Abstract
【解決手段】有用物質産生藻類の培養手段1と、これにより培養された藻類を培養水から分離する固液分離手段2と、この分離された培養水を培養手段1へ返送する第一の返送手段3と、前記固液分離手段2により分離された藻類から有用成分を分離・抽出する有用成分抽出手段4と、有用成分を分離・抽出した後の残渣を無機化又は可溶化する残渣物処理手段5と、無機化又は可溶化された成分を培養手段1へ返送する第二の返送手段6と、培養手段1における藻類の培養に必要な栄養成分の減少分を補給する栄養成分補給手段7を備える。

Botryococcus braunii, Chlorella sp.,
Cryptothecodinium cohnii, Cylidrotheca sp.,
Dunaliella primolecta, Isochrysis sp.,
Monallanthus salina, Nannochloris sp.,
Nannochloropsis sp.,
Neochloris oleoabundans., Nitzschia sp.,
Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Schizochytrium sp.,
Tetraselmis suieia
などは、油などの炭化水素系物質を細胞内外に産生する。藻類からバイオ燃料を生産する場合は、上述のような食用植物との取り合いの問題もなく、灌漑設備や施肥等のコストが小さく、特に海洋藻類等は淡水を利用せずに育成することが可能であって、しかも陸上に限らず地球の表面積の7割を占める海洋の利用が可能であるというメリットも有する。

Claims (9)
- 有用物質産生藻類の培養手段と、この培養手段により培養された藻類を培養水から分離する固液分離手段と、この固液分離手段により藻類から分離された培養水を前記培養手段へ返送する第一の返送手段と、前記固液分離手段により分離された藻類から有用成分を分離・抽出する有用成分抽出手段と、有用成分を分離・抽出した後の残渣を無機化又は可溶化する残渣物処理手段と、この残渣物処理手段により無機化又は可溶化された成分を前記培養手段へ返送する第二の返送手段と、培養手段における藻類の培養に必要な栄養成分の減少分を補給する栄養成分補給手段を備えることを特徴とする藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
- 火力発電所又は工場において発生する高濃度の二酸化炭素を培養手段へ供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
- 有用成分を分離・抽出した後の残渣の残渣物処理手段で発生する二酸化炭素を培養手段へ供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
- 培養手段がオープンポンド方式の水槽又は池であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
- 固液分離手段がプレコート式回転ドラム装置であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
- 固体部分からの有用成分の有用成分抽出手段が燃料油の抽出装置及び精製装置からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
- 抽出残渣の残渣物処理手段がメタン発酵装置からなり、無機化又は可溶化された成分の返送が、メタン発酵後の消化液の返送として行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
- 各手段の運転に必要なエネルギーを、請求項6に記載された燃料油の抽出装置及び精製装置により抽出されたバイオ燃料の一部で賄うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
- 各手段の運転に必要なエネルギーを、請求項7に記載されたメタン発酵装置で生産されるバイオガスで賄うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の藻類の培養による有用物質生産システム。
