Abstract
The invention discloses a temporary covering tool for an inspection well mouth, which comprises the following components: an upper fixing part which is positioned at the upper end of the wellhead of the inspection well; a lower fixing part positioned in the inspection well; the connecting steel rope is used for connecting the upper fixing part and the lower fixing part and adjusting the distance between the upper fixing part and the lower fixing part; and the bearing plate is used for being placed and covered on the wellhead of the inspection well, is positioned at the lower side of the upper fixing part and is fixed. The invention can solve the problem of potential safety hazard caused by uncovered perfect inspection well heads in the construction process, reduces secondary coverage work and provides sufficient continuous operation guarantee for road construction.

Background
In the new construction, reconstruction and extension roads of municipal engineering, various inspection wells become indispensable auxiliary facilities, after the inspection wells are formed, the next road surface structure cannot be constructed according to an expected plan due to the limitation of internal and external construction conditions, so that a five-prevention structure or a high polymer well cover cannot be installed at the well mouth of the inspection well, the exposed well mouth naturally becomes a potential safety hazard, and part of the inspection wells are extremely large in depth, once personnel fall down to cause serious consequences, the exposed well mouth is generally protected by adopting a wooden carrier plate or a mode of pulling a warning belt on a construction site, but due to the light weight, easiness in carrying and the like, phenomena such as loss, falling, damage and the like often exist, and the great potential safety hazard can be generated if inspection is not enhanced every day.
In addition, in the construction process of the road structure, the structures such as a soil roadbed, a base layer and a pavement are paved and formed in a layered manner, so that a shaft is generally adopted for heightening an inspection well chamber, materials such as a steel plate, a wooden bearing plate and the like are generally adopted for covering the shaft in the construction process of the road structure, the mechanical operations such as the road structure (such as graded broken stone layer and cement stable broken stone layer) are convenient, continuous paving and rolling operations are not influenced by the exposure of a wellhead, but the steel plate and the wooden bearing plate cannot be fixed, and are generally easy to move and slide in the construction process, so that corresponding paving materials fall into the inspection well to influence the working efficiency, and the materials falling into the inspection well are manually cleaned after the later construction is finished, so that the construction process is time-consuming and labor-consuming.

a lower fixing part positioned in the inspection well;
the connecting steel rope is used for connecting the upper fixing part and the lower fixing part and adjusting the distance between the upper fixing part and the lower fixing part;
and the bearing plate is used for being placed and covered on the wellhead of the inspection well, is positioned at the lower side of the upper fixing part and is fixed.

Preferably, the diameter of the upper fixing portion is larger than that of the lower fixing portion.
Preferably, the connecting wires are provided in a plurality and uniformly arranged around the upper fixing portion.
Preferably, threaded parts are arranged at two ends of the connecting steel rope, and the upper end and the lower end of the connecting steel rope are respectively connected with a top bolt sleeve and a bottom bolt sleeve which are connected with the threaded parts.

the upper fixing part can enable the bearing plate to be better fixed at the wellhead, so that the bearing plate is not easy to lift and push away, meanwhile, the upper fixing part and the lower fixing part can be loosened through adjustment of the bolt sleeves at the top and the bottom, the bearing plate in the inside is convenient to take out and install, and meanwhile, the bearing plate is not easy to damage in the paving and rolling operation under the protection of the rigid upper fixing part at the upper side; the exposed inspection well mouth can be covered in place for one time under the conditions of construction intermittence, shutdown, slow construction and the like in the construction operation of various road projects, so that potential safety hazards are eliminated.

The upper fixing part 1 can fully protect the bearing plate 6, so that the bearing plate 6 is not easy to damage in the process of paving and rolling a base layer or a cushion layer, and a common rubber sheet on a construction site can be padded between the upper fixing part 1 and the bearing plate 6 to play a certain role in buffering.
The connecting steel rope 3 is flexible and can be used for adjusting the distance between the upper fixing part 1 and the lower fixing part 2, as shown in fig. 2, if the lower fixing part 2 is blocked with the inner wall of the inspection well 7, the upper fixing part 1 can be tensioned through the connecting steel rope 3, the bearing plate 6 is pressed and positioned at the wellhead of the inspection well 7, and in order to save cost, the bearing plate 6 is generally a wooden bearing plate, so that materials can be conveniently obtained in a construction site.
In the practical application process, in order to make the lower fixing portion 2 smoothly enter from the wellhead of the inspection well 7 and support the inner wall of the inspection well 7 as a positioning component, the lower fixing portion 2 may be designed as a telescopic structure, such that the lower fixing portion 2 is rectangular, two portions of the rectangular lower fixing portion 2 are connected through a telescopic tube, and can enter into the inspection well 7 in a contracted state and stretch to support the inner wall of the inspection well 7.
Of course, the lower fixing portion 2 may be a telescopic rod, and may support the inner wall of the manhole 7 in an extended state.
As another embodiment of the upper fixing portion 1 and the lower fixing portion 2, as shown in fig. 1, the upper fixing portion 1 and the lower fixing portion 2 are both in a rigid ring structure, the lower fixing portion 2 can enter the manhole 7 and is mainly used for the manhole 7 with a circular cross section, and the diameter of the upper fixing portion 1 is larger than the diameter of the lower fixing portion 2 because the wellhead of the manhole 7 is generally smaller than the inner diameter of the manhole 7.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting wires 3 are provided in a plurality of numbers and uniformly arranged around the upper fixing portion 1, and at least three, preferably four, connecting wires 3 are provided for the upper fixing portion 1 and the lower fixing portion 2 which are formed in a ring shape.
In order to adjust the distance between the upper fixing part 1 and the lower fixing part 2 rapidly, the two ends of the connecting steel rope 3 are provided with threaded parts, the upper end and the lower end of the connecting steel rope 3 are respectively connected with a top bolt sleeve 4 and a bottom bolt sleeve 5 which are connected with the threaded parts, a rigid section of threaded part can be arranged at the two ends of the connecting steel rope 3, when the connecting steel rope is used, the distance between the upper fixing part 1 and the lower fixing part 2 can be adjusted by rotating the top bolt sleeve 4 and the bottom bolt sleeve 5, and two side extension plates which are convenient to rotate can be arranged on the top bolt sleeve 4 and the bottom bolt sleeve 5.
