Based on above-mentioned drawback, the applicant wants to set up a support frame at stair guardrail restoration in-process, supports the guardrail horizontal pole through the support frame to avoid restoring guardrail pole setting in-process, the guardrail production after the cutting is emptyd, causes the potential safety hazard to constructor or pedestrian.
