The other one-side vertical frame has a shape having a roof-part constituting pipe portion that is longer than the roof-part-constituting pipe portion of the frame and a side surface portion-constituting pipe portion that is shorter than the side-surface portion constituting pipe portion of the other one-side vertical frame. One end is connected to the middle of the inner vertical pipe constituting the roof portion of the pipe, and the other end is constructed with a pipe extending along the one side vertical frame, and the inner frame structure is constructed. A vinyl in which a heat insulating water pipe is arranged in a multistage manner between the inner vertical pipe and the outer vertical pipe of the pipe portion constituting the side surface portion of the other one side vertical frame. It was a mouse.

According to the frame structure of a vinyl house according to the present invention, a pair of left and right one-side vertical frames composed of inner and outer double pipes connected by a connecting metal fitting are connected using a joint material, and a high-strength vertical frame is easily obtained. In addition, since it is separated into a pair of left and right one-side vertical frames, it can be easily transported and the transportation cost can be reduced. Therefore, a vinyl house having sufficient strength can be constructed at a lower cost. Further, for example, even a vinyl house having a gable roof shape can be constructed simply and inexpensively in the same manner as an arch type vinyl house by using a joint material.

Hereinafter, the vinyl house which concerns on this embodiment, and its frame structure are demonstrated, referring drawings. In the drawings, an agricultural film to be deposited on the frame structure of the vinyl house is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 1, the vinyl house A according to the present embodiment has a gable roof, and the framework structure basically includes an inner vertical pipe 11 and an outer vertical pipe 12 via a connecting fitting 2. A plurality of the vertically connected vertical frames 1 are connected to the horizontal pipes 3 arranged in the ridge direction at intervals to constitute the roof surface portion A1 and the side surface portion A2.

The vertical frame 1 is configured by connecting upper end portions of a pair of left and right one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R via a joint member 4 at the center of the roof surface portion A1.

FIG. 2A shows a front view of the joint member 4 used in the framework structure of the vinyl house A according to this embodiment, and FIG. 2B shows a side view thereof. As shown in FIG. 2, the joint material 4 includes a first connection body 41 and a second connection body 42 that are formed in a substantially chevron shape and connected to each other. That is, the joint material 4 includes a first connection body 41 and a second connection body 42 each having a bent portion having a predetermined angle θ (for example, θ = 120 degrees) and formed in a substantially chevron shape. The one connection body 41 connects the inner vertical pipes 11 of the left and right sets of one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R, while the second connection body 42 connects the outer vertical pipes of the left and right sets of one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R. 12 and 12 are connected. And these 1st connection body 41 and the 2nd connection body 42 are connected with two rectangular plate-shaped connection materials 43 and 43 which were formed in predetermined length and arrange | positioned at predetermined intervals.

In the present embodiment, as shown in the drawing, the second connecting body 42 of the joint member 4 is the connecting pipe portion that externally fits the outer vertical pipe 12, and although not shown, the first connecting body 41 fits the inner vertical pipe 11. 44.

That is, the first and second connecting bodies 41 and 12 are formed by cutting the inner and outer longitudinal pipes 11 and 12 and pipes having at least the same inner diameter and outer shape at a predetermined length and bending the center thereof at, for example, 120 degrees. A pipe having the same outer shape as the inner diameter of the inner and outer vertical pipes 11 and 12 is fitted into the end opening of 42 to form a connecting pipe portion 44.

With this configuration, the left and right one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R can be easily connected to each other only by externally fitting the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 to the connecting pipe portion 44, respectively. Further, since the outer vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 and the connecting pipe portion 44 have the same outer shape when connected, there is no step in the connecting portion, and there is no possibility of damaging the agricultural film to be deposited. The connecting member 43 is formed with a reinforcing member mounting hole 45 so that a reinforcing member and other devices necessary for the vinyl house A can be attached as necessary.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 3, the joint material 4 is configured such that the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 of the pair of left and right one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R have the same length. 42 can be formed longer than the first coupling body 41. 3A is a front view showing another example of the joint material 4, and FIG. 3B is a side view thereof.

That is, if the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 have the same length, the types of members for constructing the vinyl house A can be reduced, and the production efficiency of the members can be improved. Since the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 can be grouped together, the conveyance efficiency is also improved.

In the joint material 4 shown in FIG. 2, the connecting material 43 is a substantially parallelogram. However, in the joint material 4 shown in FIG. 3, the connecting material 43 is a rectangle, and the first connecting body 41 and the second connecting body are connected. The body 42 can be connected in an orthogonal state.

Moreover, as the joint material 4, the connection pipe part 44 is abolished, and as shown in FIG. 4, the 1st connection body 41 is the inner side vertical pipe 11, and the 2nd connection body 42 is the outer side vertical pipe 12 (not shown). It is also possible to configure only a connecting pipe having a diameter sufficient to fit each inside. Fig.4 (a) shows the front view of the coupling material 4 which concerns on a modification, FIG.3 (b) shows the same side view.

In this case, the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe are expanded by expanding the diameter of a predetermined length from the distal end opening of the first connecting body 41 or the second connecting body 42 or by providing a throttle portion in the middle. It is necessary to be able to define 12 insertion lengths.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, in the frame structure of the vinyl house which concerns on this embodiment, one side vertical frame 1L, 1R is the pipe of the side which comprises the roof part of the vinyl house A (it is called a roof part structure pipe), A pipe (referred to as a side surface constituting pipe) on the side constituting the side surface portion of the vinyl house A is connected by a second joint material 5 having the same structure as the joint material 4.

In addition, also about the 2nd coupling material 5 in this case, as above-mentioned, the 2nd connection body 42 is made rather than the 1st connection body 41 so that the inner side vertical pipe 11 and the outer side vertical pipe 12 may become the same length. It can be formed long (see FIG. 3). Further, the connecting pipe portion 44 is eliminated, and the first connecting body 41 is constituted by only the connecting pipe having a diameter enough to fit the inner vertical pipe 11 and the second connecting body 42 is fitted with the outer vertical pipe 12. (See FIG. 4).

Thus, if the one side vertical frame 1L, 1R is separated into the roof portion constituting pipe and the side portion constituting pipe using the second joint material 5, the joint material 4, Since all the pipes except for 5 can be made into straight pipes, the manufacture is simplified and the conveyance efficiency is also increased. Therefore, even the gable-type vinyl house A can be easily and inexpensively constructed.

By the way, in the vinyl house A which concerns on this embodiment, although it shall have the gable-type roof surface part A1, as shown in FIG. 5, the joint material 4 and the 2nd joint material 5 are arch type roof surface parts A1. It is applicable also to what has. In FIG. 5, only the joint material 4 is used, and the one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R can form a roof surface portion A1 and a side surface A2 portion by bending one pipe, respectively. Of course, the one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R may be configured by using the second joint material 5. Further, in the example shown in FIG. 5, the connection fitting 2 is also omitted.

Here, the connection fitting 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the connecting fitting 2 includes a first clamp member 21 that is attached to the outer vertical pipe 12 and a pair of second clamp members 22 that are attached to the horizontal pipe 3 at a predetermined interval. , 22 and a pair of connecting bodies 23 formed by crushing both ends of the pipe material on a flat plate. That is, the connecting body 23 has a first connecting surface portion 23 a formed in a flat plate shape for connecting the first clamp material 21 at one end and a flat plate shape for connecting the second clamp material 22. The second connecting surface portion 23b formed at the other end is formed at the other end.

The pair of two connecting bodies 23 are connected by being sandwiched and connected to the first clamping member 21 in a state where the first connecting surface portions 23a and 23a formed by bending at a predetermined angle are overlapped with each other. 23b is connected to the second clamp member 22 and disposed between the outer vertical pipe 12 and the horizontal pipe 3 in a substantially C shape (see FIG. 6).

Although not shown in the figure, the connecting bodies 23 and 23 are arranged so as to straddle the place where the inner vertical pipe 11 and the horizontal pipe 3 are connected. 1 is connected to the clamp member 21 and the other end is connected to the second clamp member 22, and this connection point is 1 on both the left and right sides of the intersection of the inner vertical pipe 11 and the horizontal pipe 3. Since the portions are arranged one by one, a torsion prevention structure having a substantially isosceles triangle shape with the connecting portion with the first clamp member 21 as the apex and the horizontal pipe 3 as the bottom is formed. Strength is remarkably improved.

Both the first clamp material 21 and the second clamp material 22 have a well-known structure that can be attached to a round pipe or the like, and can be abutted against the left and right ends of a clamp portion formed in an arc shape that can hold the pipe. These connecting pieces are integrally connected, and a bolt insertion hole is formed in the connecting piece.

Reference numeral 24 indicates a first bolt for connecting the first clamp member 21 and the connecting body 23, and reference numeral 24 indicates a second bolt for connecting the second clamp member 22 and the connecting body 23. . As shown in FIG. 7, the first clamp member 21 and the connecting body 23 are connected by two first bolts 24, 24 at a predetermined interval in the horizontal direction.

By appropriately disposing such a connecting metal fitting 2, the strength of the vertical frame 1 in the twisting direction can be improved with a simple structure. Moreover, the structure of the connecting metal fitting 2 can easily cope with, for example, the difference in the scale of the vinyl house A (the difference in the pipe diameter, the difference in the interval between the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12, etc.).

By the way, the number of bolts 24 and 25 used in the connection fitting 2 and the shape of the second connection surface portion 23b can be appropriately changed. For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, it is sufficient to use one first bolt 24 and two second bolts 25. In addition, about the shape of the 1st connection surface part 23a, since it is preferable to make an upper edge contact | abut to the outer peripheral surface of the outer vertical pipe 12, even if the use of the 1st volt | bolt 24 is one, it is substantially rectangular shape. However, the second connecting surface portion 23b may have a substantially triangular shape.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the connection body 23 of the connection fitting 2 can be formed using an angle material having an L-shaped cross section instead of using a pipe material. In this case, since the connecting body 23 itself is plate-shaped, appropriate bending and cutting are required, but it is necessary to crush the end portion in order to form the first connecting surface portion 23a and the second connecting surface portion 23b. There is no.

Further, the frame structure of the vinyl house A according to the present embodiment includes a reinforcing metal fitting 6 that reinforces the connection between the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 of the vertical frame 1 in addition to the connecting metal fitting 2 described above. (See FIG. 1).

As shown in FIG. 12, the reinforcing metal fitting 6 is formed by using a metal fitting body 61 in which a rectangular plate material is bent along the longitudinal direction to form ribs 61 a and 61 a having a substantially U shape in cross section for the connecting metal fitting 2 described above. The inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 are connected using a clamp member 62 having a known structure similar to the first clamp member 21 and the second clamp member 22.

As shown in FIG. 1, the reinforcing metal fitting 6 and the connecting metal fitting 2 are appropriately disposed between the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12, so that the vertical frame 1 having a desired strength can be obtained. Obtainable.

As an example of the vinyl house A having the above-described framework structure, as shown in FIG. 13, an energy-saving vinyl house B such as a sunlight greenhouse prevailing in China or the like can be easily constructed. In FIG. 13 and the following description, the same reference numerals are given to the components described so far, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

As shown in the figure, the energy-saving vinyl house B has one side vertical frame (for example, the left side vertical frame 1L on the left side when viewed from the front) of one set of left and right one side vertical frames 1L, 1R and the other side vertical frame (for example, The roof portion constituting pipe portion 110 that is longer than the roof portion constituting pipe portion 100 of the one side vertical frame 1R on the right side when viewed from the front, and the side surface portion constituting pipe portion 130 that is shorter than the side surface portion constituting pipe portion 120 of the other one side vertical frame 1R. The shape has.

And the inner frame structure 140 which consists of a pipe which one end was connected to the middle of the inner side vertical pipe which comprises the roof part structure pipe part 100 of the other one side vertical frame 1R, and the other end extended along the one side vertical frame 1L. In addition, an agricultural film is applied to the inner frame structure 140, and a heat insulating material 150 is disposed so as to be wound up from the inner frame structure 140 so that the inner frame structure 140 can be covered.

Therefore, above the inner framework structure 140, a sealed space is formed between the agricultural film attached to the inner framework structure 140 and the agricultural film attached to the vertical frame 1, It functions as a heat insulating layer or a heat insulating layer, and can improve the heat insulating performance in the house.

Further, the heat storage water pipes 200 are arranged in multiple stages between the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 of the side surface constituting pipe part 120 of the other one-side vertical frame 1R, and the pipes are stacked in multiple stages. It is configured like a side wall.

By adopting such a configuration, the one-side vertical frame 1L having a large sunlight irradiation area is constructed with the roof portion constituting pipe portion 110 side facing south or southeast, and the heat insulating material 150 is wound up during the daytime. If it is covered with the heat insulating material 150, it is stored in the water in the heat storage water pipe 200 even in the winter, and the house is kept at an appropriate temperature without using an oil-fired heating device or the like at night. It becomes possible.

That is, it can be configured as if a heating device is built in a part of the side wall of the house using the energy of natural sunlight. In addition, it is preferable to arrange the heating device etc. separately in the house so that it can cope with weather fluctuations, etc., but the oil consumption etc. can be greatly reduced compared to the past. An energy-saving vinyl house B that is possible and has a low running cost is realized.

From the embodiments described above, the following vinyl houses and frame structures in vinyl houses can be realized.

A plurality of vertical frames 1 in which inner vertical pipes 11 and outer vertical pipes 12 are connected via connecting metal fittings 2 are connected to horizontal pipes 3 arranged in the ridge direction at intervals to form roof surface portion A1 and side surface portion A2. In the vinyl house A, the vertical frame 1 is configured such that the upper end portions of a pair of left and right one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R are connected via a joint material 4 at the center of the roof surface portion A1, and the joint material 4 is The first connecting body 41, which is formed in a substantially chevron shape, and connects the inner vertical pipes 11, 11 of the pair of left and right one-side vertical frames 1L, 1R, and the second connecting the outer vertical pipes 12, 12 to each other. A frame structure in which the connecting body 42 is connected by a connecting member 43 having a predetermined length.

By adopting such a frame structure of the vinyl house A, a high-strength vertical frame 1 can be easily configured using the joint material 4, and the vertical frame 1 is separated into a pair of left and right one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R. Therefore, it becomes easy to convey and the transportation cost can be reduced. Therefore, the vinyl house A having sufficient strength can be constructed at a lower cost.

In the framework structure of the vinyl house A, the first connecting body of the joint material 4 includes a connecting pipe portion that externally fits the inner vertical pipe, and the second connecting body includes a connecting pipe portion that externally fits the outer vertical pipe.

With this configuration, the connecting pipe portion 44 of the joint material 4 is inserted into the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 until they abut against the ends of the first connecting body 41 and the second connecting body 42, If the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 are externally fitted to the portion 44, the left and right one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R can be simply connected to each other to easily construct the vertical frame 1. In addition, when the one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R are connected to each other, the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 and the connecting pipe portion 44 have the same outer shape, so that there is no step in the connecting portion. There is no risk of scratching the film.

In the frame structure of the vinyl house, the first connecting body 41 of the joint material 4 is a frame structure including a connecting pipe in which the inner vertical pipe 11 is fitted, and the second connecting body 42 is fitted in the outer vertical pipe 12.

According to such a configuration, the first connecting body 41 and the second connecting body are prepared only by processing such as widening from the tip of the pipe material to the middle portion without separately preparing the connecting pipe portion 44 and attaching it. 42 can be configured.

In the frame structure of the vinyl house A, the second connecting body 42 of the joint material 4 is set to the first length so that the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 of the pair of left and right one-side vertical frames 1L and 1R have the same length. A frame structure formed longer than the connection body 41.

With this configuration, the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 can be aligned to the same length, so that the types of members that construct the vinyl house A can be reduced. Therefore, the production efficiency of the members can be improved, the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 can be easily combined, the conveyance efficiency can be improved, and the conveyance cost can be reduced.

In the frame structure of the vinyl house A, the one-side vertical frame 1L (1R) has a structure in which the roof portion-constituting pipe and the side surface portion-constituting pipe are connected by the second joint member 5 having the same structure as the joint member 4. Construction.

With this configuration, even the gable-type vinyl house A can be easily constructed, and the vertical frame 1 can be made into straight pipes except for the joint materials 4 and 5, so that the manufacture is simple. In addition, the conveyance efficiency is also increased. Therefore, even the gable-type vinyl house A can be realized at low cost.

In the frame structure of the vinyl house A, the connecting metal fitting 2 includes a first clamp member attached to the vertical frame 1 side and a pair of second clamp members 22 and 22 attached to the horizontal pipe 3 at a predetermined interval. And a first connecting surface portion 23a formed in a flat plate shape for connecting the first clamp material 21 at one end and a second plate formed in a flat plate shape for connecting the second clamp material 22. And a pair of two connecting bodies 23 each having a connecting surface portion 23b formed at the other end, and the two sets of connecting bodies 23 are the first clamps in a state where the first connecting surface portions 23a and 23a are overlapped with each other. A skeleton structure in which the second connecting surface portions 23b are connected to the second clamp member 22 and are arranged in a substantially C shape between the outer vertical pipe 12 and the horizontal pipe 3 while being connected to the material 21.

With this configuration, the strength of the vertical frame 1 in the torsional direction can be improved while having a simple structure, the difference in the diameter of the pipes constituting the vertical frame 1 of the vinyl house A, the inner vertical pipe 11 and It is possible to easily cope with different house scales such as a difference in distance from the outer vertical pipe 12. Therefore, from the customer side, it is possible to construct an inexpensive and high-strength vinyl house on a desired scale, and from the supply side, it is possible to meet the demand from the customer side without cost. become.

In the framework structure of the above-mentioned vinyl house A, in addition to the connection fitting 2, a framework structure comprising a reinforcement fitting 6 that reinforces the connection between the inner vertical pipe 11 and the outer vertical pipe 12 of the vertical frame 1.

With this configuration, the strength of the frame structure of the vinyl house A can be further increased by simple means and methods.

A roof portion having a frame structure of the above-described vinyl house A and having one of the left and right one-side vertical frames 1L, 1R longer than the pipe portion 100 of the roof portion constituting the other one-side vertical frame 1R. While forming the shape which has the structure pipe part 110 and the side part structure pipe part 130 shorter than the side part structure pipe part 120 of the other one-side vertical frame 1R, the roof part structure pipe part 100 of the other one-side vertical frame 1R. An inner frame structure 140 composed of a pipe having one end connected to the middle of the constituting inner vertical pipe 11 and the other end extending along one one-side vertical frame 1L is constructed, and heat insulation capable of covering the inner frame structure 140 The material 150 is disposed so as to be freely woundable, and the inner side vertical pipe 11 and the outer side vertical pipe 12 of the side surface part constituting pipe part 120 of the other one side vertical frame 1R, Vinyl house thermal storage water pipe 200 is disposed in multiple stages between.

With this configuration, the one-side vertical frame 1L having a large irradiation area of sunlight is constructed with the roof portion constituting pipe portion 110 side facing south or southeast, and the heat insulating material 150 is wound up during the day, and the heat insulating material at night. If it is covered with 150, it is stored in the water in the heat storage water pipe 200 even in the winter, and the house can be maintained at an appropriate temperature at night without using an oil-fired heating device. It becomes. Therefore, it is possible to realize a greenhouse house structure with a proven track record in China and the like very easily.
