Claims (12)
- 電極リードシステムと共に使用するための植え込み型心臓除細動器であって、
前記電極リードシステムに接続可能な電極リードコネクタと、
前記電極リードコネクタに接続され、心臓の状態を検知し、その状態を特定する状態信号を出すように作動するセンサーと、
前記センサーに接続され、前記状態信号から細動の状態が存在するかどうか特定し、もし前記細動の状態が存在すれば指令信号を出すように作動する制御ユニットと、
前記制御ユニット及び前記電極リードコネクタに接続され、前記指令信号を受けて前記電極リードコネクタへ少なくとも1回の除細動ショックを発生するように作動する電撃パルス発生器と、を備え、
前記少なくとも1回の除細動ショックが、600ボルトを超える電圧及び30マイクロ秒から70マイクロ秒の持続時間を有する少なくとも1回のパルスを有する、植え込み型心臓除細動器。 - 前記少なくとも1回のパルスが50マイクロ秒の持続時間を有する、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1回のパルスが1000ボルトの電圧を有する、請求項2に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1回のパルスが、100ボルト/センチメートルから700ボルト/センチメートルの電界強度を有する、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 前記少なくとも1回のパルスの前記電圧が、前記電極リードシステムの放電電極と受容電極間の距離の関数として決定される、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 心房細動が検出されたことを患者に知らせるように作動する警報をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 前記心臓に鎮痛剤及び/又は不整脈治療剤を送達するように作動する薬物ポンプをさらに備えており、前記鎮痛剤は前記少なくとも1回のパルスの放電中の又は放電後の不快感を減少するように作動する、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 少なくとも、前記制御ユニットと、前記電撃パルス発生器と、該パルス発生器に接続された高電圧キャパシタとを囲んでいる除細動器本体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 前記除細動器本体の容積が5立方センチメートルから15立方センチメートルである、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 前記植え込み型心臓除細動器の位置を確定するように作動する位置決めシステムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 前記植え込み型心臓除細動器の前記位置を医療制御センターに通信するように作動する通信装置をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
- 前記電極リードシステムの放電電極又は受容電極と一体となった取付け装置をさらに備えており、前記取付け装置は前記放電電極及び/又は前記受容電極を前記心臓の壁に結合するように機能する、請求項1に記載の植え込み型心臓除細動器。
