請求項1に係る発明は、台の一面に砥粒が並べられている砥石の製造方法において、
台と、複数の面を備えた砥粒と、この砥粒が仮接着される仮台と、この仮台に砥粒を仮接着する接着剤とを準備する工程と、
仮台の上面に接着剤を塗布する工程と、
仮台の上面に複数の面の内の一面が密着するように、砥粒を接着剤で仮接着する工程と、
砥粒が下方に向くように仮台を反転させる工程と、
この仮台を所定の角度に保ちながら台に対面させる工程と、
めっき層により台に砥粒を接着する工程と、
砥粒から仮台を引き離すことで、台の一面に砥粒が並べられている砥石を得る工程とからなることを特徴とする。
