Description

Claims (1)
- プロセスの水媒体に浸漬された表面上への微生物学的堆積物を含む1つ以上の堆積物を監視するための方法であって:
(a)水媒体と接触するQCM(quartz crystal microbalance:水晶振動子微量天秤)であって、該QCMは水媒体と接触する頂部側表面、及び水媒体とは分離される第2の底部側表面を有するQCMを提供すること;
(b)抗原又は抗体を使用することなく、微生物学的堆積物を含む1つ以上の堆積物の種類に選択的であり、1つ以上の栄養素及び/又は殺生物剤を含む組成物を提供すること;
(c)前記組成物を前記QCM表面の頂部側面に塗布すること;
(d)水媒体からの前記QCM表面の前記頂部側面への前記堆積物の堆積速度を測定すること;及び
(e)微生物学的堆積に関して所望の結果を達成するために、随意に、1つ以上のプロセスのパラメータ又はプロセスに加えられる化学的成分若しくはそれらの組み合わせを変更するための修正活動をとることを含む方法。
