Claims (13)

前記複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを、該第2の半永続的に割り当てられたリソースに関連付けることと

- 構成要素を備えているユーザエージェントであって、
該構成要素は、該ユーザエージェントが、複数のハイブリッド自動リピート要求(HARQ)のプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを半永続的スケジューリングに関連付けるために使用される信号伝達を受信し、該ユーザエージェントが、半永続的リソースの起動を決定し、該ユーザエージェントが、該複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを、該半永続的リソースに関連付け、該ユーザエージェントが、該複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの該少なくとも1つを利用して、非半永続的データ通信を受信するように、構成されている、ユーザエージェント。 - 前記ユーザエージェントは、第2の半永続的に割り当てられたリソースを示す第2の半永続的起動信号を受信し、該ユーザエージェントは、前記複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを、該第2の半永続的に割り当てられたリソースに関連付ける、請求項6に記載のユーザエージェント。
- 前記ユーザエージェントは、前記複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを解放する、請求項6に記載のユーザエージェント。
- 前記複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを半永続的スケジューリングに関連付けるために使用される信号伝達は、
無線リソース制御信号伝達と、
パケットデータ制御チャネル(PDCCH)信号伝達と
のうちの1つである、請求項6に記載のユーザエージェント。 - 前記複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つは、前記非半永続的データ通信のアイドル期間の終了時に、前記半永続的リソースに再び関連付けられる、請求項8に記載のユーザエージェント。
- 構成要素を備えているネットワーク要素であって、
該構成要素は、該ネットワーク要素が、半永続的リソースを起動することを決定し、該ネットワーク要素が、複数のハイブリッド自動リピート要求(HARQ)のプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを半永続的スケジューリングに関連付けるために使用される信号伝達を伝送し、該ネットワーク要素が、該複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを該半永続的リソースに関連付け、該ネットワーク要素が、該複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを利用して、非半永続的データ通信を伝送するように構成されている、ネットワーク要素。 - 前記ネットワーク要素は、第2の半永続的に割り当てられたリソースを示す第2の半永続的起動信号を伝送し、該ネットワーク要素は、前記複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを、該第2の半永続的に割り当てられたリソースに関連付ける、請求項11に記載のネットワーク要素。
- 前記複数のHARQのプロセスIDのうちの少なくとも1つを半永続的スケジューリングに関連付けるために使用される信号伝達は、
無線リソース制御信号伝達と、
パケットデータ制御チャネル(PDCCH)信号伝達と
