Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a simple belt that is extremely easy to attach to a band that has been difficult to put on conventionally, and has excellent stability after being attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a woman puts on a kimono and ties a belt, drum tying is performed using one belt as follows. That is,
(1) Bring one end of the band to be the tip of your hand from your back to your chest through your left shoulder.
[0003]
(2) From the back of the hand part, wrap it around the torso twice and fix the band with a temporary string.
(3) The upper hand portion is folded downward so as to form a triangle, and the hand portion is sandwiched forward. (4) Determine the mountain according to the pattern that will be the point of the drum.
(5) Put the obi on the drum, stretch the wrinkles on the back of the drum, and hit it on your back. Tighten the obi pillow string so that the drum pile is crushed moderately.
[0004]
(6) Extend the wrinkles below the taiko mountain.
(7) Use a temporary string to determine the size of the drum.
(8) The tip is measured for one index finger.
(9) Pass the hand part inside the lower part of the drum.
(10) Tighten the band from the front side of the hand and tie it tightly in front of the torso to complete.
(11) Remove the temporary string.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such a drum knot is impossible for beginners to tie a band while watching his / her own image projected on a mirror, and a skilled assistant must always perform the operation on the rear side of the wearer. There are drawbacks.
[0006]
Also, especially when forming a drum knot, the length of the tip is not fixed, the mountain line of the drum knot is not clean, or the band is loose when making the hand, it is difficult to insert the hand between the bands. There was a problem.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and its purpose is to tie a band by a wearer himself without any need for an assistant. It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple belt which can be formed, and which can form a drum knot which has a reliable finish and does not lose its shape.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, in the first invention according to the present invention, a torso worn around the torso of the wearer and a drum attached to the rear side of the wearer are formed separately. In the simple band, the trunk portion is composed of a band body attachable to the wearer's torso and knots sewn to both ends of the band body, and the drum has a tip at a lower end. The band main body was composed of a substantially rectangular band main body and a hand portion sewn in a horizontal axis direction orthogonal to the vertical axis direction of the band main body.
[0009]
In the second invention mainly based on the first invention, the torso portion is cut into a tapered shape from bottom to top at one end of the torso body portion having a substantially rectangular shape. A band body integrally formed with a cut portion, and a cut portion having the other end portion cut so as to be substantially perpendicular to the horizontal axis direction of the waist body portion; and the knot sewn to both ends of the band body. It was composed of a string.
[0010]
In a third invention mainly based on the first invention, the belt main body portion provided with a tack portion in an upper portion and the hanging portion in a lower portion, wherein the tip portion constituting the band main body portion The upper part of the part and a part of the folded part at the lower part of the drum were sewn to form an upper line.
[0011]
In a fourth invention mainly based on the first invention, a string passing portion for inserting a band fastener in advance is provided in the hand portion. In a fifth aspect of the invention, which is mainly based on the first aspect, the band main body is folded in two, and a main part having the drum part in the upper part and the hanging part in the lower part; And a folded portion having a shorter dimension.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the simple band according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 is an exploded view of the simple band of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of the waist portion, FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram for inserting a band plate into the waist portion of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a drum according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a development view when the lower part of the drum is turned over, FIG. 5 is a development view seen from the front side of the drum, FIG. 6 is an explanatory view for explaining a sewing state of the drum part and the folded part, and FIG. FIG. 8 is a front view of the simplified sash of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a development view when the drum according to the present invention is turned over, and FIG. It is the front view which bent and formed the drum part.
[0013]
First, with regard to the simple belt according to the present invention, an adaptation example in which the Nagoya belt can be easily used will be described in Example 1 with reference to FIGS. An example of adaptation in which a sash belt can be easily used will be described in a second embodiment with reference to FIGS.
[0014]
Embodiment 1
The simple band 1 of the present invention is such that only the outer material is sewn to be used as the simple band 1, and as shown in FIG. 1, the trunk 3 and the drum 5 are configured separately. The waist portion 3 is worn around the torso by the wearer, and the drum 5 is worn by the wearer on the rear side. Next, the body turning part 3 will be described with reference to FIG. The torso portion 3 is composed of a band body 7 and knots 9 and 11 sewn to both ends of the band body 7.
[0015]
The band body 7 is mounted around the wearer's torso so that the pattern is positioned on the front side of the wearer. Further, the band body 7 has a body part 13 having a substantially rectangular shape, a cut part 15a cut at one end of the body part 13 in a tapered shape of approximately 45 degrees from bottom to top, and When cut at a substantially right angle with respect to the horizontal axis direction of the torso body part 13, the cut part 15b is integrated with the body part.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 3, these band bodies 7 are overlapped with a front body 19 located on the outer side of the wearer and a back body 21 located on the kimono side of the wearer, and the width dimension of the back body 21 is larger than the front body 19. It is made to be about 1 cm wider than the width of the body 19. This is because when the band body 7 is worn around the wearer's torso in a circling manner, the band is seen from the outside as if the band were wound twice.
[0017]
The front body 19 and the back body 21 have substantially the same shape, and a pattern provided on the front body 19 can be seen from the outside of the front body 19. When the wearer wears the band body 7, a band core (not shown) is inserted into the inside of the front body 19 so that the outer surface of the front body 19 does not wrinkle, and the lower end is formed into an annular shape to align the upper end side. The surface is sewn. In addition, the back body 21 is sewn only at the upper end side with the lower end part being annular like the front body 19, but the belt core is not inserted inside.
[0018]
As described above, the outer surface of the front body 19 is slightly wrinkled even when a band core (not shown) is inserted into the inside of the front body 19. After inserting the band plate 23 between the back body 19 and the back body 21, the band body 7 may be worn while turning the band body 7 so that the pattern is located at the center of the band body 7. The band plate 23 may not be used by using a solid band core inserted into the inside of the front body 19. ,
[0019]
Also, at both ends of the band body 7, tie cords 9 and 11 for fixing the band body 7 to the body are sewn. When the wearer wears the belt body 7 around the torso in a circular shape, the string is placed in a state where the tapered cut portion 15a is cut at a substantially right angle below the cut portion 15b at the rear side of the torso and overlapped under the cut portion 15b. The strings 9 and 11 are crossed with each other, and the strings 9 and 11 are tied at the front side of the body. The knot between the strings 9 and 11 is inserted between the kimono and the back body 21 so as not to appear on the upper surface of the front body 19.
[0020]
Next, the drum 5 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 4 is a development view in which the lower part of the drum 5 is turned upside down. The drum 5 includes a band main body 30 and a hand portion 40 (FIG. 4).
[0021]
First, the band main body 30 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the band body 30 has a substantially rectangular shape having a width of about 30 cm and a length of about 94 cm, and is tacked from the upper end 31 to the lower end 34 of the band body 30. The diaphragm portion 33 having the portion 32, the drum portion 39, the first folded portion 38a, the second folded portion 38b, and the hanging portion 36 are arranged in this order.
[0022]
Two tack portions 32 are provided on the upper end portion 31 of the narrowed portion 33 located above and behind the band main body portion 30 so as to be substantially symmetrical. By attaching the band pillow 48 so as to wrap it from above with the squeezing portion 33 having such a tack portion 32, a natural sound such as a mountain (portion A in FIG. 7) is formed on the drum 39 as shown in FIG. It can have a swelling and give a plump volume.
[0023]
FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram for explaining a sewing state of the drum portion and the folded portion. A first folded portion 38a adjacent to the drum portion 39, a second folded portion 38b, and a hanging portion 36 are provided below the drum portion 39. The first folded portion 38a is provided at the drum portion 39. After the second folded portion 38b and the second folded portion 38b are overlapped with each other, the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a are positioned above the lower end portion 34 of the band main body 30 by about 7 cm (part H in FIG. 4). There is a bent part.
[0024]
Further, up to about 5 cm from both ends of the band main body portion 30 (part S in FIG. 6), the bent portion of the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a and the second portion up to the position near the center of the band main body portion 30 The folded back portion 38b is left unsewn as it is, and the remaining approximately 20 cm long portion located at the center is sewn together with the band main body 30 (portion L in FIG. 6).
[0025]
Here, the reason why the portion S in FIG. 6 is not sewn will be described. That is, when the wearer wears the simple band 1 and when the drum is tied with one band, there is almost no difference at first glance.
[0026]
Usually, the band width is formed to be about 30 cm and the length to be about 4 m. When the wearer wears a kimono and performs a drum knot with one band, the band is formed on the outer peripheral surface by a predetermined length. The band is wound around, and then the dressing is performed while adjusting the length of the tip portion 36 of the band. However, since the band is tied with a single band, the lower end portion of the drum portion 39 and the tip portion are naturally formed. Since the so-called upper line 42, which coincides with the upper end of 36, is not sewn, a three-dimensional volume feeling is obtained.
[0027]
On the other hand, in the case of the simple band 1, it is not sewn up to about 5 cm from both ends of the upper line 42 (the portion of S in FIG. 6) up to the central part of the band main body 30. The bent portion of the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a and the second folded portion 38b are sewn together (the portion L in FIG. 6) to form a rounded upper line 42 of the drum portion 39. Since the sewn portion is covered from above by the portion, the same three-dimensional volume feeling as in the case of tying a drum with a conventional single belt can be obtained.
[0028]
Next, the hand portion 40 sewn in the horizontal axis direction orthogonal to the vertical axis direction of the band main body 30 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, a length dimension is approximately 42 cm and a width dimension is at a side end of a superposed portion of the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38 a constituting a part of the band main body portion 30 having a substantially rectangular shape. The base end of a rectangular hand portion 40 having a size of about 15 cm is sewn. Note that the width of the hand portion 40 is generally slightly larger than the width of the trunk portion 3 described above, but may be the same.
[0029]
After the base end of the hand portion 40 is overlapped with the folded portion 38 by about 8 cm (FIG. 4), the portion that is about 5 cm from the side end of the band main body 30 is sewn. A length of about 3 cm from the tip of the end is left as a free end without sewing.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 4, the opposite proximal end side of the above-mentioned hand portion 40 is a free end without sewing, and is about 15 cm from the free end side on the vertical axis of the hand portion 40 which is shifted toward the band body 30 side. A string passing portion 44 of the same material as the hand portion 40 cut into a small rectangular strip is sewn in a loop shape. The string passing portion 44 is for inserting and using the band fastener 46. By arranging such a string passing portion 44 on the back side of the hand portion 40, even if the wearer is a beginner, the band fastening 46 does not shift in the vertical direction of the hand portion 40 and can be stably tightened. .
[0031]
Next, reference numeral 48 (FIG. 7) denotes a band pillow, and the band pillow 48 is enclosed in a tubular wrapping band (both not shown) whose both ends are open so that both ends can be inserted and removed. , Around the upper edge of the torso 3.
[0032]
In addition, the entire band pillow 48 is concealed by a wrapping band body including the band pillow 48, and further, the band wrapping body is wrapped with a bandage 52 from above, and then, for example, a rubber band (not shown) ) And the like, the pillow 48, the wrapping band and the sash 52 are fixed so as not to be displaced from each other. Note that the obi bandage 52 has a role of a decorative band for hiding the wrapping band body including the band pillow 48 so that the wrapping band body cannot be seen from the outside.
[0033]
The position at which the band pillow 48 is fixed depends on the wishes of the wearer. However, in general, when it is desired to make the drum 5 look larger, the band pillow 48 is moved from the upper end position of the hand portion 40 as shown in FIG. It may be provided slightly above.
[0034]
Conversely, when it is desired to make the drum 5 look smaller, the band pillow 48 may be provided at a position in contact with the upper end of the hand portion 40.
[0035]
An operation procedure when the wearer ties the simple band 1 alone will be described.
[0036]
After the wearer wears the kimono, the simple band 1 will be tightened.
First,
(1) As shown in FIG. 3, when the wearer wears the torso portion 3 while turning the torso portion, the 7 torso 19 and the back body 21 of the band torso are formed beforehand so that wrinkles do not occur in the torso 19. After inserting the band plate 23 so as to sandwich it, the front body 19 is positioned on the front side of the wearer, and the annular portions of the front body 19 and the back body 21 are positioned on the lower side. Attach it around the torso.
[0037]
(2) At this time, when the wearer wears the torso part 3 around the torso in a circular manner, the tapered cut part 15a at the rear side of the torso is below the cut part 15b cut at a substantially right angle. After the strings 9 and 11 are crossed in a state of being overlapped, and the strings 9 and 11 are tied to each other at the front side of the body and fixed to the body, the knot of the knots 9 and 11 is attached to the upper surface of the front body 19. It is inserted between the kimono and the back body 21 so that it does not appear.
[0038]
(3) The narrow part 33 covers the pillow 48 with the flat part wrapped by the band ridge 52 positioned on the back of the wearer and positioned so that the convex side faces upward. It is positioned so as to cover the band pillow 48 at the upper end of the band main body 30 as it is.
[0039]
(4) Next, the tip of the hand portion 40 is inserted while being folded between the drum portion 39 and the first folded portion 38a (FIG. 5). At this time, when viewed from the outside, the left and right lengths of the hand portion 40 are adjusted so that the hand portion 40 is substantially equally protruded left and right from both ends of the drum portion 39 (FIG. 7).
[0040]
(5) Here, the band fastener 46 is inserted in advance.
(6) Next, the drum portion 39, the hand portion 40 and the band clamp 46 are clamped together by the clamping device 54 and fixed (FIG. 7).
(7) With such a preparation, the drum is applied to the rear part of the wearer, and both ends of the wrapping band of the band pillow 48 are firmly connected at the front side.
[0041]
(8) Subsequently, the sash 52 is properly shaped (for example, both ends of the sash 52 are folded in three or four in the longitudinal axis direction), and the wrapping band is positioned on the upper side of the wrapping band so as to hide it. After that, the both ends of the sash 52 are lightly tied at the wearer's front side, and the remainder is inserted between the kimono and the back body 21.
[0042]
(9) Next, the both ends of the band clamp 46 are tied well at the center of the front side of the torso portion 3 already worn by the wearer, and the tip is sandwiched under the band clamp 46 under the side of the band clamp 46. Leave.
[0043]
(10) At this time, when looking at the mirror and wishing for a larger drum section 39, insert both hands into the band pillow 48 of the drum section 39 and raise the band pillow 48 to enlarge the drum section 39. Conversely, when a small drum portion 39 is desired, one hand is inserted from between the hanging portion 36 and the kimono, and the squeezed portion 33 of the drum portion 39 is pulled down to reduce the size.
[0044]
(11) The drum section 39, the hand section 40, and the band clamp 46 are clamped together, and the fixed clamp 54 is removed.
[0045]
Embodiment 2
The simple belt 100 according to the present invention is used as a simple belt 100 in which a surface material and a lining are attached to each other to give a double feeling and a heavy feeling. And 105 are formed separately. In addition, in the waist portion 3 of the first embodiment, only the outer material is sewn, whereas in the waist portion 103 of the second embodiment, the outer material and the lining are sewn to form a sack belt. Since the configuration is almost the same, the description of the body rotation portion 103 is omitted, and only the drum 105 having a different configuration and function will be described in detail.
[0046]
The drum 105 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the simple band according to the present invention. The drum 105 includes a belt main body 130 and a hand 140.
[0047]
First, the band main body 130 will be described. As shown in FIG. 9, the band main body 130 has a substantially rectangular shape having a width of about 30 cm and a length of about 150 cm, and the band main body 130 is folded in half and has a length including the drum section 139. Is composed of a main part 138a of about 82 cm and a folded part 138b of about 68 cm in length.
[0048]
Both ends of the main portion 138a and the folded portion 138b are intentionally sewn to different lengths as shown in FIG. Further, a drum portion 139 is provided above the main portion 138a, and a hanging portion 136 adjacent to the drum portion 139 is provided below the main portion 138a. After the main part 138a and the folded part 138b are folded in two, the end of the folded part 138b is left at the length of X from the end T to the main part 138a while being shifted by about 14 cm, and the other parts are superimposed. It is sewn to.
[0049]
Next, the hand portion 140 sewn in the horizontal axis direction orthogonal to the vertical axis direction of the band main body 130 will be described. As shown in FIG. 9, one end of the hand portion 140 is formed by folding the main portion 138 a and the folded portion 138 b in two and shifting the end of the folded portion 138 b by about 14 cm, and then superimposing the end portion of the folded portion 138 b on the main portion 138 a. Further, it is sewn from above to a position about half the length of the band main body 130.
[0050]
As shown in FIG. 9, the opposite base end side of the above-described hand portion 140 is a free end without sewing, and is positioned on the horizontal axis of the hand portion 140 which is shifted from the free end side by about 15 cm toward the band body portion 130. A string passing portion 144 of the same material as the hand portion 140 cut into a small rectangular strip is sewn in a loop shape.
[0051]
The threading portion 144 is for inserting and using the band fastener 146. By arranging such a string passing portion 144 on the back side of the hand portion 140, even if the wearer is a beginner, the band fastening 146 does not shift in the vertical direction of the hand portion 140 and can be stably tightened. .
[0052]
Next, reference numeral 148 (FIG. 8) denotes a band pillow. The band pillow 148 is enclosed by a tubular wrapping band (both not shown) whose both ends are open so that both ends can be inserted and removed. , So as to be fitted around the upper edge of the trunk portion 103.
[0053]
In addition, the entire band pillow 148 is hidden by a wrapping band body including the band pillow 148, and furthermore, the band wrapping body is wrapped with a bandage 152 from above, and then, for example, a rubber band (not shown) ) And the like, the pillow 148, the wrapping band and the sash 152 are fixed so as not to be displaced from each other. Note that the obi band 152 has a role of a decorative band for hiding the wrapping band body including the obi pillow 148 so that the wrapping band body cannot be seen from the outside.
[0054]
The position where the band pillow 148 is fixed varies depending on the wearer's desire. However, in general, when the drum section 139 is to be made to look large, the band pillow 148 is moved to the upper end position of the hand section 140 as shown in FIG. It may be provided above a little more apart. Conversely, when it is desired to make the drum section 139 look small, the band pillow 148 may be provided at a position in contact with the upper end of the hand section 140.
[0055]
An operation procedure when the wearer ties the simple belt 100 alone will be described.
[0056]
After the wearer wears the kimono, the simple band 100 will be tightened.
First, since the mounting operation procedure of the torso part 103 is the same as that of the torso part 3 of the first embodiment, the description will be omitted, and the description will be made from the state where the wearer wears the torso part 103.
(1) As shown in FIG. 10, the band main body 130 is positioned on the band pillow 148 positioned so that the flat surface wrapped by the band sash 152 is located on the back of the wearer and the convex side faces upward. Is folded inward so as to fit inside the drum unit 139 in accordance with the size of the drum unit 139, and is positioned so as to be in contact with the band pillow 148 at the upper end of the band body unit 130 as it is.
[0057]
(2) Here, when the drum section 139 is larger than the desired size, the length of the band body section 130 to be bent when inserting the band body section 130 into the inside may be reduced. Conversely, when the drum section 139 is small, the band body section 130 may be used. It is advisable to increase the length of the bend when inserting it inside.
[0058]
(3) As shown in FIG. 10, the distal end of the hand portion 140 is protruded from the side surface of the band body portion 130 to the outside at the Y portion of the folded drum portion 139 (located immediately behind the drum portion 139). insert. At this time, when viewed from the outside, the left and right lengths of the hand portion 140 are adjusted so that the hand portion 140 extends substantially equally left and right (for example, about 2 to 3 cm each) from both ends of the drum portion 139. (FIG. 8). Incidentally, in the first embodiment, the length of the hand portion 40 which protrudes greatly from the side surface of the band main body 30 is about 1 cm.
[0059]
(4) Here, the band fastener 146 is inserted in advance.
(5) Next, the drum portion 139, the hand portion 140, and the band clamp 146 are held together by the holding device 154 and fixed (FIG. 8).
(6) With such preparation, the drum 105 is applied to the rear part of the wearer, and both ends of the wrapping band of the pillow 148 are firmly connected at the front side.
[0060]
(7) Subsequently, the sash 152 is well-shaped (for example, both ends of the sash 152 are folded in three or four in the longitudinal axis direction), and the wrapping band is positioned on the upper side of the wrapping band so as to hide it. After that, both ends of the sash 152 are lightly tied at the front side of the wearer, and the remainder is inserted between the kimono and the back body 21 (same as in the first embodiment).
[0061]
(8) Next, the both ends of the band fastener 146 are tied well in the center of the front side of the torso part 103 already worn by the wearer, and the tip is sandwiched under the band fastener 146 around the armpit of the band fastener 146. Leave.
[0062]
(9) At this time, when looking at the mirror and wishing for a larger drum portion 139, the length of the bent portion in which one hand is inserted from the side and inserted inside according to the size of the drum portion 139 shown in FIG. To adjust. That is, when a large drum section 139 is desired, the folded portion at the tip of the drum section 139 may be reduced. JP3123279U (en) Detailed explanation of the design band design This design is related to the improvement of non-total pattern bands such as the drum pattern band, 6 bands, and 8 bands, and was devised so that it can be tightened easily and reasonably. . In the conventional band, when the band is tightened, the hand end part is slightly outside, and it is wound around the body sequentially from the hand part, and after two laps, the back part is tied to the hand part and twisted. Then, the drums were made and tied up with the drooping parts combining the hand parts as horizontal cores. For this reason, the main front handle that appeared on the front of the abdomen was provided at a position that was separated from the hand edge by about two laps of the torso, that is, a position that was quite close to the drum handle of the leaning portion. However, the conventional tightening method requires tying and twisting as described above and requires force, and the belt is also locally painful. This device eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and reverses the order of wrapping the belt in order to position the main front handle at a suitable location. The invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show a Nagoya belt (generally folded near the hand end and sewed into a ring, which is shown for convenience) and a bag belt according to the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a hand part, 1-1 is a hand edge, 2 is a leaning part, 2-1 is a tip, 3 is a handle on the hand, 4 is a main front handle, 5 is a handle on the leaning side, 6 Is a drum pattern. The feature of this invention is the position where the main front handle 4 is provided, which is the length of the half circumference of the waistline from the hand end 1-1 and the length of the portion of the hand portion 1 used for taiko knotting. It is provided at a position separated by the sum length a. As an actual specific dimension, a is suitably about 80 cm to 130 cm. The handle 5 for the saucer is sufficient as long as it becomes a drum, and it is not necessary to provide more than half of the length of the belt as in the prior art. The position of the drum handle 6 may be the same as the conventional one. Next, how to fasten the band by this device will be explained for the case of taiko knotting. Contrary to the conventional method of tightening the belt, as shown in Fig. 3 as seen from the back, take the back part 2 for the size of the drum and hang it on the chest. Bend at 2-2 near the center and hold it with your finger. Turn the band horizontally and wrap it around the trunk. Tighten the belt once it has overlapped with the pressed area, and then turn it half way further to bring the hand to the front, and temporarily hold it with clothespins. Then, make a drum in the sacrificial part, put your hand back there and enter the drum.
