 is employed. Here, the exterior member 20 is a corrugated tube manufactured by extrusion molding and blow molding or vacuum molding of an elastomer such as synthetic resin or synthetic rubber. Further, the exterior member 20 is formed in a flat shape (for example, a flat shape such as a substantially elliptical shape or a substantially rectangular shape in cross section) (see FIG. 7). That is, it is a shape that is difficult to bend in the longitudinal direction in a cross-sectional view and is easy to bend in the short direction. The wire harness WH itself may be bundled in a flat shape, and the exterior member 20 may be formed in a flat shape corresponding to the external shape of the wire harness WH.

One end side portion of the exterior member 20 is fixed to the vehicle body 2 via the attachment member 30, and the other end portion is a free end. More specifically, one end of the exterior member 20 is fixed to the portion of the wire harness WH that is routed within the vehicle body 2 by being wound with a tape T or the like, and attached to the attachment member 30 attached to the vehicle body 2. Fixed. Further, the other end of the exterior member 20 is fixed to the portion of the wire harness WH that is routed in the door 6 (herein, in the guide portion 50 described later) with a tape T, etc., and the door together with the wire harness WH. 6 is movable.

The attachment member 30 is a member that attaches one end of the exterior member 20 that is sheathed to the wire harness WH to the vehicle body 2 so as to route the wire harness WH to the vehicle body 2 side. The attachment member 30 is attached to the vehicle body 2 at a position just below the vehicle body side connecting portion of the opening degree restricting portion 3, that is, the connecting portion of the arm portion 3 a to the vehicle body 2. It is configured to be possible (see FIGS. 3 to 6). Here, the attachment member 30 is attached to the hole 2 h formed in the vehicle body 2. More specifically, the attachment member 30 is configured to be attachable by being pressed against the hole 2h.

The attachment member 30 includes an insertion portion 34, a pressing portion 36, and a positioning rib-shaped portion 38 (see FIG. 7).

The insertion portion 34 is formed in a cylindrical shape that can be inserted into the hole 2 h of the vehicle body 2 and through which the exterior member 20 can be inserted. Here, the insertion part 34 is inserted toward the front of the vehicle body 2 (hereinafter, the insertion direction S) with respect to the hole 2h. A locking portion 35 that can be locked to the hole 2 h in a state where the insertion portion 34 is inserted into the hole 2 h is provided at the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34. The locking portions 35 are formed so as to protrude from the circumferential positions of the insertion portion 34 in the circumferential direction (four locations at equal intervals) to the outer peripheral side, and are respectively forward in the insertion direction S with respect to the peripheral portion of the hole 2h. It has a locking surface that can be contacted from the side. More specifically, the locking portion 35 is formed so that the protruding dimension gradually increases from the distal end side to the proximal end side of the insertion portion 34. When each of the locking portions 35 is inserted into the hole 2h, the insertion portion 34 or the locking portion 35 itself is elastically deformed toward the inner peripheral side of the insertion portion 34, and gets over the hole 2h. It is elastically returned to the outer peripheral side at the position and is locked to the peripheral edge of the hole 2h.

The presser portion 36 is provided continuously with the proximal end portion of the insertion portion 34 and is formed in a hook shape projecting to the outer peripheral side thereof. The pressing portion 36 can come into surface contact with the peripheral portion of the hole 2h from the rear side in the insertion direction S. That is, the outer peripheral shape of the pressing portion 36 is formed larger than the hole portion 2h.

When the insertion part 34 is inserted into the hole 2h, the locking part 35 is locked from the front side in the insertion direction S with respect to the peripheral part of the hole 2h, and the presser part 36 is the peripheral part of the hole 2h. Is in surface contact from the rear side in the insertion direction S. Thus, the peripheral edge of the hole 2 h is sandwiched between the locking portion 35 and the pressing portion 36, and the attachment member 30 is fixed to the vehicle body 2.

The positioning rib-shaped portion 38 is a portion that can be positioned in the extending direction with respect to the exterior member 20 inserted through the insertion portion 34 (and the pressing portion 36). Here, the positioning rib-shaped portion 38 is formed so as to be able to be fitted to the corrugated external shape of the corrugated tube as the exterior member 20. More specifically, the positioning rib-shaped portion 38 is formed in a convex shape along the circumferential direction protruding from the inner peripheral portion of the insertion portion 34 (and the presser portion 36) to the inner peripheral side. A plurality is provided at intervals corresponding to the recesses of the exterior member 20.

The attachment member 30 is configured by combining a pair of substantially U-shaped members (here, U-shaped members having different lengths of opposing pieces). Here, an unevenness that can be fitted to each butted portion of the pair of substantially U-shaped members is formed, and the pair of substantially U-shaped members are united by engaging the unevenness. That is, by sandwiching the exterior member 20 with a pair of substantially U-shaped members, the positioning rib-shaped portion 38 is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the exterior member 20, and the attachment member 30 extends in the extending direction with respect to the exterior member 20. It is attached so that relative movement is impossible. In addition, although it is preferable that the attachment member 30 has a shape (not shown) that engages the pair of substantially U-shaped members so as not to be separated in a combined state, the attachment member 30 is fitted into the hole 2h. The united state may be maintained by this. Moreover, the attachment member 30 may be connected at one end by a hinge so that a pair of substantially U-shaped members can be opened and closed.

The attachment member 30 may be manufactured separately by pouring a molten resin material into a mold and performing injection molding. If the pair of members are designed to have the same shape, both the pair of members can be manufactured with one type of mold, and the equipment cost can be reduced.

As described above, according to the mounting member 30 configured by combining the pair of members, the fixing position of the mounting member 30 with respect to the exterior member 20 can be easily adjusted at the vehicle mounting stage of the wire harness routing structure unit 10.

But the attachment member 30 is not restricted to the said shape. For example, the positioning portion may be formed in a flat and elongated rectangular shape that protrudes from the proximal end portion of the pressing portion 36 toward the rear in the insertion direction S. That is, the exterior member 20 inserted through the insertion portion 34 (and the presser portion 36) is fixed to the positioning portion by, for example, tape winding or tie band tightening, in the insertion direction with respect to the attachment member 30. Can be positioned. The tie band refers to a member that can adjust and maintain the circumferential dimension of the annular body in stages. When employing such a positioning portion, the attachment member may be integrally formed by injection molding.

Further, the attachment member 30 is not limited to the resin molded product as described above as long as it can be attached to the vehicle body 2 and the exterior member 20 can be fixed, and may be a grommet formed of an elastomer such as synthetic rubber. Good.

The accommodating part 40 and the guide part 50 are each part which comprises the protector P (refer FIG.2, FIG.4, FIG.5). The accommodating part 40 is comprised so that a surplus length can be accommodated by detouring the wire harness WH extended from the other end part of the exterior member 20. Moreover, the guide part 50 is formed in the groove shape or the cylinder shape extended so that the other end side part made into the free end among the exterior members 20 toward the accommodating part 40 can be inserted and guided.

More specifically, the guide portion 50 has a guide port 52 into which the other end portion of the exterior member 20 can be inserted at one end portion, and the other end portion is continuous with the one end portion of the housing portion 40. In addition, the accommodating portion 40 has an accommodating space in which one end portion is continuous with the guide portion 50 and can accommodate the wire harness WH extending from the other end portion of the exterior member 20 inserted into the guide portion 50. . That is, the accommodating space of the accommodating portion 40 communicates with the other end side of the internal space of the guide portion 50 extending toward the accommodating portion 40. Further, the accommodating portion 40 is formed with an outlet 42 through which the accommodated wire harness WH can be drawn into the door 6. That is, the protector P guides the exterior member 20 inserted into the guide portion 50 toward the accommodation portion 40, and accommodates the wire harness WH extending from the other end portion of the exterior member 20 in the accommodation portion 40. The extra length is absorbed and extended outwardly, that is, into the door 6 through the outlet 42.

And the protector P is arrange | positioned in the recessed part 7h currently formed in the door inner panel 7. FIG. More specifically, the protector P is disposed such that the guide portion 50 extends along the front-rear direction of the door 6 and the guide portion 50 is located on the front side with respect to the housing portion 40.

Hereinafter, the manner in which the protector P is attached to the inner panel 7 will be described in relation to the manner in which the attachment member 30 is attached to the vehicle body 2. The attachment member 30 and the protector P are formed so that they can be attached to the vehicle body 2 or disposed in the door 6 so that the exterior member 20 is bridged below the opening degree restricting portion 3. Preferably, the mounting member 30 and the protector P cover the entire direction in which the exterior member 20 connects the vehicle body side connecting portion and the door side connecting portion of the opening degree restricting portion 3 when the door 6 is open in a plan view. It is good to have a part which overlaps with the opening degree control part 3. That is, in a plan view, the wider the range in which the exterior member 20 and the opening degree restricting section 3 overlap, the more the exterior member 20 extends along the opening degree restricting section 3 as a whole, and the appearance is improved. The protection performance from is improved. In addition, the door side connection part of the opening degree control part 3 is a fixing part with respect to the door 6 (door inner panel 7) of the case part 3b.

Here, the protector P can be disposed in the door 6 so that the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50 is located directly below the door side connecting portion of the opening degree restricting portion 3 (FIGS. 3 to 6). reference). That is, the concave portion 7h is formed in a concave shape having an accommodation space in which the protector P can be accommodated entirely or partially in the above-described posture and the above-described position. And the guide port 52 of the guide part 50 faces the exterior of the door 6 through the opening part ahead of the door 6 among the recessed parts 7h. However, regardless of whether or not the guide port 52 is exposed from the front of the door 6, from the viewpoint of design, the guide port 52 is preferably located inside the trim 8 as an interior member.

As described above, the opening on the front side of the recess 7 h and the hole 2 h formed in the vehicle body 2 are formed so as to face each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2 when the door 6 is closed. That is, the attachment member 30 is attached to the vehicle body 2, and the protector P is attached to the door 6 so that the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50 and the attachment member 30 are opposed to each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2. It is made possible. More specifically, in the closed state of the door 6, the penetrating direction (insertion direction) of the mounting member 30 and the extending direction of the guide portion 50 substantially coincide. As a result, the exterior member 20 inserted through the attachment member 30 and the guide portion 50 extends on a substantially straight line. When the door 6 is opened, the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50 is moved around the axis of the door hinge 5 which is the central axis for changing the posture of the door 6 and faces the mounting member 30 in the circumferential direction. That is, the exterior member 20 is bent around the axis of the door hinge 5 between the attachment member 30 and the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50. For this reason, the exterior member 20 can be bent with a bending radius (or larger) corresponding to the distance from the axis of the door hinge 5 to the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50 and bend with a bending radius smaller than the bending radius. It is suppressed.

The wire harness routing structure unit 10 is configured to be disposed on the vehicle as described above, so that the exterior member 20 that is externally mounted on the wire harness WH is bridged below the opening restriction unit 3. Is possible. In addition, the attachment member 30 can be attached to a position directly below the vehicle body side connecting portion of the opening degree restricting portion 3 so that the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50 is located immediately below the door side connecting portion of the opening degree restricting portion 3. Since the protector P can be disposed, the exterior member 20 extends at a position protected from the fallen object and as far away from the door hinge 5 as possible, and is bent with a larger bending radius.

However, paying attention to the viewpoint that the wire harness WH is protected from falling objects by the opening degree restricting portion 3 extending upward, the wire harness routing structure portion 10 is provided with the mounting member 30 and the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50. You may provide so that a position may become the vehicle outer side (side near the door hinge 5) from the position mentioned above. That is, the arm portion 3a of the opening restriction portion 3 extends substantially linearly between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6, whereas the exterior member 20 extends in a curved shape. For this reason, in the open state of the door 6, the exterior member 20 extends in a shape slightly swollen to the vehicle interior side from the opening degree restricting portion 3. For this reason, in the plan view, the attachment position may be set as described above so that the arm portion 3a of the opening degree restriction portion 3 overlaps the exterior member 20 in a wider range.

The protector P is configured to be fixed to the door inner panel 7 at the mounting position. Here, the protector P has the fitting part 58 which can be fitted with the hole formed in the door inner panel 7 (recess 7h). The fitting portion 58 is formed so as to be fitted into the hole portion by pressing the protector P in a direction in which the protector P is accommodated in the recess 7h. For example, the fitting portion 58 includes a base shaft portion that protrudes from the outer surface of the protector P, and a locking portion that is formed so as to extend from the distal end portion to the outer peripheral side and elastically deformable on the inner peripheral side. Can be adopted. Here, the fitting portions 58 are provided at two locations on the outer surface on one side of the protector P, on the other end side of the guide port 52 and below the outlet 42 of the housing portion 40. Then, by inserting the fitting portion 58 into the hole formed in the recess 7h, the locking portion comes into contact with the hole and elastically deforms toward the inner peripheral side. It returns and it latches from the back side with respect to the peripheral part of a hole. Thus, according to the protector P that can be fixed to the door inner panel 7 by the fitting portion 58, the fitting portion 58 is brought into the recess 58 by bringing the protector P close to the direction in which the protector P is disposed in the recess 7h. Since it locks in the formed hole, it can be easily fixed.

But the structure for fixing the protector P with respect to the door inner panel 7 is not restricted to the said fitting part 58, You may fix by screwing etc. FIG.

Hereinafter, the structure of each of the guide part 50 and the accommodating part 40 will be described in more detail.

The guide portion 50 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a larger internal space than the exterior member 20 (here, a rectangular tube shape having a substantially rectangular cross-sectional view with rounded corners corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the exterior member 20). 2, FIG. 4, FIG. 6). But the guide part 50 should just be able to insert and guide the exterior member 20, and may be formed in the shape of a groove or a cylinder such as a substantially elliptical shape in cross section, a circle, or a polygon other than a rectangle.

Here, the relationship between the guide part 50 and the exterior member 20 is demonstrated. The exterior member 20 is such that at least a part of the other end side is inserted into the guide portion 50 when the door 6 is in an open state with one end side portion fixed to the attachment member 30 attached to the vehicle body 2. It is good to set to the long extension dimension (refer FIG. 2, FIG. 4).

On the other hand, when the door 6 is in the closed state, the guide portion 50 is preferably set to have a length that is long enough to accommodate the other end portion of the exterior member 20 that enters the inside up to the other end portion (see FIG. 6). However, the guide portion 50 may be shorter than the above dimensions, and the other end of the exterior member 20 may protrude into the accommodating portion 40 beyond the other end of the guide portion 50 when the door 6 is closed. It is preferable that the wire harness WH extending from the other end of 20 is set so as not to prevent the extra length from being absorbed in the accommodating portion 40.

The accommodating part 40 is formed so that the accommodated wire harness WH can be pulled out in a direction substantially orthogonal to the extending direction of the guide part 50 (see FIGS. 2, 4, and 6). That is, the accommodating part 40 extends in a direction substantially orthogonal to the extending direction of the guide part 50 on the other end side of the guide part 50, and has an outlet 42 at the tip part thereof.

More specifically, the accommodating portion 40 is formed so as to swell toward the other end side from the outlet 42 on the other end side of the guide portion 50 and to become gradually narrower toward the outlet 42 in a side view. . In other words, the accommodation space is wide on the other end side of the guide portion 50 and becomes narrower toward the outlet 42. In other words, the housing space extends from the other end portion of the guide portion 50 directly toward the outlet 42 in a side view, and is expanded from the other end portion of the guide portion 50 to the other end side, and then into the outlet 42. Surrounded by the outer peripheral wall facing. And the accommodating part 40 accommodates the wire harness WH accommodated in the inside so that a path | route change is possible between the path | route along an inner peripheral wall surface and the path | route along an outer peripheral wall surface.

In the state where the door 6 is opened and closed, when the door 6 is in the open posture, only the other end portion of the exterior member 20 is inserted into the guide portion 50, and the wire harness WH extending from the other end portion is Then, it is accommodated in the accommodating portion 40 through a path close to the inner peripheral wall surface (see FIG. 4). When the door 6 is changed from the open posture to the closed posture, the exterior member 20 enters the other end side of the guide portion 50 and the wire harness WH is pushed into the housing portion 40. Then, it is accommodated in the accommodating portion 40 through a path close to the outer peripheral wall surface (see FIG. 6). As described above, the extra length is absorbed by bypassing the wire harness WH in the accommodating portion 40.

In addition, the above described outlet 42 of the accommodating portion 40 is formed with an in-door positioning portion 43 whose opening edge portion is partially extended (here, substantially L-shaped in sectional view) (FIG. 3). (See FIG. 6). Then, the wire harness WH pulled out through the outlet 42 can be positioned in the door 6 by being fastened and fixed to the in-door positioning portion 43 with tape T winding or a tie band. For this reason, even if the wire harness WH on the vehicle body 2 side advances and retreats in the housing portion 40 when the door 6 is opened and closed, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of pulling or slacking with respect to the wire harness WH routed in the door 6. .

In addition, as a configuration for fixing the wire harness WH to the housing portion 40, an outer fitting member is fitted on an annular member in which a plurality of claw portions are provided so as to be elastically deformable toward the radially inner side. By doing so, it is possible to adopt a configuration capable of elastically deforming the plurality of claw portions toward the radially inner side. The annular member may be fixed to the outlet 42. That is, the wire harness WH can be fixed to the accommodating portion 40 by fitting the outer fitting member to the annular member while the wire harness WH is inserted through the annular member.

As described above, the protector P is formed in a substantially L shape (or substantially J shape) as a whole. For this reason, in the inner side of the protector P, that is, in the state of being disposed on the door 6, a space surrounded by the protector P is created above the guide portion 50 and in front of the housing portion 40.

In this case, the protector P is positioned with respect to the recess 7h in such a posture that the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50 is located below the fixed position of the case portion 3b of the opening degree restricting portion 3 and the outlet 42 faces upward of the vehicle body 2. Arranged. That is, the protector P is formed so that it can be arrange | positioned in the door 6 in the form which surrounds the opening degree control part 3 from two directions (refer FIGS. 2-6). More specifically, the opening degree restricting portion 3 is configured such that the case portion 3b is fixed to the front end portion (here, the rear end surface) of the door inner panel 7 and is inserted into the case portion 3b. Moves forward / backward in conjunction with the opening / closing operation of the door 6. That is, the arm portion 3a can move back and forth within the door 6 in a space surrounded by the protector P on both sides. Thereby, the space in the door 6 in which several electric equipment is installed can be used effectively.

But the accommodating part 40 is not restricted to the said shape. For example, the shape which has a winding-axis part in accommodation space and can wind and wind the wire harness WH around the said winding-axis part may be sufficient. That is, the extra length can be absorbed by changing the winding diameter of the wire harness WH within the accommodating portion. In addition, although the structure which winds the wire harness WH in this way and absorbs surplus length may be sufficient, when the structure mentioned above which concerns on this embodiment is employ | adopted, surplus length can be absorbed without crossing the wire harness WH, Therefore The thickness dimension can be reduced.

For example, the protector P having the housing portion 40 and the guide portion 50 may employ a configuration in which a concave member and a lid-like member are combined. 2, 4, and 6 show the protector P from which the lid-like member is omitted. Then, the protector P can be obtained by combining the concave member and the lid-like member by pouring a resin material into a mold, injection molding, and combining them. However, the protector P may be formed in a concave shape as a whole and configured so that the opening is closed by the trim 8.

But the accommodating part 40 and the guide part 50 are not restricted to the case where it is formed as a one-part protector P, and the accommodating part 40 separate from the guide part 50 is provided on the other end side of the guide part 50, The exterior member 20 may be guided toward the storage unit 40 by the guide unit 50.

The wire harness routing structure unit 10 may be assembled before the vehicle is assembled by modularizing the wire harness WH, the exterior member 20, the mounting member 30, and the protector P that are routed from the vehicle body 2 into the door 6. That is, the wire harness WH is disposed in the exterior member 20 and is disposed in the guide portion 50 and the accommodating portion 40 of the protector P and is fixed to the in-door positioning portion 43, and is attached to one end side portion of the exterior member 20. 30 should be installed.

Moreover, although the wire harness arrangement structure part 10 was demonstrated to the example applied between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6 as a front side door until now, it is applicable also to a rear side door. In this case, the wire harness WH is bridged between the center pillar (the pillar between the front side door and the rear side door) and the rear side door. That is, a hole is formed in the center pillar, and the attachment member 30 is attached here.

According to the wire harness arrangement structure portion 10 according to the above configuration, the attachment member 30 and the protector P can be attached to the vehicle body 2 such that the exterior member 20 is bridged below the opening degree restriction portion 3. Compared to the configuration in which the exterior member 20 that is externally mounted on the wire harness WH extends independently of the connection mechanism between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6 because it is formed so as to be disposed in the door 6. Can be arranged between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6 in a good-looking manner. In addition, the attachment member 30 is formed so as to be attachable to the vehicle body 2 at a position directly below the vehicle body side coupling portion of the opening degree restricting portion 3, and the protector P has the guide port of the guide portion 50 at the opening degree restricting portion 3. Since it is formed in the door 6 so as to be positioned directly below the door-side connecting portion, the wire harness WH can be arranged with better appearance.

Moreover, since the arm part 3a of the opening degree restricting part 3 extends above the wire harness WH which is bridged between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6 and the exterior member 20 is exteriorized, a fallen object Even if there is, etc., the fallen object or the like hits the tip of the arm portion 3a to protect the wire harness WH.

Further, the mounting member 30 and the protector P are in the open state of the door 6 in the plan view, and the exterior member 20 extends over the entire direction connecting the vehicle body side connecting portion and the door side connecting portion of the opening degree restricting portion 3. Since it is formed so that it can be attached to the vehicle body 2 or disposed in the door 6 so as to have a portion overlapping with the opening degree restricting portion 3, it is bridged between the vehicle body 2 and the door 6. In the open state of the door 6 where the exterior member 20 is more exposed, the appearance can be improved. Moreover, the protection performance of the wire harness WH by the opening degree control part 3 can also be improved.

In addition, since the attachment member 30 and the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50 face each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body 2 in the closed state of the door 6, the wire harness WH inserted from the attachment member 30 into the guide portion 50 is linear. When the door 6 is opened, the exterior member 20 (wire harness WH) spanned between the mounting member 30 and the guide portion 50 is bent around the opening / closing axis of the door hinge 5. It is done. Thereby, the bending deformation of the wire harness WH in opening and closing of the door 6 can be made more gradual. Then, by adjusting the position (distance) of the attachment member 30 and the guide port 52 of the guide portion 50 with respect to the opening / closing axis of the door hinge 5, the minimum bending radius of the exterior member 20 in the opening / closing operation of the door 6 can be adjusted approximately. The bending mode of the wire harness WH can be designed.

Further, the mounting member 30 is configured to be positioned by positioning the one end side portion of the exterior member 20 that is sheathed on the wire harness WH by the positioning rib-shaped portion 38 and simply pressing the hole 2h from one side. Therefore, the wire harness WH can be easily routed to the vehicle body 2 side.

Further, since the exterior member 20 is formed in a flat shape and is provided in a flat posture along the vertical direction of the vehicle body 2, it can be arranged in a narrow space in the inside and outside of the door 6 and is disposed in the door 6. The guide part 50 and the accommodating part 40 to be made can also be made flat, and can be applied even in the case of the door 6 in which the space between the door inner panel 7 and the trim 8 is narrow. Further, since the exterior member 20 is provided in a flat posture along the vertical direction of the vehicle body 2, it is relatively difficult to bend in the vertical direction, and the hanging of the wire harness WH can be suppressed.

Moreover, since the wire harness routing structure unit 10 routes the wire harness WH from the weather strip 6w to the vehicle interior side, the water-stopping member such as grommets is omitted to reduce the number of parts and the number of assembly steps. Therefore, it is possible to reduce costs and improve work efficiency. In addition, according to the structure which does not use a grommet, preparing the cover for preventing a grommet deformation | transformation at the time of transportation and packing can be abbreviate | omitted. It also contributes to theft prevention. Moreover, the expansion work of the grommet at the time of letting the wire harness WH pass can also be abbreviate | omitted compared with the case where it attaches to the door 6 side with a grommet.

In addition, since the wire harness routing structure unit 10 routes the wire harness WH between the door inner panel 7 and the trim 8, it can save the trouble of routing the wire harness WH through the through hole. Assembling work can be performed in the exposed work space, so that assembling performance can be improved and work efficiency can be improved.
