Claims (9)
- 高速充填制動システムにおいて、
マスタシリンダと、
前記マスタシリンダ内の第1の室部と、
前記第1の室部の前方に配置された前記マスタシリンダ内の第2の室部と、
前記第1の室部内の高速充填ピストンと、
前記高速充填ピストンに対して可動である前記第1の室部内の一次ピストンと、
前記第2の室部内の二次ピストンとを備えた、高速充填制動システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記高速充填ピストン及び前記一次ピストンは同軸である、システム。 - 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記高速充填ピストンは内部室部を画定し、
前記一次ピストンの少なくとも一部分は前記内部室部内に移動可能に受容される、システム。 - 請求項3に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記内部室部内に配置され、前記高速充填ピストンに対して後方方向に前記一次ピストンを付勢するように構成された一次バネを更に備えた、システム。 - 請求項4に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記高速充填ピストンと前記二次ピストンとの間に配置され、前記二次ピストンに対して前記後方方向に前記高速充填ピストンを付勢するように構成された高速充填バネを更に備えた、システム。 - 請求項5に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記後方方向に前記二次ピストンを付勢するように構成された二次バネを更に備え、
前記一次バネは第1のバネ定数を有し、
前記高速充填バネは第2のバネ定数を有し、
前記二次バネは第3のバネ定数を有し、
前記第2のバネ定数は前記第3のバネ定数よりもより大きく、前記第1のバネ定数よりもより小さい、システム。 - 請求項3に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記二次ピストンは後方向き空洞を含み、
前記一次ピストンは前記後方向き空洞と位置合わせされ、
前記一次ピストンは、前記後方向き空洞内に嵌合するような大きさにされた前方部分を含む、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記第1の室部は第1の最大直径を有し、
前記第2の室部は第2の最大直径を有し、
前記第1の最大直径は前記第2の最大直径よりもより大きい、システム。 - 請求項8に記載のシステムにおいて、
前記高速充填ピストンは前方向き部分を含み、
封止部が前記前方向き部分上に位置付けられ、
前記封止部は、前記第2の最大直径よりもより大きく、前記第1の最大直径よりもより小さい外径を有する、システム。
