(ト)円筒容器(1)の回転輪(2)の外側面にノズル(15)の付いた原液ボトル(18)の台座用のネジ蓋(8)を設ける。
(チ)円筒容器(1)の回転輪(2)の外側面の別の位置に水道水と希釈液の注水液口(9)を設ける。
(リ)液体散布用開閉具(5)にキャップ(11)と排出孔(21)を設ける。
(ヌ)種蒔用開閉具(6)に収納ケース(10)とキャップ(11)と注種口(12)と排出孔(21)を設ける。
(ル)種一筋蒔用開閉具(7)に収納ケース(10)とキャップ(11)と注種口(12)と排出孔(21)を設ける。
本発明は以上のような構成である。
