Description

The present invention relates to a method for tying the Nagoya belt and the Nagoya belt used in this method.

The Nagoya belt is a belt that has a normal width at the part that connects the drums in the belt, and the part that wraps around the body is folded and sewn like a half-width belt from the beginning, depending on the width of the fabric before tailoring it. There are two types (one that is made by putting a band core such as cotton) and another eight-inch Nagoya band (one that is folded and stitched without the core). In the following description, the normal width portion connecting the drums is referred to as “sag” according to ordinary terms, and the half width portion wound around the body is referred to as “te”. Further, the tip portion of “sag” is referred to as “sag tip”, and the tip part of “t” is referred to as “t point”.

The conventional method of tying the Nagoya belt is generally based on the following procedure.
(1) First, bring the te to the right side of the torso of the person tying the band, determine the length of the te, and wind the band twice from above the te. The strip is put on either the first roll or the second roll.
(2) After two rolls, tighten firmly while determining the position of the handle on the front belt.
(3) Pull the tip of the tape toward the center of the back and insert the finger of your left hand under the two wound bands to secure the wound band.
(4) With the left hand and the strap fixed with the left hand, the saucer is crossed with the handle so that a triangular bag-shaped portion is formed, and then folded and fixed.
(5) Lower the folded sauce, spread the sauce to the width of the band, and place it with the obi pillow on the back and the pile of pillows on the bottom.
(6) Hold the band pillow and band with both hands, turn over the band pillow, and position the band pillow on the front side along the back.
(7) After tying the gauze string on the obi pillow in front, tie it up in front of it by covering the obi pillow so that it is covered with the obi.
(8) Determine the size of the drum according to the underline of the belt and fix it with a temporary string.
(9) After lifting the drum fixed with the temporary string and determining the length of the sauce, align the drum and the side of the sauce with the temporary string, and fix it with the temporary string.
(10) Hold the band at the center of the band, insert it on the right side of the drum and bring it to the middle, then pull out one from the left and the other from the right. Are tied evenly in the center, re-tie the tie that was temporarily tied, and remove the temporary string.

In the conventional method of tying the Nagoya belt, it is necessary to have a procedure in which the saucer is folded with the left hand so that the saucer can be formed into a triangular bag-like portion and crossed with the tape. It is extremely difficult to see how to fold the saucers by crossing them on the back, and it takes a lot of time to master them. In addition, after crossing and folding the tray and the sauce, put the band pillow on the back side, hold the band pillow and band with both hands, turn the band pillow over, and position the band pillow on the front side along the back However, because it is a hand that cannot be seen in the same way, the band pillow does not ride straight, the position of the band pillow shifts to the left or right, the band pillow slides down, wrinkles appear on the band, and the remaining sauce on which the band is mounted Inconveniences such as distorted dimensions are likely to occur. In addition, since it is necessary to take such a difficult and troublesome procedure, it usually takes a long time to tie the Nagoya belt.

In addition, it is necessary to tie the band in such a very complicated procedure, and in particular, since the band will be pooled under the band pillow in the procedure, the length of the band is usually about 226 cm (average value on the scale) ), About 254 cm (average value) is required for the part of the tape, and a total of about 480 cm (average value) is required.

The present invention has been considered in connection with the above-mentioned problem of how to tie the Nagoya belt, and it can be tied in a form that is the same as the traditional drum style of the Nagoya belt, with a simpler procedure than the conventional tying, The present invention intends to provide a method of tying the Nagoya belt that can shorten the length of the belt and the Nagoya belt used in this method.

As a result of many years of research, the present inventor fixed the belt pillow that had been placed on the back in the process of linking the traditional belt as a leading procedure first at a predetermined position where it would become a mountain of drums, and was also essential in the conventional method of tying We succeeded in solving the above problem by eliminating the procedure of crossing and folding the tray and the sauce behind the procedure.

That is, the method of tying the Nagoya belt that achieves the object of the present invention is a method of tying the Nagoya belt that has a saucer and a te, and a triangular bag-like part is formed at the bent part between the sauce and the te. And
(1) The triangle side of the triangle forming the bag-shaped part is previously sewn and placed on the tape, and the band pillow is fixed to the position of the saucer's drum pile by the band pillow fixing means, and the lower side of the band pillow. Insert a triangular belt pillow support pad to support the belt pillow in the triangular bag-shaped part of the saucer,
(2) Put the obi pillow on the back of the belt, tie the gauze string on the tie pillow in front,
(3) Take the tee that is continuous with the bag-shaped part from the right side forward, put the strip in the inside, and make sure that the sagging part that hangs down from the tie pillow is on the upper side of the tie wound around the trunk. Roll around the torso along the body,
(4) Rotate the wound teer forward and bring it to the left, tighten the lower side of the te, pinch the lower side of the left overlapping te, and leave the rest as it is ,
(5) Estimate the size of the drum according to the lower side of the winding tape, apply a temporary string from the inside to the position, fold the sauce inside along the temporary string to make the drum, Put the part in the place along the back, turn the temporary string forward and tie it temporarily,
(6) Pinch the remaining part of the drum through the drum and pull it out from the right side, about 2 cm from the right side of the drum. Put in the left inside,
(7) Hold the band on the center of the band, insert it on the right side of the drum and bring it to the middle, then pull out one from the left and the other from the right. Are tied at the center evenly, re-tie the temporarily tied obi, and remove the temporary string,
It is characterized by this.

Further, the Nagoya belt of the present invention used in this method is a Nagoya belt that has a vertical and a horizontal, and a triangular bag-shaped portion is formed at a bent portion between the vertical and the horizontal, and as an accessory. A belt pillow for making a drum, a belt pillow fixing means for fixing the belt pillow to the position of the saucer's drum, and a triangle that supports the belt pillow from below by inserting it into the triangular bag-like portion The belt pillow support pad is provided.

According to the method of the present invention, as a first step, the belt pillow is fixed to the position of the drum pile of the saucer by the belt pillow fixing means, and the belt pillow is supported by the triangular bag-like portion of the sauce under the belt pillow. By inserting the triangle obi pillow support pad, the obi pillow rides straight, the position of the obi pillow does not shift from side to side, wrinkles do not appear on the obi mountain, the fabric of the obi does not bend, and the obi mountain is placed The rest of the sauce will not be out of order, so even beginners can easily tie the Nagoya belt.

In addition, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to omit the procedure of crossing and folding the saucer and the saucer behind, the te is wound around the trunk, take the tip part, and put the excess part aside, The belt does not need to be folded up, there is no bunching under the belt pillow, the finished size is about 62cm, and the length is about 80cm. Since there is no need to fold it up, it becomes technically easy and the Nagoya belt can be tied easily. In addition, it was found that the time required to tie the belt was about half of the conventional time.

Further, according to the Nagoya belt of the present invention, as accessories, a belt pillow for making a drum, a belt pillow fixing means for fixing the belt pillow to the position of the saucer's drum, and the triangular bag-shaped portion The above method can be easily implemented by providing a triangular belt pillow support pad that supports the belt pillow from below by being inserted into the belt.

It is a schematic explanatory drawing which shows the back side of the Nagoya belt used for the method of this invention. It is a schematic explanatory drawing which shows the front side of the same Nagoya belt.

Embodiments of the method of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, in FIG. 1, the gauze applied to the obi pillow shows only a part thereof close to the obi pillow, and the illustration of the portion ahead is omitted. Te is shown with the middle part omitted. FIG. 1 shows the back side of the belt, and the sagging 1 is doubled by folding it up along the dotted line 1a, resulting in the shape and dimensions shown in FIG.

The embodiment described below of the present invention is a method of tying a Nagoya belt in which a triangular bag-shaped portion is formed at a bent portion between a sauce and a te, and is a method according to the following procedure.

(1) In order to carry out the method of the present invention, as an accessory of the Nagoya belt, a belt pillow for making a drum, a belt pillow fixing means for fixing the belt pillow to the position of the drum of the saucer, A triangular belt pillow support pad for supporting the belt pillow from the lower side by inserting it into the bag-like portion is prepared. As the band pillow fixing means, a double-sided adhesive tape such as a commercially available magic tape (registered trademark) is suitable, but is not limited thereto.
Before tying the band, the side of the triangle that forms the bag-like portion is sewn to the te. To tie the belt, first, the belt pillow 3 is fixed to the position of the drum 1 of the saucer 1 in FIG. 1 by a belt pillow fixing means such as a magic tape.
In order to prevent the belt pillow 3 from sliding down, a triangular belt pillow support pad 6 that supports the belt pillow 3 is inserted into the triangular bag-like portion 5 of the saucer 1 below the belt pillow 3. The bat 6 can be inserted into the bag-shaped portion 5 with one apex of the triangle facing downward, and the belt pillow 3 can be supported by the upper side portion to prevent the belt pillow 3 from sliding down. It is necessary to have a shape and a size, and it is preferable that the bag-like portion 5 has a generally similar triangle. The material of the pad may be made of cloth or paper in addition to soft plastic such as urethane, and is not particularly limited.

(2) Place the gauze 4 on the back of the person wearing the obi pillow 3 and tie the gauze 4 string on the front of the obi pillow 3, and then tie the obi (not shown) on the tie pillow 3 tie.

(3) Take the te 2 continuous to the bag-like part 5 from the right side forward, put a strip (not shown) inside, and tie the part of the sauce 1 hanging from the tie pillow 3 around the trunk Wrap the tape 2 around the body so that it is on the top of the body. At that time, when the lower side of the tape 2 wound on the trunk is tightened, the upper side is tightened without being tight.

(4) Turn the rolled te 2 further forward and bring it to the left side, tighten the lower side of the te 2 and pinch the lower side of the te 2 that overlaps the left side with a pinch (not shown) Leave the rest as it is.

(5) Estimate the size of the drum in accordance with the lower side of the rolled te 2, apply a temporary string (not shown) to the position from the inside, fold the saucer 1 along the temporary string, , Put the portion of the sauce 1 along the back and turn the temporary string forward to tie it temporarily. When making the drum by folding the saucer 1 inward, the length of the saucer 1 is preferably determined to be about one index finger (7-8 cm) of the hand.

(6) Pinch the remaining part of Te 2 through the drum and pull it out from the right side, about 2 cm from the right side of the drum, and on the left side, the part of the extra Te 2 wrapped around the torso Insert in the left inside.

(7) Hold the band (not shown) in the center with a folded ring, insert it on the right side of the drum 2 and bring it to the middle, then take out only one from the left and the other from the right Out and tie both bands together evenly. All the procedures are completed by re-binding the tie-up that has been temporarily tied and removing the temporary string used in the procedure (5).

The length of the conventional Nagoya belt is an average value, the part of the scale (the part connecting the drums) is 113 cm on the front side, 113 cm on the back side, and the part of the tape (the part wound around the trunk) is 254 cm, for a total of 480 cm. 113cm + 254cm = 367cm, but according to the method of the present invention, it is sufficient that the part of the scale is 95cm on the front side, 95cm on the back side and 210cm on the side, and the total length is 400cm, and the finished dimension is 95cm + 210cm = 305cm. Compared to the Nagoya belt, which is necessary for the conventional knotting method, it can be shortened by 80cm on the scale and 62cm in the finished dimension, and the belt fabric can be saved as much.

The method of the present invention can be applied to linking any of the 9 inch Nagoya belt and the 8 inch Nagoya belt.

The method of the present invention can also use a conventional Nagoya belt and a bag Nagoya belt. When carrying out the present invention using a conventional Nagoya belt, first, the long 18 cm (113 cm-95 cm) is folded up at the border of the triangle and quickly sewed. Te should measure the waistline with his own compensation, and fold and stop the excess to fit in the drum. In this way, the Nagoya belt and the bag Nagoya belt which are conventionally used can be tied by the method of the present invention. However, it can be applied only to plain, striped, latticed, and all patterns, and not applicable to a drum pattern (point pattern).
