- マトリックスと、
前記マトリックス内に配置される多数個の波長変換粒子と、
前記マトリックスを囲む保護膜と、を含む光学部材。 - 前記マトリックスは、一方向に延長される形状を有する請求項1に記載の光学部材。
- 前記マトリックスは、多数個の突起を含む請求項2に記載の光学部材。
- 前記マトリックス及び前記保護膜は、ポリマを含む請求項2に記載の光学部材。
- 前記マトリックスは硬化性樹脂を含み、前記保護膜は熱可塑性樹脂を含む請求項4に記載の光学部材。
- 前記マトリックス及び前記保護膜は、硬化性樹脂を含む請求項4に記載の光学部材。
- 前記マトリックスは、棒状を有する請求項5に記載の光学部材。
- 前記保護膜の厚さは、約100μm乃至1000μmである請求項7に記載の光学部材。
- 前記保護膜は、エチレンビニルアルコールを含む請求項7に記載の光学部材。

- 多数個の波長変換粒子を含む樹脂組成物を使用してマトリックスを形成し、
前記マトリックスを囲む保護膜を形成することを含む光学部材の製造方法。 - 前記マトリックスを形成することは、

前記マトリックスをモールド内に配置させ、
前記モールド及び前記マトリックスの間に熱可塑性樹脂を注入することを含む請求項16に記載の光学部材の製造方法。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリ塩化ビニリデンを含む請求項18に記載の光学部材の製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、エチレンビニルアルコールを含む請求項18に記載の光学部材の製造方法。
