Claims (20)

- 前記スペーサ要素の1つ又は複数の巻回部が、前記導体の少なくとも1つの隣接する巻回部に隣接し、接触するように入り込むよう配設されている、請求項1に記載の医療用電気リード。
- 前記少なくとも1つの螺旋状に巻回されたスペーサ要素が、複数の螺旋状に巻回されたスペーサ要素からなる、請求項1に記載の医療用電気リード。
- 前記複数の螺旋状に巻回されたスペーサ要素が、互いに隣接し、接触するように配設されている2つ又はそれ以上のスペーサ要素を備える、請求項15に記載の医療用電気リード。

前記少なくとも1つの電極に電気的に結合された単一の螺旋状に巻回された導体ワイヤであって、前記リード本体の長手方向軸の周りに配設された複数の巻回部を備える、導体ワイヤと、
前記少なくとも1つの電極から電気的に絶縁された少なくとも1つの螺旋状に巻回された非導電性スペーサ要素であって、前記長手方向軸の周りに配設された複数の巻回部を備えており、スペーサ要素の1つ又は複数のワイヤ巻回部は、前記導体ワイヤの隣接する巻回部の間に入り込むように配設されている、非導電性スペーサ要素と
を備え、前記螺旋状に巻回された導体ワイヤ及び少なくとも1つの螺旋状に巻回された非導電性スペーサ要素が、前記リード本体の長さに沿って延在する密巻きコイルアセンブリを形成する、医療用電気リード。 - 医療用電気リードであって、
