Description
Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1枚の巻かれた渦巻き状シートによって形成された渦巻き状本体(2)であって、少なくとも第1の媒体用の第1の渦巻き状流路及び第2の媒体用の第2の渦巻き状流路を形成する渦巻き状本体(2)を含み、
前記渦巻き状本体(2)が、前記第1の流路と前記第2の流路とを連通する連結部材(8a、8b、9a、9b)を備えたほぼ円筒形のシェル(4)で囲まれている渦巻き式熱交換器(1)において、
前記シェル(4)が少なくとも2つのシェル部分(4a、4b)を有し、
前記渦巻き状本体(2)が、その外周面上に固定的に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのフランジ(3)を備え、それによって、前記少なくとも2つのシェル部分(4a、4b)が柔軟に取り付けられていることを特徴とする渦巻き式熱交換器。 - 前記渦巻き状本体(2)の前記フランジ(3)が、前記少なくとも1つのフランジ(3)から前記渦巻き状本体(2)の端部(11a、11b)までの距離が等しくなるように、前記渦巻き状本体(2)の中央に対称的に配置された、請求項1に記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 前記渦巻き状本体(2)の前記フランジ(3)が、前記少なくとも1つのフランジ(3)から前記渦巻き状本体(2)の端部(11a、11b)までの距離が異なるように、前記渦巻き状本体(2)の周囲に非対称的に配置された、請求項1に記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 前記渦巻き状本体(2)の前記少なくとも1つのフランジ(3)が、前記渦巻き式熱交換器(1)の最も外側の空間を少なくとも2つの空間に分割し、該最も外側の空間が、前記渦巻き状本体(2)の外周及び前記少なくとも2つのシェル部分(4a、4b)によって画定されている、請求項2または3のいずれかに記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 前記各シェル部分(4a、4b)が、前記2つの流路の一方と連通する2つの連結部材(8a、9a、8b、9b)を備える、請求項1に記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 前記各シェル部分(4a、4b)が、前記2つの流路の一方と連通するように、その周面上に1つの連結部材(9a、9b)と、その1つの端面(7a、7b)上に配置された1つの連結部材(8a、8b)と、を備える、請求項5に記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 前記少なくとも2つのシェル部分(4a、4b)が、前記少なくとも2つのシェル部分(4a、4b)の開放端部(5a、5b)に配置され、前記渦巻き状本体(2)の前記フランジ(3)に前記シェル部分(4a、4b)を固定的に取り付けるためのフランジ(6a、6b)をそれぞれ備える、請求項1に記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 前記2つのシェル部分(4a、4b)の前記フランジ(6a、6b)が、前記渦巻き状本体(2)に対する前記2つのシェル部分(4a、4b)の取り付け及び/または取り外しを独立して行うことができるように配置された、請求項7に記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 前記渦巻き状本体(2)の端部(11a、11b)と前記シェル部分(4a、4b)の閉端部(7a、7b)の内側表面との間に柔軟に配置されたガスケット(10a、10b)をさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 前記シェル部分(4a、4b)のフランジ(6a、6b)と前記渦巻き状本体(2)の前記フランジ(3)との間に配置された他の1組のガスケットを備える、請求項9に記載の渦巻き式熱交換器(1)。
- 直列または並列に配置された渦巻き式熱交換器(1)のシステムであって、前記渦巻き式熱交換器(1)が、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載されたとおりに構成されていることを特徴とするシステム。
