Abstract
Description
「製紙プロセス」は、水溶性セルロースの製紙用供給物を形成することを含み、この供給物を排水してシートを形成して、そのシートを乾燥することを含む任意の種類の紙製品(例えば紙、ティッシュー、板紙など)をパルプから製造する方法を意味する。この製紙用供給物を形成する工程において、排水及び乾燥は当業者に周知の任意の従来の様式で遂行し得る。該製紙プロセスは、パルプ化の段階及び/又は漂白段階を更に含むことができる。この製紙用供給物は再生パルプを含み得る。
Claims (1)
- プロセスの水媒体に浸漬された表面上への微生物学的堆積物を含む1つ以上の堆積物を監視するための方法であって:
(a)水媒体と接触するQCM(quartz crystal microbalance:水晶振動子微量天秤)であって、該QCMは水媒体と接触する頂部側表面、及び水媒体とは分離される第2の底部側表面を有するQCMを提供すること;
(b)抗原又は抗体を使用することなく、微生物学的堆積物を含む1つ以上の堆積物の種類に選択的な組成物を提供すること;
(c)前記組成物を前記QCM表面の頂部側面に塗布すること;
(d)水媒体からの前記QCM表面の前記頂部側面への前記堆積物の堆積速度を測定すること;及び
(e)微生物学的堆積に関して所望の結果を達成するために、随意に、1つ以上のプロセスのパラメータ又はプロセスに加えられる化学的成分若しくはそれらの組み合わせを変更するための修正活動をとることを含む方法。
