Abstract
【解決手段】 蓄熱材11が収容された蓄熱部12を通して燃焼用空気供給部13に導かれた燃焼用空気を空気噴出口14から加熱炉1内に噴出させると共に、燃料供給部15を通して導かれた燃料を燃料噴出口16から加熱炉内に噴出させて、燃料を加熱炉内において燃焼させる蓄熱式燃焼装置10において、空気噴出口と燃料噴出口とを所要間隔を介して設けると共に、上記の燃焼用空気供給部における空気噴出口の部分に、加熱炉内に向けてテーパー状に広がるように傾斜した傾斜部13aを設けた。

Claims (6)
- 蓄熱材が収容された蓄熱部を通して燃焼用空気供給部に導かれた燃焼用空気を空気噴出口から加熱炉内に噴出させると共に、燃料供給部を通して導かれた燃料を燃料噴出口から加熱炉内に噴出させて、燃料を加熱炉内において燃焼させる蓄熱式燃焼装置において、上記の空気噴出口と燃料噴出口とを所要間隔を介して設けると共に、上記の燃焼用空気供給部における空気噴出口の部分に、加熱炉内に向けてテーパー状に広がるように傾斜した傾斜部を設けたことを特徴とする蓄熱式燃焼装置。
- 加熱炉に向けてテーパー状に広がるように傾斜した上記の傾斜部の傾斜角θが1°〜3.5°の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した蓄熱式燃焼装置。
- 上記の燃焼用空気供給部がテーパー状に広がる前の部分における直径Daと、テーパー状に広がった傾斜部における傾斜開始位置から空気噴出口までの直線最短距離Xとが、0.5≦X/Da≦2.0の条件を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載した蓄熱式燃焼装置。
- 上記の燃焼用空気供給部がテーパー状に広がる前の部分における直径Daと、上記の空気噴出口の中心と燃料噴出口の中心との間の間隔Lとが、0.25≦Da/L≦0.30の条件を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載した蓄熱式燃焼装置。
- 燃料を加熱炉内に噴出させる燃料噴出口の部分に、加熱炉内に向けてテーパー状に広がるように傾斜した傾斜部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載した蓄熱式燃焼装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1項に記載した蓄熱式燃焼装置を用いたことを特徴とする加熱炉。
