Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic.
Aqueous cosmetics represented by skin lotions are usually used for the purpose of replenishing the skin's stratum corneum with water, moisturizing ingredients, etc., and adjusting the physiological functions of the skin. And alcohol such as isopropanol, oils, moisturizing ingredients, various medicinal agents and the like. Further, it is general that the surface tension is lowered by further adding a surfactant to improve the wettability to the skin.
For example, Patent Document 1 describes an aqueous skin cosmetic that contains a water-soluble surfactant and has a surface tension of 33 mN / m or less in the dosage form. The stability of the water-soluble surfactant was poor, the surface tension increased with time, and it did not play the role of lotion.
Moreover, in the lotion described in patent document 2 or patent document 3, since the surface tension of the water-soluble surfactant used is high, the surface tension of the dosage form further increases, and the familiarity to the skin The penetration feeling was insufficient.
Furthermore, in the cosmetics described in Patent Documents 4 to 12, since a water-insoluble oil such as silicone oil is blended, the touch after application feels sticky with an oily feeling.
An object of the present invention is to provide a stable cosmetic that has good spread and skin familiarity when applied, high permeation to the skin, and low surface tension of the dosage form over time. .
The present inventors use two specific polyether-modified silicones in combination with a polyvalent acid, etc., and adjust to pH 6-9, so that the spread at the time of application and the familiarity to the skin are good, and the skin It has been found that a stable cosmetic can be obtained with a high permeation feeling and no increase in surface tension over time.

The cosmetic of the present invention has a low surface tension, good spreading and familiarity with the skin, and high penetration to the skin. In addition, the surface tension does not increase over time, and the stability is excellent.
The polyether-modified silicone of component (A) used in the present invention is represented by the general formula (1).
Further, the polyether-modified silicone (1) is HLB 10 or more, preferably HLB 14-19. If it is less than HLB10, polyether modified silicone will precipitate.
In the present invention, HLB is a value determined by the Griffin method.
Furthermore, those having a viscosity at 25 ° C. of 10 to 100 mm 2 / s, particularly 10 to 50 mm 2 / s are more preferable because the surface tension value becomes low.
As such polyether-modified silicone (1), for example, silicone KF618, silicone KF-643 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) and the like can be used.
One or more components (A) can be used, and the total composition contains 0.01 to 1% by mass, particularly 0.1 to 1% by mass, and more preferably 0.5 to 1% by mass.

Further, these polyether-modified silicones (2) and (3) are those of HLB 10 or more, preferably HLB 12-19. If it is less than HLB10, polyether modified silicone will precipitate.
Furthermore, the viscosity at 25 ° C. is preferably 50 to 400 mm 2 / s, particularly 50 to 300 mm 2 / s because the component (A) can be stabilized in the composition.
Examples of such polyether-modified silicones (2) and (3) include silicone KF-355A, silicone KF-351A, silicone KF-6011 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), SS-2804 (Toray Dow). Corning Co., Ltd.) can be used.
