を含み、その際、上記のアンモニウム塩及び水は、その一部又は全部が、アンモニウム塩の水溶液として存在することができる。
(a) リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムを、アンモニウム塩及び水と及び/又はアンモニウム塩の水溶液と、均質な混合物(セメントペースト)が得られるまで混合する工程;
(b) 上記の均質な混合物を、対象物上又は対象物中に塗布又は導入する工程;
(c) 上記の均質な混合物を硬化して固まったリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントを得る工程。
本発明のリン酸カルシウムマグネシウムの製造は、表1に記載の化学量論を有する粉末混合物の1100℃での、かつ5時間の焼結期間での焼結によって行った。焼結ケークは、引き続き、粒径<355μmまで手動で細かく砕き、そして、10分〜24時間の期間、遊星ボールミル中で粉砕した。得られたリン酸カルシウムマグネシウム粒子の平均の大きさを表2に示す。

Claims (25)
- (a) 式MgxCay(PO4)2Oz(式中、x+y≦4であり、x>1であり、y>0であり、z=x+y−3、及びz≧0である。)で表されるリン酸カルシウムマグネシウム、
(b) アンモニウム塩、及び
(c) 水、
を含む、リン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントのための調合物であり、その際、前記アンモニウム塩と水は、その一部もしくは全部が、アンモニウム塩の水溶液として存在することができる、上記の調合物。 - 前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムが、0.5<Mg/P<2の範囲内のMg/Pモル比、及び0<Ca/P<1の範囲内のCa/Pモル比を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調合物。
- x≧2であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の調合物。
- 前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムが、式Mg2.0−2.9Ca0.1−1.0(PO4)2で表されるリン酸カルシウムマグネシウムの一種であるか、又はその式で表されるリン酸カルシウムマグネシウム類の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムが、2.0<x≦2.75のリン酸カルシウムマグネシウムの一種であるか、又は2.0<x≦2.75のリン酸カルシウムマグネシウム類の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムが、Mg2.25Ca0.75(PO4)2、Mg2.5Ca0.5(PO4)2、Mg2.75Ca0.25(PO4)2及び/又はそれらの混合物を含む郡から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムが、焼結されたリン酸カルシウムマグネシウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムが粉末形状であり、0.5〜10μmの範囲内の平均粒度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 前記アンモニウム塩が、リン酸、クエン酸、酒石酸、硫酸、及び酢酸のモノアンモニウム塩及び/又はジアンモニウム塩、又はそれらの混合物を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 前記アンモニウム塩が、リン酸水素二アンモニウム、リン酸二水素アンモニウム又はそれら二種の塩の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 前記リン酸アンモニウムが、3.5M水溶液として存在することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の調合物。
- 前記アンモニウム塩が、その一部又は全てが固体状態で粉末として、粉末状リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムに混合されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜11のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムと、水及び/又は水溶液との比が1.0〜5.0g/mlであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 医薬有効物質を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 粘度に影響を及ぼす助剤を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 造孔助剤を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一つに記載の調合物。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載の調合物を使用してリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムを製造する方法であって、
(a) 前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムを、前記アンモニア塩及び水と及び/又はアンモニウム塩の水溶液と、均質な混合物が得られるまで混合する工程、
(b) 前記均質な混合物を、対象物上又は対象物中に塗布又は導入する工程、及び
(c) 前記均質な混合物を硬化して、固まったリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントを得る工程、
を含む、前記方法。 - 前記工程(a)が、前記リン酸カルシウムマグネシウムと、前記アンモニウム塩の水溶液との混合を含むことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(a)における前記アンモニウム塩が、その一部又は全てが、粉末として存在することを特徴とする、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載の調合物の、リン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントを製造するための使用。
- 医療目的のためのリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントを製造するための請求項20に記載の使用。
- 骨を代替するための及び/又は骨充填剤としての及び/又は骨接着剤としてのリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントを製造するための、請求項20又は21に記載の使用。
- 予め製造されたインプラントのためのリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントを製造するための請求項20〜22のいずれか一つに記載の使用。
- 前記調合物又は前記リン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントが、医薬有効物質の担体として機能することを特徴とする、請求項20〜23のいずれか一つに記載の使用。
- 前記調合物又は前記リン酸マグネシウムアンモニウムセメントが、粘度に影響を及ぼす助剤及び/又は造孔助剤を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項22〜24のいずれか一つに記載の使用。
