Description

【0001】

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is impossible for beginners to tie a belt while watching their figure projected on the mirror, and a skilled assistant must unwind on the back side of the wearer. There are drawbacks.
[0006]
Also, especially when forming taiko knots, the length of the droop cannot be determined, the mountain line of the taiko knot cannot be cleaned, or when making the hand, the belt becomes slack and it is difficult to put the hand between the belt There was a problem.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to make it possible for the wearer himself to tie a belt by himself or herself without the need for an assistant, and the hand portion can be quickly folded while being simply folded. An object of the present invention is to provide a simple band that can be formed and can form a taiko knot that is surely finished and does not lose its shape.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the first invention according to the present invention, a torso part to be attached to the wearer's torso in a circular shape and a drum to be attached to the rear side of the wearer are configured separately. In the simple band, the torso part is composed of a band body that can be attached to the wearer's torso and knots sewn to both ends of the band body, and the drum has a drooping part at the lower end. Consists of a substantially rectangular band body part, a hand part sewn in a horizontal axis direction orthogonal to the longitudinal axis direction of the band body part, and a stringing part for inserting a band fastening into the hand part in advance . .
[0009]
In the second invention based on the first invention, the torsion part is cut into a taper shape from the bottom to the top of the torsion body part having a substantially rectangular shape and one end part of the torsion body part. The band body integrally formed with the cut portion and the cut portion whose other end portion is cut so as to be substantially perpendicular to the horizontal axis direction of the trunk body portion, and the knots sewn to both ends of the band body Consists of strings.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the invention based on the first aspect of the invention, there is provided a band main body part in which a tack part is provided in an upper part and the drooping part is provided in a lower part, and the drooping tip constituting the band main body part An upper line was formed by sewing a part of the folded portion of the upper end portion of the portion and the lower end portion of the drum portion.
[0011]
According to a fourth aspect of the invention based on the first aspect of the invention, a main part having the band body part folded in half, the drum part at the upper part and the drooping part at the lower part, and the length of the main part It was comprised with the folding | turning part of the dimension shorter than the length.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of a simple band according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is a developed view of a simple belt according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of a torso, FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram for inserting a band plate into the torso of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a drum according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a development view seen from the front side of the drum, FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the sewing state of the drum part and the folding part, and FIG. 7 is a throttle part of the band main body part. FIG. 8 is another embodiment of the simple band of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a development view when the drum according to the present invention is turned over, and FIG. It is the front view which bent and formed the drum part.
[0013]
First, with regard to the simple belt according to the present invention, an adaptation example in which the Nagoya belt can be used easily will be described in Embodiment 1 with reference to FIGS. An application example in which the bag belt can be used simply will be described in Example 2 with reference to FIGS.
[0014]
[Example 1]
The simple band 1 of the present invention is such that only the outer surface is sewn so that it can be used as the simple band 1, and the torso 3 and the drum 5 are configured separately as shown in FIG. The torso 3 is worn by the wearer around the torso, and the drum 5 is worn by the wearer on the rear side. Next, the trunk portion 3 will be described with reference to FIG. The torso 3 is composed of a band body 7 and knots 9 and 11 sewn to both ends of the band body 7.
[0015]
The band torso 7 is worn around the wearer's torso so that the handle pattern is located on the front side of the wearer. Further, the band body 7 includes a body portion 13 having a substantially rectangular shape, a cut portion 15a cut into a tapered shape of about 45 degrees from the bottom to one end portion of the body portion 13 and the other end portion thereof. When cut at a substantially right angle with respect to the direction of the horizontal axis of the trunk main body 13, the cut portion 15 b is integrated.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, these band trunks 7 are configured by overlapping a front body 19 positioned on the outer side of the wearer and a back body 21 positioned on the wearer's kimono side. It is made to be about 1 cm wider than the width dimension of the body 19. This is because, when the belt body 7 is attached to the wearer's body in a circular shape, it looks as if the belt is wound twice as seen from the outside.
[0017]
The front body 19 and the back body 21 have substantially the same shape, and the front body 19 can recognize a pattern provided on the front body 19 when viewed from the outside. Further, when the wearer wears the belt body 7, after inserting the band core (not shown) into the inside of the surface body 19 so that the outer surface of the surface body 19 does not become a wrinkle, the lower end portion is annular and the upper end side is aligned. The surface is sewn. In addition, the back body 21 has a lower end portion in a ring shape and is sewn only on the upper end side as in the case of the front body 19, but no band core is inserted therein.
[0018]
As described above, the outer surface of the surface body 19 is somewhat susceptible to wrinkles even if a band core (not shown) is inserted into the surface body 19. After inserting the belt plate 23 between 19 and the back body 21, the belt body 7 may be worn while being wound so that the pattern is located at the center of the belt body 7. In addition, you may make it not use the strip | belt board 23 by using a hard thing for the band core inserted in the inside of the surface body 19. FIG. ,
[0019]
Further, knots 9 and 11 for fixing the band body 7 to the body are sewn to both ends of the band body 7. When the wearer wears the belt body 7 around the body part in a circular fashion, the taper cut part 15a is overlapped under the cut part 15b cut at a substantially right angle on the rear side of the body part. The strings 9 and 11 are connected to each other on the front side of the body with the nines and elevens crossing each other. The knot between the strings 9 and 11 is inserted between the kimono and the back body 21 so as not to appear on the upper surface of the front body 19.
[0020]
Next, the drum 5 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a developed view in which the lower part of the drum 5 is turned upside down. The drum 5 is composed of a band main body 30 and a hand 40 (FIG. 4).
[0021]
First, the band main body 30 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the band main body 30 has a substantially rectangular shape with a width of about 30 cm and a length of about 94 cm, and is tacked from the upper end 31 side to the lower end 34 side of the band main body 30. The diaphragm portion 33 having the portion 32, the drum portion 39, the first folded portion 38a, the second folded portion 38b, and the drooping portion 36 are configured in this order.
[0022]
Two tack portions 32 are provided at the upper end portion 31 of the throttle portion 33 located on the back side of the band main body portion 30 so as to be substantially symmetrical. By attaching the band pillow 48 so as to be wrapped from above with the throttle part 33 having such a tack part 32, the drum part 39 as shown in FIG. 7 has a natural shape such as a mountain (part A in FIG. 7). It can have a bulge and give it a plump feeling.
[0023]
FIG. 6 is an explanatory view for explaining the sewing state of the drum portion and the folded portion. On the lower side of the drum part 39, there are a first folded part 38 a adjacent to the drum part 39, a second folded part 38 b, and a drooping part 36, and the first folded part 38 a is provided at the drum part 39. And the second folded portion 38b are overlapped, and the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a are positioned above the lower end portion 34 of the band main body portion 30 by a length of about 7 cm (H portion in FIG. 4). There is a bent part.
[0024]
Further, the bent portion of the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a and the second portion are about 5 cm from the both ends of the belt main body portion 30 (a portion S in FIG. 6) to the position near the center of the belt main body portion 30. The folded portion 38b is left without being sewn, and the remaining portion of the length of about 20 cm located at the center is sewn together with the belt main body 30 (L portion in FIG. 6).
[0025]
Here, the reason why the portion S in FIG. 6 is not sewn will be described. That is, when the wearer wears the simple belt 1 and when the drum is tied with one belt, there is almost no difference at first glance.
[0026]
Usually, the band width is about 30 cm and the length is about 4 m. When the wearer wears a kimono and ties a drum with a single band, the band is set to a predetermined length on the outer circumferential surface. The belt is wound around and then dressed while adjusting the length of the belt's trailing edge 36. Naturally, since the belt is tied with a single belt, the lower end portion and the trailing portion of the drum portion 39 are used. Since the so-called upper line 42, which coincides with the upper end of 36, is not sewn, a three-dimensional volume feeling can be obtained.
[0027]
On the other hand, in the case of the simple band 1, it is not sewn from the both ends of the upper line 42 to about 5 cm each (part S in FIG. 6) up to the central part side of the band main body 30. Further, a portion where the bent portion of the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a and the second folded portion 38b are sewn together (portion L in FIG. 6) is a rounded upper line 42 of the drum portion 39. Since the sewn portion is covered from above by this portion, the same three-dimensional volume feeling as in the case of tying a drum with a conventional single band can be produced.
[0028]
Next, the hand part 40 sewn in the horizontal axis direction orthogonal to the vertical axis direction of the band main body 30 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the length dimension is about 42 cm and the width dimension at the side end portion of the overlapping portion of the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a constituting a part of the band body portion 30 having a substantially rectangular shape. The base end portion of the rectangular hand portion 40 having a size of about 15 cm is sewn. In addition, although the width dimension of the hand part 40 is generally manufactured a little larger than the width dimension of the trunk | drum 3 mentioned above, it may be the same dimension.
[0029]
After the base end portion of the hand portion 40 is overlapped with the turn-back portion 38 by about 8 cm (FIG. 4), the portion entering about 5 cm from the side end portion of the band main body portion 30 is sewn, and the base portion of the hand portion 40 is sewn. The length of about 3 cm from the end of the end is left as a free end without sewing.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 4, the above-mentioned proximal end portion side of the hand portion 40 is not sewn, and is a free end on the longitudinal axis of the hand portion 40 that is about 15 cm away from the free end side toward the band body portion 30 side. In addition, a string passing portion 44 made of the same material as the hand portion 40 cut into a small rectangular strip is sewn in a ring shape. The stringing portion 44 is for inserting and using the band fastening 46. By arranging such a stringing portion 44 on the back side of the hand portion 40, even if the wearer is a beginner, the band fastening 46 does not shift in the vertical direction of the hand portion 40 and can be stably tightened. .
[0031]
Next, reference numeral 48 (FIG. 7) is a band pillow, and the band pillow 48 is enclosed by a cylindrical wrapping band (not shown) whose both ends are opened so that both ends can be taken in and out. It is designed to be mounted around the upper edge of the trunk 3.
[0032]
In addition, the entire band pillow 48 is covered with a wrapping band including the wrapping band 48, and further wrapped with the banding 52 from the upper part of the banding band, and then, for example, a rubber band (not shown) from above the banding 52. ) And the like so that the band pillow 48, the wrapping band, and the banding 52 are fixed so as not to be displaced from each other. The bandage 52 serves as a decorative band for hiding the wrapping band containing the band pillow 48 so as not to be seen from the outside.
[0033]
In addition, although the position which fixes the belt pillow 48 changes with a wearer's hope, generally when you want to show the drum 5 large, the belt pillow 48 is shown from the upper end position of the hand part 40 as shown in FIG. It may be provided above a little apart.
[0034]
Conversely, when it is desired to make the drum 5 look smaller, the obi pillow 48 may be provided at a position in contact with the upper end portion of the hand portion 40.
[0035]
An operation procedure when the wearer connects the simple belt 1 alone will be described.
[0036]
After the wearer puts on the kimono, the explanation will be made from the point where the simple belt 1 is fastened.
First,
(1) As shown in FIG. 3, when the wearer wears the torso 3 while wearing the torso 3, the 7 body 19 and the back body 21 of the band torso are formed in advance so as not to cause wrinkles on the body 19. After inserting so that the band plate 23 is sandwiched between them, the front body 19 is positioned on the front side of the wearer, and the annular portion of the front body 19 and the back body 21 is positioned on the lower side. Attach to the trunk in a circular fashion.
[0037]
(2) At this time, when the wearer wears the torso 3 around the torso, the taper cut portion 15a is cut at a substantially right angle below the torso at the rear side of the torso. In a state where the strings 9 and 11 are overlapped with each other, the strings 9 and 11 are tied and fixed to the body on the front side of the trunk, and then the knots of the strings 9 and 11 are formed on the upper surface of the front body 19. Insert it between the kimono and the back body 21 so as not to appear.
[0038]
(3) Cover the band pillow 48 with the squeezing portion 33 against the band pillow 48 positioned so that the flat surface wrapped with the bandage 52 is located on the back of the wearer and the convex side faces upward. Cover and leave the belt body 48 positioned in contact with the belt pillow 48 at the upper end of the belt body 30.
[0039]
(4) Next, the distal end portion of the hand portion 40 is inserted while being folded between the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a (FIG. 5). At that time, the left and right lengths of the hand part 40 are adjusted so that the hand part 40 protrudes substantially equally from the both ends of the drum part 39 to the left and right as viewed from the outside (FIG. 7).
[0040]
(5) Here, the banding 46 is inserted in advance.
(6) Next, the drum part 39, the hand part 40, and the banding 46 are clamped together by the clamping tool 54 and fixed (FIG. 7).
(7) With such a preparation, the drum is applied to the rear part of the wearer, and both ends of the wrapping band body of the band pillow 48 are tightly tied on the front side.
[0041]
(8) Subsequently, the obi 52 is arranged in a good shape (for example, the both ends of the hood 52 are folded in three or four in the direction of the longitudinal axis) and positioned on the upper side of the wrapping band so as to hide the wrapping band Then, the both ends of the obi 52 are lightly tied on the front side of the wearer, and the remainder is inserted between the kimono and the back body 21.
[0042]
(9) Next, the both ends of the banding 46 are well tied at the center on the front side of the torso 3 already worn by the wearer, and the tip is sandwiched under the banding 46 around the armpit of the banding 46. Leave in.
[0043]
(10) At this time, if a larger drum part 39 is desired by looking in the mirror, both hands are inserted into the band pillow 48 of the drum part 39, and the band part 48 is pulled up to enlarge the drum part 39. On the contrary, when a small drum part 39 is desired, it becomes smaller when one hand is inserted between the drooping part 36 and the kimono and the throttle part 33 of the drum part 39 is pulled downward.
[0044]
(11) The drum part 39, the hand part 40, and the banding 46 are clamped together, and the clamping tool 54 is fixed.
[0045]
[Example 2]
The simple belt 100 of the present invention can be used as the simple belt 100 that is doubled and has a solid feeling by attaching the outer material and the lining material. 105 is configured separately. Note that the waist portion 3 of Example 1 was sewn only on the outer surface, whereas the waist portion 103 of Example 2 was sewn on the outer surface and the lining to form a bag belt, and the other whole Since the configuration is almost the same, the description of the torso 103 is omitted, and only the drum 105 having a different configuration and function will be described in detail.
[0046]
The drum 105 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the simple band of the present invention. The drum 105 is composed of a band main body portion 130 and a hand portion 140.
[0047]
First, the band main body 130 will be described. As shown in FIG. 9, the band main body 130 has a substantially rectangular shape with a width of about 30 cm and a length of about 150 cm. The band main body 130 is folded in two and includes the drum portion 139. Is composed of a main portion 138a having a length of about 82 cm and a folded portion 138b having a length of about 68 cm.
[0048]
Both end portions of the main portion 138a and the folded portion 138b are sewn to have different lengths as shown in FIG. Further, a drum portion 139 is provided above the main portion 138a, and a drooping portion 136 adjacent to the drum portion 139 is provided below the drum portion 139. After the main portion 138a and the folded portion 138b are folded back into two, the end of the folded portion 138b is left in the main portion 138a with a length of X from the end T in a state shifted by about 14 cm, and the other portions are superimposed It is sewn on.
[0049]
Next, the hand part 140 sewn in the horizontal axis direction orthogonal to the vertical axis direction of the band main body 130 will be described. As shown in FIG. 9, one end portion of the hand portion 140 is formed by overlapping the end portion of the folded portion 138b on the main portion 138a with the main portion 138a and the folded portion 138b being folded back into two and shifted by about 14 cm. Further, it is sewn at a position about half the length of the band main body 130 from above.
[0050]
As shown in FIG. 9, the above-mentioned proximal end portion side of the hand portion 140 is set as a free end without sewing, and is about 15 cm from the free end side on the horizontal axis line of the hand portion 140 that is close to the band body portion 130 side. In addition, a string part 144 of the same material as the hand part 140 cut into a small rectangular strip is sewn in a ring shape.
[0051]
The stringing portion 144 is for inserting and using the band fastening 146. By arranging such a stringing portion 144 on the back side of the hand portion 140, even if the wearer is a beginner, the band fastening 146 is not displaced in the vertical direction of the hand portion 140 and can be stably tightened. .
[0052]
Next, reference numeral 148 (FIG. 8) is a band pillow, and the band pillow 148 is enclosed in a cylindrical wrapping band (not shown) whose both ends are open so that both ends can be taken in and out. In addition, it is configured to circulate around the upper edge of the trunk 103.
[0053]
Further, the entire band pillow 148 is covered with a wrapping band including the band pillow 148, and further wrapped with the bandage 152 from the upper part of the bandage band, and then, for example, a rubber band (not shown) ) To fix the band pillow 148, the wrapping band, and the bandage 152 so that they do not deviate from each other. The bandage 152 serves as a decoration band for hiding the wrapped band body including the band pillow 148 so as not to be seen from the outside.
[0054]
Although the position where the belt pillow 148 is fixed varies depending on the wearer's wish, generally, when the drum portion 139 is to be shown larger, the belt pillow 148 is positioned at the upper end of the hand portion 140 as shown in FIG. It may be provided above a little further away. Conversely, when it is desired to make the drum portion 139 appear smaller, the belt pillow 148 may be provided at a position in contact with the upper end portion of the hand portion 140.
[0055]
An operation procedure when the wearer ties the simple belt 100 alone will be described.
[0056]
After the wearer wears a kimono, the explanation will be made from the point where the simple belt 100 is tightened.
First, since the operation | movement procedure of mounting | wearing is the same as the torsion part 3 of Example 1, about the torsion part 103, description is abbreviate | omitted and it demonstrates from the state which the wearer mounted | worn the torso part 103. FIG.
(1) A band main body 130 as shown in FIG. 10 with respect to the band pillow 148 positioned so that the flat surface wrapped by the bandage 152 is located on the back of the wearer and the convex side faces upward. Is covered in a state of being bent so as to fit inside the drum portion 139, and is positioned so as to be in contact with the belt pillow 148 at the upper end portion of the belt body portion 130 as it is.
[0057]
(2) Here, when the drum portion 139 is larger than the desired size, it is preferable to reduce the length of bending when the band body portion 130 is inserted inside, and conversely, when the drum portion 139 is small, the band body portion 130. It is recommended to increase the length of bending when inserting the inside.
[0058]
(3) As shown in FIG. 10, the front end portion of the hand portion 140 protrudes greatly from the side surface of the band main body portion 130 to the Y portion (located immediately behind the drum portion 139) of the folded drum portion 139. insert. At that time, when viewed from the outside, the left and right lengths of the hand portion 140 are adjusted so that the hand portion 140 protrudes from the both ends of the drum portion 139 substantially equally (for example, about 2 to 3 cm). (FIG. 8). Incidentally, in Example 1, the length of the hand part 40 which protrudes greatly from the side surface of the band main body part 30 is about 1 cm.
[0059]
(4) Here, the banding 146 is inserted in advance.
(5) Next, the drum part 139, the hand part 140, and the banding 146 are clamped together with the clamping tool 154 and fixed (FIG. 8).
(6) With such a preparation, the drum 105 is applied to the rear part of the wearer, and both ends of the wrapping band of the band pillow 148 are firmly tied on the front side.
[0060]
(7) Next, the obi 152 is arranged in a good shape (for example, both ends of the hood 152 are folded in three or four in the direction of the longitudinal axis) and positioned on the upper side of the wrap to hide the wrap Then, the both ends of the obi 152 are lightly tied on the front side of the wearer, and the remainder is inserted between the kimono and the back body 21 (same as in Example 1).
[0061]
(8) Next, the both ends of the banding 146 are well-tied at the center part on the front side of the torso 103 already worn by the wearer, and the tip is sandwiched under the banding 146 around the armpit of the banding 146 Leave in.
[0062]
(9) At this time, if a larger drum part 139 is desired by looking at the mirror, the length of the bending that is inserted inside by inserting one hand from the side according to the size of the drum part 139 shown in FIG. Is adjusted. That is, when a large drum portion 139 is desired, the folding portion of the tip portion of the drum portion 139 may be reduced. On the other hand, when a small drum portion 139 is desired, it may be pulled so as to enlarge the folded portion of the tip portion of the drum portion 139.
[0063]
(10) The drum part 139, the hand part 140, and the banding 146 are clamped together, and the clamping tool 154 is fixed.
[0064]
In addition, as a material of the simple belt 1 and the simple belt 100, it is not limited to materials, such as cotton, a crepe, a silk crepe, a salt, and a Nishijin weave, The thing of materials other than this can be selected freely.
[0065]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the simple belt of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. That is,
(1) By attaching the torso part and subsequently attaching the drum part to the rear side of the wearer, banding can be done very easily by the wearer without requiring an assistant.
(2) By sewing a part of the folded back portion of the lower end portion of the drum portion and the upper end portion of the drooping portion, the drooping portion is stabilized and no reworking is necessary after the band is tied.
(3) By not sewing both ends of the folded portion of the lower end portion of the drum portion and the upper end portion of the drooping portion, it is finished so as not to be different from the case where the drum is tied with a single band.
(4) By providing an insertion hole for inserting the banding in the hand portion, the position of the banding is stabilized, and the band can be tied by the wearer himself without any assistance.
(5) The hand portion can be formed quickly while simply being folded, and a drum that is finished and does not lose its shape can be formed.
(6) The desired size, heavyness and luxury of the drum part can be formed by simply folding back the band body part, and the banding can be done very easily by the wearer without the need for an assistant.
