Claims (1)
- 陰極部と、ターゲットおよび当該ターゲットを支持する支持軸を備えた陽極部と、前記陰極部および陽極部を収納する外囲器と、を備えたX線管において、
前記支持軸は、前記ターゲットの裏面との接合面を有するフランジ部が一体に形成されており、前記フランジ部は、前記接合面を備えた円筒部と、前記円筒部と支持軸本体とをつなぐ円盤部とからなり、前記円盤部の厚みが前記円筒部の厚みより薄いことを特徴とするＸ線管。
