(3)各々の吊り上げ部の長手方向に摺動自在に配設される高さ調整部を有するので、高さ調整部を上下動させることにより、係止部の高さを自在に調整することができ、マンホール蓋受枠の底部などの所望の位置に合わせて確実に係止部を差し込むことが可能で、汎用性、位置決め作業の効率性に優れる。
(4)高さ調整部が係止部より外方に突出する支持部と、各々の支持部に垂直軸周りに回動自在に配設されマンホール周辺の路面に接地する自在車輪を有するので、伸縮部の長さに関わらず、マンホール周辺の路面上に自在車輪を確実に載置(接地)して係止部を所定の高さに維持することができ、落下のおそれがなく、施工性、安全性に優れる。
(5)高さ調整部が各々の支持部に垂直軸周りに回動自在に配設されマンホール周辺の路面に接地する自在車輪を有するので、マンホール周辺の路面上に自在車輪を載置(接地)して係止部を所定の高さに維持した状態で、伸縮部を伸縮させることや、伸縮部を円周方向に回転させることができ、マンホールの円周方向の任意の位置を選択して係止部を差し込むことが可能で、円周方向の位置決め作業が極めて容易で、小さな力で未切断箇所を簡便かつ確実に切断することができる剥離作業の効率性、施工性、省力性に優れる。
(6)吊り上げ部が、係止部の幅方向に並設された2本の垂直軸を備え、高さ調整部の支持部が、吊り上げ部の2本の垂直軸を挟持する挟持部を備えているので、吊り上げ部の2本の垂直軸に対して高さ調整部の支持部を強固に固定することができ、外力によって支持部が回転したり、捻れたりすることがなく、吊り上げ部を介して伸縮部や係止部を支持部で確実に支持することができ、支持の確実性、姿勢の安定性に優れる。
