However, the above-described conventional technology has the following problems.
In the invention described in Patent Document 1, since there is no guidance by the opening perforation line, there is a possibility that the cut enters diagonally. Moreover, since the edge of a film body is cut non-linearly, a cutting blade having a non-linear cutting edge corresponding to this is required.
In the invention described in Patent Document 2, since the opening perforation line is provided on only one surface, in order to open, the upper and lower sealing surfaces adjacent to each other in the extending direction of the opening perforation line must be torn. It requires a lot of power.
In the invention described in Patent Document 3, opening is facilitated by the two opening perforation lines parallel to the knob film, and the tearing line is stabilized, but since the opening perforations are closely arranged, at the time of manufacture There is a risk of tearing during distribution.
In the invention described in Patent Document 3, two parallel opening perforations are formed perpendicular to the winding direction of the film body, and the opening perforation lines are formed in the winding direction of the film body. Does not correspond to form. When the perforation line for opening is formed in the winding direction of the film body, the crossing of the seal line becomes a problem.
Moreover, in the invention described in Patent Document 3, a step of attaching a knob film is required.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems in the prior art, and in a film package formed in a bag shape in which a plurality of roll papers or cartons are packaged with a film body, the ease of opening and the opening stability are The challenge is to improve.

It is a perspective view of the film packaging body which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention. It is a perspective view of the film packaging body which concerns on other one Embodiment of this invention. It is a perspective view of the film packaging body which concerns on other one Embodiment of this invention. It is a perspective view of the film packaging body which concerns on other one Embodiment of this invention.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The following is one embodiment of the present invention and does not limit the present invention.

First, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The film body 10 forming the film packaging body 1 of the present embodiment is a uniaxially stretchable PE film, which is stretched in the MD direction indicated by an arrow in FIG. 1, and the stretched film is easily cracked in the MD direction. 1 can be generated, it can be easily split in the MD direction by pulling in the CD direction indicated by the arrow in FIG. Therefore, the opening perforation lines 13 and 14 are made parallel to the CD direction so that the film body 10 is split in the MD direction and is torn.
The film body 10 is wound more than once. As shown in FIG. 1, the CD direction of the film body 10 and the winding direction R of the film body 10 are matched.

The overlapped portion of the film body 10 at the end in the winding direction R of the film body 10 is fused by heat sealing to form an intermittent line-shaped seal portion 11 including a seal portion 11a and an intermittent portion 11b. That is, the film body 10 is wound more than once, and the inner portion and the outer portion are overlapped and fused.
The outer film body 10 extends from the intermittent line-shaped seal portion 11 and is cut to leave an extension allowance to form an extended end portion 12.
Two parallel opening perforation lines 13 and 14 formed in the film body 10 pass through the intermittent portion 11b1, and the easy tearing portion 15 in which the film body 10 is provided with fine holes includes the intermittent portion 11b1 and the intermittent portion. It arrange | positions at the extension end part 12 of the site | part adjacent to 11b1.
Further, both end faces (upper and lower faces in FIG. 1) in the direction perpendicular to the winding direction R are sealed by heat fusion as in the prior art, and the film body 10 is formed in a bag shape that seals the roll papers 2 and 2. This film packaging body 1 is obtained. Of course, the roll papers 2 and 2 are put before sealing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the perforation of one opening perforation line 13 and the perforation of the other opening perforation line 14 are offset from each other so that the positions along the perforation line direction are different. Thereby, it is hard to tear off from the perforation lines 13 and 14 for opening, and the tearing at the time of manufacture and distribution can be prevented. When viewed perpendicular to the perforation line direction on the film body 10, the perforation line 14 for opening is located between the perforation line 13 for opening, and the perforation line 14 for opening. It is preferable that the perforation of the opening perforation line 13 is located between the perforation.

As shown in FIG. 1, the easy tear portion 15 crosses the two opening perforations 13 and 14. Thereby, the tearing of the film body 10 along the perforation lines 13 and 14 is smoothly started following the tearing of the easy tearing portion 15.
The two opening perforations 13 and 14 are formed over the entire circumference of the film package 1.

In order to open the film packaging body 1, the extended end portion 12 of the portion where the easy tear portion 15 is provided is picked and pulled. Then, the easy tearing portion 15 is easily torn, and can be easily opened even with one hand with a small and stable force along the two opening perforation lines 13 and 14 that are continuous.
After opening, the ends of all the roll papers 2 and 2 come out from the cut end of the film packaging body 1 so that the roll papers 2 can be easily taken out one by one in order from the top, and the bag body 1L having an open end remains. The roll paper 2 can be stored while being accommodated in the bag body 1L, and the cut end of the bag body 1L is neatly formed by the opening perforation line 14 when opened, so that the appearance can be stored neatly.

In the above embodiment, the example in which two roll papers are packaged has been described. However, the number of packages may be three, four, or more, and the package may be a box shape such as a tissue paper carton. It is good also as a thing.
Further, in the above embodiment, the arrangement direction of the package object and the opening direction of the film package body are matched, but the arrangement direction of the package object is perpendicular to the opening direction of the film package body, for example, tissue You may implement so that it may become a form which takes out a paper carton in order from an upper end.

The following (1) to (5) methods can be used as a method for forming the easy tearing portion 15 by making fine holes in the film body 10.
(1) A laser light is applied to the site where the easy tear portion 15 of the film body 10 is to be formed to make fine holes (see Patent Document 4).
(2) The film body 10 is caused to travel between a metal roll and a rubber roll whose roll surface has been filed by blasting, and the file-shaped surface is pressed into contact with the site where the easy tear portion 15 of the film body 10 is to be formed. To make fine holes (see Patent Document 5).
(3) When passing over the receiving roll that guides the film body 10, the round blade assembly to be subjected to microhole processing is pressed against the site where the easily tearable portion 15 of the film body 10 is to be formed to press and form microholes ( (See Patent Document 5).
(4) A microneedle is made by applying a hot needle to the site where the easy tear portion 15 of the film body 10 is to be formed (see Patent Document 4).
(5) A fine pattern was printed with a conductive ink in which a conductive material was added and mixed at a site where the easy tear portion 15 of the film body 10 should be formed, and the conductive ink of the film material was adhered by electron beam or electric discharge treatment. A fine hole is formed by dissolving each fine portion (see Patent Document 6).

Regardless of the above embodiment, the easy tear portion 15a may be formed over the entire circumference along the perforation lines 13 and 14 for opening as in the film package 1a shown in FIG. This further facilitates opening.
Further, as in the film package 1b shown in FIG. 3, the perforation lines 13a and 14a for opening and the easy tearing portion 15b are formed only half a circle, so that the entire package can be opened to the extent that one packaged item can pass. You may form in less than length. In this case, the packaged article can be taken out by partial opening, and the packaging properties of the remaining packaged article are good.
Moreover, it is good also considering only the extended end part 12 as the easy tear part 15c like the film packaging body 1c shown in FIG. 4, and the whole extended end part 12 as the easy tear part 15c. In this case, even if the processing position of the perforation lines 13 and 14 for opening the film body 10 is changed, the easy tearing portion 15c and the perforation lines 13 and 14 for opening can be continued in the opening direction. Has the ability to respond to changes.

In order to store the remaining roll paper or the like in the one-end-opened bag body 1L after opening, it is preferable to arrange the perforation line for opening at the top in any form. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the lower opening perforation line 14 is moved closer to the upper end 1 </ b> T than the center in the height direction so that the bag body 1 </ b> L is larger than half of the package body 1. However, if it is too close to the upper end 1T side, when the upper end of the film package 1 is grasped by hand, the opening perforation line may be unintentionally opened by a finger, so the upper opening perforation line 13 May be arranged at a distance of about 5 cm from the upper end 1T.
Further, the preferred ratio of the perforated line notch (perforation) and the remaining part (joint part between perforations) and the preferred length of the remaining part for easy opening are shown in Table 1-3. Is helpful.
The packaging body which provided the opening perforation line 13 and 14 which concerns on each design shown to Table 1-3 was produced, and the ease of cutting of a perforation line was verified by pinching and opening the opening start part. In this case, “や す” is shown in the table if the perforation line is very good, “◯” if it is good, “Δ” if it is bad, and “x” if it is very bad.

Table 1 shows the result of verifying the ease of cutting the perforation line by changing the ratio of the cut portion and the remaining portion. As shown in Table 1, it is easier to cut the longer cut portion than the remaining portion. However, if the cut portion is made too long, it is not preferable because it is easily broken.
Table 2 shows the result of verifying the ease of cutting the perforation line by changing the length of the remaining portion while fixing the ratio of the notched portion and the remaining portion to 1: 1. As shown in Table 2, it is easier to cut off the shorter remaining part.
In order to facilitate opening when carrying out the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Table 3, the ratio of the notch portion to the remaining portion is set to 1: 1 to 3: 1 and the length of the remaining portion is set. Is preferably 1 to 2 (mm).

Table 4 is a reference for preferable values of the distance between the opening perforation line 13 and the opening perforation line 14 for easy opening.
The package provided with the opening perforation lines 13 and 14 according to each design shown in Table 4 was produced, and the ease of cutting off the perforation line when the opening start portion was pinched and opened was verified. In this case, “や す” is shown in the table if the perforation line is very good, “◯” if it is good, “Δ” if it is bad, and “x” if it is very bad.

Figure 2011213366
Figure 2011213366

Table 4 shows the result of verifying the ease of cutting the perforation line with the interval between the perforation line 13 for opening and the perforation line 14 for opening being 14, 20, 30, 50 (mm).
As shown in Table 4, the distance between the opening perforation line 13 and the opening perforation line 14 is 14 (mm), and the larger the gap, the lower the ease of opening and the harder it is to open at 50 (mm). It was.
In addition, since the film of the package is fused by heat sealing, when the interval between the opening perforation lines 13 and 14 is larger than the intermittent part 11b of the heat sealing, the perforation line is overlapped with the heat sealing part 11a. This makes it difficult to open.
Therefore, the interval between the opening perforation line 13 and the opening perforation line 14 is not less than the extent of pinching the gap between the opening perforation line 13 and the opening perforation line 14 with a finger. If it is not excessively large, there is no problem.
