Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 整形法におけるダンパーシステムであって、
棘突起に接続するよう調整され、スプリングヒッチを含むU字型アンカーと、
前記スプリングヒッチと結合され、前記スプリングヒッチを収容するよう調整される内側の中空部分を含むスプリングと、
該スプリングに結合され、前記スプリングおよび前記スプリングヒッチを収容するよう調整された内側の空洞に接続される開口部を含むキャップと
からなるダンパーシステム。 - 前記U字型アンカーがさらに、
それぞれが、前記スプリングヒッチの反対側に位置づけられる、複数のねじ穴を有する複数のアームと、
該複数のアームの間に構成される溝と
からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のダンパーシステム。 - 前記ダンパーシステムが、前記棘突起に固定するよう調整される複数の保持構造をさらに含み、前記複数のねじ穴が、前記複数の保持構造を収容するよう調整され、前記溝が該棘突起を収容するよう調整される請求項2記載のダンパーシステム。
- 前記キャップが、ホールおよび交差開口部をさらに含み、前記ホールおよび前記交差開口部のいずれもが前記キャップの前記開口部の反対側の端部に位置付けられている請求項1記載のダンパーシステム。
- 前記キャップの前記交差開口部が、クロスコネクタアセンブリのバーを収容するよう調整される請求項4記載のダンパーシステム。
- 前記キャップの前記ホールが、固定部材を収容するよう調整され前記クロスコネクタアセンブリの前記バーを、前記キャップに設置することを特徴とする請求項4記載のダンパーシステム。
- 前記クロスコネクタアセンブリが一対の多軸性茎ねじアセンブリに接続するよう調整される請求項3記載のダンパーシステム。
- 椎骨部分を安定させるための装置であって、該装置が
棘突起に接続するよう調整され、締め付け部分および該締め付け部分に接続されるヒッチを含むアンカーと、
該アンカーを前記棘突起に取り付けるよう調整される固定手段と、
前記アンカーに結合され、前記アンカーの前記ヒッチを収容するよう調整される内側の中空部分を含む第1スプリングと、
該第1スプリングに接続された円筒状キャップからなり、該円筒状キャップが、
内側の空洞に導く開口部であって、前記内側の空洞が前記第1スプリングおよび前記アンカーを収容するよう調整される開口部と、
開口部を有する交差開口部と
からなることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記円筒状キャップの中で前記ヒッチと隣接して位置付けられる第2スプリングをさらに含む請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記円筒状キャップの前記交差開口部が、クロスコネクタアセンブリのバーを収容するよう調整される請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記固定手段が前記棘突起の前記アンカーに取り付けられるよう調整され、ねじ、ファスナ、ピン、釘、および波形歯のいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記円筒状キャップが、固定部材を収容するよう調整されるホールをさらに含み、前記クロスコネクタアセンブリの前記バーを該円筒状キャップに設置することを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記クロスコネクタアセンブリが、向かい合って位置付けられる一対の多軸性茎ねじアセンブリと接続するよう調整される請求項8記載の装置。
- 動的な椎骨部分の動きの程度を制御する方法であって、該方法が
ダンパーシステムのアンカーを、棘突起に固定するアンカー、該アンカーに取り付けられるよう調整された内側の中空部分を含むスプリング、ならびに該スプリングおよび前記アンカーの部分を収容するよう調整された円筒状キャップからなる、
前記スプリングを前記アンカーの部分に結合させる工程、
前記スプリングおよび前記アンカーの部分を、前記円筒状キャップに挿入する工程、
クロスコネクタアセンブリのバーを前記円筒状キャップを通して挿入する工程、
前記クロスコネクタアセンブリを、向かい合って位置付けられる肉茎に接続される、向かい合う一対の多軸性茎ねじに接続する工程、および
前記棘突起および前記向かい合って位置付けられる肉茎の動きを制御するために、前記スプリングにバイアスをかける工程
からなる方法。 - 第2スプリングを前記円筒状キャップに挿入し、前記円筒状キャップ中で前記アンカーの部分と隣接させる工程をさらに含む請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記クロスコネクタアセンブリの前記バーを前記円筒状キャップに設置するために、固定部材を該円筒状キャップに挿入する工程をさらに含む請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記クロスコネクタアセンブリが脊柱の位置を維持および確保するよう調整される請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記向かい合う一対の多軸性茎ねじアセンブリが、脊椎固定術により2つの隣接する椎骨を接続するよう調整される請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記スプリングが椎骨部分の屈曲程度を制御するよう調整される請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記アンカーが、前記棘突起を収容するよう構成される溝をさらに含む請求項14記載の方法。
