Description
従来のインプラントシステムの不利益は、脊椎の作動セクションによる自然な動きとフレキシビリティに欠け、患者の胴の動きが限定されたものになることである。この動きが欠如する結果、中期及び長期にわたり、固定位置近傍にある脊椎分節が、椎間板と面関節の変性に影響を受けて、不快感はいうまでもなく、早期の腱鞘炎、脊柱痛を誘発する。
1.硬質ロッドに代わるフレキシブルブレードセット。
2.フレキシブルブレード間の摺動。
3.ブレードを摺動させるための、椎弓根スクリューヘッドに連接した内部トラックを有するプラットフォーム。椎弓根スクリューに対するプラットフォームの移動度と角度は、治療を行うべき変形または病気によって選択的に決める及び/又はブロックすることができる。
4.ブレード間で接触を維持し、ブレード間の分離を防いで、その動きをリード(ガイド)するために、ブレードに沿って設けたリングまたはグローブ(S字型制限ファスナ)。
5.金属材料(チタン)あるいはカーボンでできたブレード。真っ直ぐであるか、あるいは脊椎後弯症または脊椎前弯症用に予成形されている。
上記の図面が示すところによれば、「脊椎変形及び不安定の選択的安定化及び矯正用のフレキシブルな摺動型動的インプラントシステム」は、脊柱(2)の変形の矯正及び/又は治療用の新規な内部インプラントセットによって構成されており、U字型サポートまたはプラットフォーム(3)でできた2つの直線型並行シーケンスでできた健康な脊柱に必要なすべてのレベルの自然な動きをする連接脊椎インプラント(1)を示す。サポートまたはプラットフォームは、他の名前であってもよく、各シーケンス対が、インプラントする脊椎延在部に関連する各椎骨(6)の後部骨部分(5)に、同様に貫通によって固定されている椎弓根スクリュー(4)に連結されている幾何的形状を有している。
Claims (7)
- 脊椎変形及び不安定の選択的安定化及び矯正用のフレキシブルな摺動型動的インプラントシステムにおいて、健康な脊柱の特徴を持つ自然な全移動角度を有する脊柱(2)に適用され、2本のU字型サポート(3)でなる直線並行シーケンスでできており(当該サポートまたはプラットフォームは、別の名前と幾何学的形状を有していてもよい)、各シーケンス対が椎弓根スクリュー(4)に多軸に取り付けられており、インプラントすべき頸椎部分に関連する各頸椎(6)の後部骨部分(5)に、同様に貫通によって固定されている、フレキシブルに摺動する、連接脊椎インプラントシステム(1)によって特徴づけられることを特徴とするインプラントシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の脊椎変形及び不安定の選択的安定化及び矯正用のフレキシブルな摺動型動的インプラントシステムにおいて、インプラントの延在部に対して各椎骨(6)の後部骨部分(5)の各側(または片側の未)の上に選択的に移動するようにインプラントした、前記椎弓根スクリュー(4)に取り付けられているU字型サポートまたは連接プラットフォーム(3)(椎弓根スクリューヘッドによる選択的な多軸移動を伴うプラットフォーム)によって特徴づけられ、これらのプラットフォームがフレキシブルなブレードを受ける内部トラック(エッジ上に)を有することを特徴とするインプラントシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の脊椎変形及び不安定の選択的安定化及び矯正用のフレキシブルな摺動型動的インプラントシステムにおいて、金属製、またはカーボンファイバー製、またはプロピレン製、またはPEEK樹脂製の、2本の連続した、フレキシブル薄型ブレード(8)が、U字型サポートまたはプラットフォーム(3)が属している内部トラック(7)を通るエッジ間に取り付けられており、すなわちフレキシブル薄型ブレード(8)の各対が、脊髄突起の周囲の脊柱(2)の両側で各U字形状のリニアサポート(プラットフォーム)(3)に、上下に取り付けられていることを特徴とするインプラントシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の脊椎変形及び不安定の選択的安定化及び矯正用のフレキシブルな摺動型動的インプラントシステムにおいて、下側フレキシブル薄型ブレード(8)が、インプラントするべき椎骨延在部の第1の下部椎骨(6)に対応する第1の下部U字型サポート/プラットフォーム(3)上に固定されており、上側フレキシブル薄型ブレードが、上部椎骨に取り付けた第1のU字型サポートまたは上部プラットフォーム上に固定されており、これらのブレードが一方の端部にのみブロックされるように固定されており、したがって、内部に自由端部を有し、前記ブレードを姿勢フレックス状態であるいはインプラントした脊椎(2)の延在部に必要なその他の動きをするように摺動させることを特徴とするインプラントシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の脊椎変形及び不安定の選択的安定化及び矯正用のフレキシブルな摺動型動的インプラントシステムにおいて、各ブレード対の上に取り付けた一又はそれ以上のリング、または金属レース、あるいはラッピンググローブ(10)によって特徴づけられ、正確な相互摺動を行わせ、自由端を分けた状態に保ち、ブレードの動きをリード(ガイド)することを特徴とするインプラントシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の脊椎変形及び不安定の選択的安定化及び矯正用のフレキシブルな摺動型動的インプラントシステムにおいて、S字型ファスナ(9)を各U字型サポート(3)のエッジ(7)間と、薄型ブレード(8)の上に有することによって特徴づけられるインプラントシステム。
- 請求項1に記載の脊椎変形及び不安定の選択的安定化及び矯正用のフレキシブルな摺動型動的インプラントシステムにおいて、連接脊椎インプラントセット(1)を適用して、子供または青年の脊柱(2)の正常な成長を保ち、脊椎の生体構造を無傷に保ちながら、脊椎変形の矯正を可能とすることで特徴づけられるインプラントシステム。
