Abstract
【解決手段】サーバコンピュータを密封筐体に密封したサーバ装置と、密封筐体内のサーバコンピュータを密封筐体の外部から冷却する冷却部と、サーバ装置および冷却部を内部に搭載するサーバラックと、を備えるサーバシステムを提供する。サーバラックは、サーバラック内に導入する外気の量を調節する開閉部を有してよい。開閉部は、サーバラック上の面に備わり、サーバラック上の面に対する設置角度によって開閉量を変える羽板を有してよい。

Claims (9)
- サーバコンピュータを密封筐体に密封したサーバ装置と、
前記密封筐体内の前記サーバコンピュータを前記密封筐体の外部から冷却する冷却部と、
前記サーバ装置および前記冷却部を内部に搭載するサーバラックと、
を備えるサーバシステム。 - 前記サーバラックは、前記サーバラック内に導入する外気の量を調節する開閉部を有する請求項1に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記開閉部は、前記サーバラック上の面に備わり、前記サーバラック上の面に対する設置角度によって開閉量を変える羽板を有する請求項2に記載のサーバシステム。
- 外気温に応じて前記開閉部の開閉量を調節する調節部を更に備える請求項2または3に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記調節部は、外気温が基準温度より高い場合に、前記開閉部を開ける請求項4に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記調節部は、外気温が基準温度より低い場合に、前記開閉部を閉じる請求項4または5に記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記冷却部は、前記サーバラック内において垂直方向に積み重ねて複数搭載され、
前記開閉部は、複数の前記冷却部に相対するサーバラック上の面において垂直方向に複数搭載され、
前記サーバ装置は、前記サーバラック内において垂直方向に積み重ねて複数搭載される請求項2から6のいずれかに記載のサーバシステム。 - 前記冷却部は、前記サーバ装置の内部に冷媒を送り込むことにより前記サーバコンピュータを冷却する請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のサーバシステム。
- 前記サーバラック内に複数搭載された各冷却部の故障を、当該冷却部とは異なる冷却部により冷却されるサーバコンピュータにより検出する請求項7または8に記載のサーバシステム。
