Abstract
【解決手段】周波数分割多元接続方式を採用しているセルラー移動通信システムの基地局であって、隣接基地局から無線リソース管理パラメータを受信する受信ユニットと、そのセル内に位置するユーザ端末に周波数帯域を割り当てる割り当てユニットと、を具備し、割り当てユニットは、隣接セルの負荷情報に関する、受信した無線リソース管理パラメータに基づいてユーザ端末に周波数帯域を動的に割り当て、負荷情報は、隣接基地局によって更新される、基地局に関する。

Description
また、本発明の基地局は、前記割り当てユニットは、隣接セル干渉が前記隣接セルの隣接セルエッジにおいて使用される周波数帯域において減少するように、前記隣接セルエッジにおいて使用される前記周波数帯域とは異なる周波数帯域をユーザ端末に割り当てる。
本発明は、セクターからゾーンへのスケーリング(scaling)が、従来では静的な方法、または、少なくとも半静的な方法(すなわち、システムパラメータに応じて大きく変化しない方法)によって行われているという認識に基づいている。本発明による方法は、ゾーンサイズを、無線リソース管理パラメータ(例えば、ハンドオーバーの決定に使用されるヒステリシス値)に基づいて再構成できるという利点を提供する。従って、ゾーンサイズを変更することにより、干渉が減少し、それと同時に、システム容量を増大させることができ、個々のセルに課される負荷ピークが平滑化されるという恩恵が提供される。

Claims (8)
- 周波数分割多元接続方式を採用しているセルラー移動通信システムの基地局であって、
隣接基地局から無線リソース管理パラメータを受信する受信ユニットと、
そのセル内に位置するユーザ端末に周波数帯域を割り当てる割り当てユニットと、を具備し、
前記割り当てユニットは、前記隣接セルの負荷情報に関する、受信した前記無線リソース管理パラメータに基づいて前記ユーザ端末に周波数帯域を動的に割り当て、前記負荷情報は、前記隣接基地局によって更新される、基地局。 - 前記割り当てユニットは、隣接セル干渉が前記隣接セルの隣接セルエッジにおいて使用される周波数帯域において減少するように、前記隣接セルエッジにおいて使用される前記周波数帯域とは異なる周波数帯域をユーザ端末に割り当てる、
請求項1に記載の基地局。 - 前記受信ユニットは、リソースブロックごとに全てのリソースブロックについて前記対応するセルにおける干渉レベルに関する情報を前記負荷情報として受信する、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の基地局。 - 前記基地局は、スケジューリングを実行する際、前記干渉レベルに関する情報を考慮に入れる、
請求項3に記載の基地局。 - 周波数分割多元接続方式を採用しているセルラー移動通信システムの基地局により実行される方法であって、
隣接基地局から無線リソース管理パラメータを受信するステップと、
そのセル内に位置するユーザ端末に周波数帯域を割り当てるステップと、を具備し、
周波数帯域は、前記隣接セルの負荷情報に関する、受信した前記無線リソース管理パラメータに基づいて前記ユーザ端末に動的に割り当てられ、前記負荷情報は前記隣接基地局によって更新される、方法。 - 隣接セル干渉が前記隣接セルの隣接セルエッジにおいて使用される周波数帯域において減少するように、前記隣接セルエッジにおいて使用される前記周波数帯域とは異なる周波数帯域を前記ユーザ端末に割り当てるステップをさらに備える、
