- 上方の接続手段(20)が設けられていてなる上部(2)と、この上部(2)に枢動可能に取り付けられておりかつ整形外科用構成要素(4)のための接続手段を有する下部(3)と、伸展運動を制限するためのストッパ(7)とを具備する整形外科用膝関節において、
前記ストッパ(7)は、移動可能に形成されており、かつ調整手段(64)に接続されており、この調整手段は、センサデータに従って前記調整手段(64)を作動しかつ前記ストッパ(7)の位置を変える制御手段(6)に接続されていることを特徴とする整形外科用膝関節。 - 前記調整手段(64)は電気モータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整形外科用膝関節。
- 前記調整手段(64)は前記ストッパ(7)を液圧で調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の整形外科用膝関節。
- 前記センサデータは、曲げ角度センサ、加速度センサ、傾斜センサおよび/または力センサとして形成されている複数のセンサ(8,9)によって収集されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の整形外科用膝関節。
- 前記ストッパ(7)は、ネジ(72)を介して、前記調整手段(64)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の整形外科用膝関節。
- 前記ストッパ(7)は、圧液導管の中で遮断手段として形成されており、この遮断手段は、前記調整手段(64)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の整形外科用膝関節。
- 伸展ストッパと、この伸展ストッパの位置を変えるために用いることができる調整手段とを有する整形外科用膝関節を制御する方法において、
前記伸展ストッパの位置をセンサデータに従って変えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記センサデータから、歩行速度および/または歩幅を算出し、前記伸展ストッパの位置を、歩行速度および/または歩幅に従って変えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 歩行速度が0であるとき、最大限の伸展を調整することを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の方法。
- 前記伸展ストッパの位置の変化を、遊脚相中に行なうことを特徴とする請求項7ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記伸展ストッパの位置の連続的な適合を行なうことを特徴とする請求項7ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記伸展ストッパを、圧液導管の中で遮断手段を閉じることによって、調整することを特徴とする請求項7ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
