Abstract
Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態に係るスラット展開機構1の概略側面図であり、展開機構1はスラット2と主翼要素3との間で作用する。機構1は、第1枢動点5でスラット2の後端部に連結される湾曲した主トラック4と、枢動駆動リンク8によって第2枢動点7でスラット2に連結される湾曲した副トラック6とを具備する。枢動駆動リンク8は、第3枢動点9で副トラック6の末端に枢動可能に連結される。
Claims (11)
- 第1枢動点でスラットに連結された第1駆動部材と、
前記第1枢動点からオフセットされた第2枢動点で前記スラットに連結された第2駆動部材と、
駆動軸と、
前記第1駆動部材上の第1ラックと、
前記駆動軸に保持された第1ピニオンであって、前記第1ラックを介して機械的動力を前記駆動軸から前記第1駆動部材へ伝達すべく配置される第1ピニオンと、
前記第2駆動部材上の第2ラックと、
前記駆動軸に保持され且つ前記第1ピニオンとは異なる半径を有する第2ピニオンであって、前記第2駆動部材が前記第1駆動部材とは異なる速度で動作するように、前記第2ラックを介して機械的動力を前記駆動軸から前記第2駆動部材へ伝達すべく配置される第2ピニオンとを具備する、航空機用のスラット展開機構。 - 前記第1駆動部材および/または前記第2駆動部材が湾曲したトラックを具備する、請求項1に記載の機構。
- 第1湾曲軌道に沿って前記第1駆動部材を案内すべく配置された第1軸受と、第2湾曲軌道に沿って前記第2駆動部材を案内すべく配置された第2軸受とを更に具備する、請求項1または2に記載の機構。
- 前記第1軸受および/または前記第2軸受が一以上の回転要素を具備する、請求項3に記載の機構。
- 主翼要素を更に具備し、
前記第1軸受および前記第2軸受が両方とも前記主翼要素に保持される、請求項3または4に記載の機構。 - 前記第1駆動部材および前記第2駆動部材が翼長方向に互いに離間された、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の機構。
- 前記第2軸受が前記両駆動部材間の内部軸受を具備する、請求項3に記載の機構。
- 前記第2駆動部材が、前記第1駆動部材によって画成される溝内に少なくとも部分的に嵌め込まれる、請求項7に記載の機構。
- 前記第1軸受および/または前記第2軸受が一以上の回転要素を具備する、請求項3に記載の機構。
- 前記第2駆動部材が枢動リンクによって前記スラットに連結される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の機構。
- 第1枢動点でスラットに連結された第1駆動部材と、前記第1枢動点からオフセットされた第2枢動点で前記スラットに連結された第2駆動部材とを用いた、航空機用スラットの展開方法において、
前記第1駆動部材上の第1ラックと駆動軸に保持された第1ピニオンとによって、機械的動力を前記駆動軸から前記第1駆動部材へ伝達することと、
前記第2駆動部材上の第2ラックと前記駆動軸に保持された第2ピニオンとによって、機械的動力を前記駆動軸から前記第2駆動部材へ伝達することとを含み、前記第2駆動部材が前記第1駆動部材とは異なる速度で動作し且つ前記第1枢動点回りで前記スラットを回転させるように、前記第2ピニオンが前記第1ピニオンと異なる半径を有する、方法。
