Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a nose hose intended to improve visibility when working in the dark, to improve workability and to ensure safety.
Conventionally, air hoses are required to have various characteristics such as flexibility, visibility, and productivity.
For example, air tools used in maintenance shops use compressed air generated by an air compressor, generate a large torque with an air motor and a rotary hammer, and use an air impact wrench that turns bolts and nuts. Drive. The same applies to nailing machines and tuckers used in residential construction sites. At this time, in order to supply compressed air from the air compressor to these air tools, an air hose is used, and flexibility and flexibility are required in consideration of handling of the air tool. In addition, when using a wide variety of air tools, the air hose may be color-coded to improve visibility and may be distinguished.
In addition, in a vehicle equipped with an air device, the air device exists not only in the engine room where various devices such as an engine are effectively arranged without gaps, but also in the vicinity of the underbody around the fuel tank. Therefore, it is necessary to connect these air devices with a bent path. Further, when the pipe is bent and bent, even if the pipe is deformed and distorted to some extent, if the distortion remains, the resistance of the air passing through the pipeline is not preferable. For this reason, the air hose used in the vehicle is required to have elasticity and resilience. A single-layer air hose using a rubber material having excellent elasticity and resilience, for example, a butadiene / acrylonitrile copolymer (NBR) is used. Examples of the air hose used in the vehicle include an air hose connected to an air device such as a vacuum control valve, a vacuum switch, a diaphragm valve, or a check valve in an engine supply / exhaust system or a fuel vapor system. .
Furthermore, conventional air hoses are based on the above requirements, such as an air hose (Patent Document 1) that has ozone resistance in addition to elasticity and resilience, an air hose that has excellent heat resistance (Patent Document 2), and the like. Proposed.
However, conventional hoses such as air hoses have problems such as poor visibility at night and poor workability at night.
In addition, there were cases where the hoses were tangled in the foot in the dark caused by a sudden power outage or breaker breakage at a residential building site, which was dangerous for work.
On the other hand, in the past, there has been an improvement in hose visibility in the dark by pasting a tape with a luminescent paint on the surface of the hose and applying a tape with a luminescent paint. In addition, there was one that kneaded luminescent powder into resin to make it glow.
However, a luminous hose manufactured using a luminous paint has problems such as deterioration due to moisture adhesion due to the characteristics of the luminous component, which causes the paint to peel off.
In addition, the tapes with the luminescent tapes are disadvantageous in that the tapes are easily peeled off and are not flexible enough to meet the flexibility required for hoses.
Furthermore, when a phosphorescent pigment is kneaded into a resin in order to obtain a luminous function, there is a difficulty in that the alumina powder damages the resin granulator due to the composition of the phosphorescent pigment powder, and there is a limit to the phosphorescent pigment that can be used. Improvement of emission luminance has been a problem.
Furthermore, the phosphorescent pigment powder uses alumina for its composition, so it has high hardness, and not only wears and damages the cylinder and screw of the granulator, but also the resin after granulation becomes dull because it contains metal powder. There was a problem that would result in shades. In particular, the luminous powder having high luminance has a relatively large particle size of 60 to 160 μm and cannot be kneaded into the resin for the reason described above.
Even when resin granulation is performed using phosphorescent powder with low brightness, a lot of man-hours are required for cleaning due to contamination problems. In some cases, there is a problem that a dedicated machine is required.
Furthermore, when kneading into a resin, the light emission cannot be realized unless kneading at a ratio of 10% by weight or more. In addition, because of the structure of the hose, an expensive luminous powder in an amount proportional to the thickness of the resin must be prepared, resulting in high costs.
In addition, when kneaded into the resin, the luminous particles become shadows and the excitation light does not strike from all directions, resulting in a decrease in luminous efficiency.
An object of this invention is to provide the nocturnal hose excellent in visibility at night, maintaining the physical property of hoses, such as the conventional air hose.
The present invention is a hose composed of at least an inner hose and an outer hose made of a soft thermoplastic resin, and a primer intermediate layer containing a luminous pigment is interposed over the entire circumference between the inner hose and the outer hose. The present invention relates to a nocturnal hose (hereinafter also simply referred to as “hose”).
Here, the soft thermoplastic resin is preferably a soft vinyl chloride resin, and the resin component constituting the primer intermediate layer is preferably a vinyl chloride resin paste.
Moreover, it is preferable that the fiber intermediate body is further clamped in the primer intermediate layer over the entire circumference.
The fiber structure is preferably a braid.
Furthermore, in the hose of the present invention, the inner hose and the outer hose are preferably made of a transparent resin having good light transmittance.
Furthermore, when coloring the outer hose in order to obtain day and night visibility and design, the pigment for coloring the outer hose is made of a material having physical properties that transmit the excitation light wavelength and the emission wavelength to the phosphorescent pigment. Preferably there is. For example, fluorescent yellow pigment corresponds to this.
Since the hose of the present invention has a structure in which a phosphorescent pigment is sandwiched between the inner hose and the outer hose, wear deterioration due to use of the hose, moisture adhering, and no luminescent powder deterioration due to moisture absorption.
In particular, the primer intermediate layer which is the hose intermediate layer of the inner hose and the outer hose is usually a very thin layer of 0.07 to 0.2 mm. As a result, the bright phosphorescent pigment has a large granulated particle size of 60 to 160 um, but not only can it be used by sandwiching it in the primer intermediate layer, but the primer intermediate layer can also uniformly stretch the pigment. As a result, the emission luminance can be increased. Of course, in this method, a phosphorescent pigment having a granulated particle diameter of 60 μm or less can be used.
Generally, when a phosphorescent pigment is kneaded into a resin, light emission cannot be realized unless it is kneaded at a ratio of 10% by weight or more. In addition, expensive luminescent powder in an amount proportional to the thickness of the resin must be prepared, resulting in high costs. In the case of the hose of the present invention, since the intermediate layer is composed mainly of the phosphorescent pigment and the resin component, the luminous particles constituting the phosphorescent pigment are the primer, so that a structure that is uniformly stretched by the resin component can be obtained. Maximum brightness can be generated with the minimum necessary.
Furthermore, the primer intermediate layer is mixed with resin components such as vinyl chloride resin paste (plastisol) in an appropriate amount of luminous powder, which is a phosphorescent pigment, and is performed at the time of hose molding. can be solved.
In addition, the primer intermediate layer accumulation between the inner hose and outer hose is formed as thin as 0.07 to 0.2 mm, preferably 0.05 to 0.15 mm, so that the luminous particles that are luminous pigments are uniformly stretched and aligned. Therefore, there is no light shielding between the phosphorescent pigments, and the luminous efficiency is good. In addition, if both the inner hose and the outer hose are transparent, the excitation light passes through the hose, so that excitation light can be efficiently emitted by being able to excite from all directions of the phosphorescent pigment located in the primer intermediate layer. Can be excited efficiently.
