Abstract
Description
セルロースを溶媒に溶解させた溶液中で、少なくとも一種の非極性有機化合物を含むエマルジョンを調製し、少なくとも一種の疎水性粘度増加剤を加えることにより、安定化させること、および/または、
ナノスケールの、シート状の、および/または細長い、疎水性が付与された粒子、例えばシートケイ酸塩、ナノチューブまたはナノフィラメント、を前記エマルジョンに加えて、これらの粒子が、非極性有機化合物の滴状包含物を取り囲んだ懸濁液を形成すること、および、
前記セルロースを再結晶させ、前記非極性有機化合物が分散形態で配合されているセルロースマトリックスを含む成形製品を形成すること、
により達成される。
Claims (29)
- 少なくとも一種の非極性有機化合物の包含物を含むセルロース系成形製品を乾式−湿式押出製法により製造する方法であって、
セルロースを溶媒に溶解させた溶液中で、少なくとも一種の非極性有機化合物を含むエマルジョンを調製し、少なくとも一種の疎水性粘度増加剤を加えることにより、安定化させること、および/または、
ナノスケールの、シート状の、および/または細長い、疎水性が付与された粒子、例えばシートケイ酸塩、ナノチューブまたはナノフィラメント、を前記エマルジョンに加えて、これらの粒子が、非極性有機化合物の滴状包含物を取り囲んだ懸濁液を形成すること、および、
前記セルロースを再結晶させ、前記非極性有機化合物が分散形態で配合されているセルロースマトリックスを含む成形製品を形成すること、を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記疎水性粘度増加剤の一種としてナノスケール粒子が使用され、前記シート状の疎水性が付与された製品において、変性されたシート状ケイ酸塩が好ましく、前記細長い粒子からは、ナノチューブまたはナノフィラメントが好ましい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ナノスケール構造化されたヒュームシリカ、オレフィン系および芳香族部分を含む重合体、好ましくはスチレン−ブタジエンブロック重合体、またはリン含有エステルが疎水性試剤として使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第三級アミンオキシドまたはイオン性液体が溶媒として使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記疎水性試剤が、前記セルロースの重量に対して1〜50重量%、好ましくは1〜30重量%の画分で使用される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 疎水性が付与されたベントナイトが、変性されたシートケイ酸塩として使用される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 染料、UV安定剤、殺細菌物質、難燃剤、帯電防止剤、架橋剤、可塑剤および/または触媒が、前記疎水性試剤および前記シート状ナノスケール粒子の両方に添加される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 融点が100℃未満である、炭化水素、ワックス、みつろう、オイル、脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル、無水ステアリン酸、長鎖アルコールまたはそれらの混合物が、非極性有機化合物として使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非極性有機化合物が、前記非極性有機化合物の融点を下げる他の有機物質と混合される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非極性有機化合物の前記包含物が、活性成分の、好ましくは非極性活性成分を非極性有機溶媒に溶解させた溶液または懸濁液から得られる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 植物性物質、例えば、ホホバ油、マノイ油、イブニングプリムローズ油、アボカド油、ココアバター、エーテル性植物抽出物または非極性植物抽出物、脂肪可溶性ビタミン、例えばビタミンA、DおよびE、ならびに殺虫剤、ピレスロイド、好ましくはペルメトリン、または忌避剤、が活性成分として使用される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 活性成分の濃度が、成形製品1kgあたり0.001g〜500gである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- セルロースマトリックスおよび、前記セルロースマトリックス中に分散した、非極性有機化合物の包含物を含むセルロース系成形製品であって、少なくとも一種の疎水性粘度増加剤を含んでなる、および/または前記包含物が、バリア材料として、ナノスケールシート状および/または細長い疎水性が付与された粒子により取り囲まれている、セルロース系成形製品。
- 前記非極性有機化合物が、融点が100℃未満である、炭化水素、ワックス、みつろう、オイル、脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル、無水ステアリン酸および長鎖アルコールから選択される、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記非極性有機化合物の画分が、前記セルロースの重量に対して10重量%を超える、好ましくは30重量%を超える、特に好ましくは40重量%を超える、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記包含物が、植物性物質、例えばホホバ油、マノイ油、イブニングプリムローズ油、アボカド油、ココアバター、エーテル性植物抽出物、非極性植物抽出物、脂肪可溶性ビタミン、ビタミンA、DおよびE、殺虫剤、ピレスロイド、ペルメトリンおよび忌避剤を含んでなる群から選択された一種以上の活性成分を含む、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記活性成分が、前記セルロース系成形製品の重量に対して、50重量%までの量で存在する、請求項16に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記疎水性試剤の画分が、前記セルロースの重量に対して1〜50重量%である、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記ナノスケール粒子が、疎水性が付与されたナノスケールヒュームシリカからなる、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記セルロース系成形製品が、前記非極性有機化合物を保持し、前記活性成分を徐放するための、ナノスケール粒子から製造されたバリア材料を含んでなる、請求項13および16に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記バリア材料の画分が、前記セルロースの重量に対して1〜50重量%である、請求項20に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記バリア材料が疎水性である、請求項20に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記バリア材料が、ナノスケール疎水性が付与されたシートケイ酸塩、ナノスケール疎水性が付与されたベントナイトまたはナノチューブもしくはナノフィラメントを含んでなる、請求項20に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記包含物が、前記バリア材料の密度が高い区域により取り囲まれている、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記セルロース系成形製品が繊維であり、DIN EN 26330 (1993)に準拠した試験により、一種以上の非極性有機化合物の、20回洗浄後の損失が、前記繊維中に本来存在するそれぞれの有機化合物の量に対して、20重量%未満である、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記セルロース系成形製品が、15〜45℃の温度範囲内で、20J/gを超える、好ましくは30J/gを超える、特に好ましくは50J/gを超える比潜熱を有する、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記セルロース系成形製品が、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造される、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 前記セルロース系成形製品が、疎水性粘度増加剤として、難燃剤が内包されているリン含有エステルおよび/または疎水性が付与されたナノスケール粒子を含んでなり、それによって、防炎仕上げが施されている、請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品。
- 請求項13に記載のセルロース系成形製品の、織物シート材料における、特殊な紙を製造するために、またはフィルム、特に活性成分を内包したフィルムを製造するために、所望により他の織物繊維とブレンドする、使用。
