Description

The present invention relates to a swing type (seesaw type) switch that switches a switch contact by swinging an operation knob, and more particularly to a switch suitable for use in turning on and off a power source.

Conventionally, an oscillating power switch (a switch used for turning on / off a power supply) is, for example, as shown in FIG. 22 of Patent Document 1, a fixed contact body (4) and a movable contact body support ( 5), and the movable contact body (3) is swingably installed on the upper side (523) of the standing portion (521) (see FIG. 18 of Patent Document 1) of the movable contact body support body (5). Further, the operation knob (1) is swingably installed on the movable contact body (3), and the operation section (12) protruding from the lower surface of the operation knob (1) by swinging the operation knob (1). ) (See FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1) is moved to the left and right, and the movable contact body (3) whose one end is locked to the operation portion (12) is swung to fix the fixed contact body (4). The contact (41) and the movable contact (31) of the movable contact body (3) are configured to be turned on / off.

On the other hand, in this power switch, the movable contact body (3) bounces on the upper side (523) of the upright portion (521) when the switch is turned on and off, so that the movable contact body (3) and the movable contact body support body There was a risk that an arc would occur between (5) and the life of the power switch would be shortened.

In order to solve this problem, in the power switch described in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 13 of the present application, on the upper side (523) of the standing portion (521) of the movable contact body support (5), An example in which the movable contact body (3) is swingably installed with the short-circuit piece (6) interposed therebetween is disclosed. At this time, projecting portions (521a) projecting upward are provided at both ends of the upper side (523) of the standing portion (521), and the projecting portions (521a) are provided at the centers of both sides of the movable contact body (3). The concave locking portion (3a) is engaged and held so as to be swingable. The short-circuit piece (6) is provided with a pair (four total) of protrusions (61) that project while being inclined upward from opposite sides of the substantially rectangular flat plate-shaped short-circuit piece body (60), and the other A holding piece (62) is provided that is bent at a slightly more acute angle than 90 ° upward from both opposing sides. The protrusion (61) is in elastic contact with the lower surface of the movable contact body (3), and at the same time, the holding pieces (62) are elastically in contact with the outer side of the protrusion (521a) to move with the standing portion (521). The contact bodies (3) are electrically connected with elasticity by the short-circuit piece (6). Accordingly, even when the movable contact body (3) bouncing on the upper side (523) of the standing portion (521), the electrical connection between the movable contact body (3) and the movable contact body support body (5) is always maintained. Generation of arcs is prevented.

However, in the case of the above conventional example, both holding pieces (62) of the short-circuit piece (6) are arranged so as to protrude from the left and right sides of the standing portion (521), and accordingly, the width direction dimension of the power switch (operation knob ( The thickness of the dimension (1) along the swing axis) could not be reduced.

In the case of the short-circuit piece (6) having the above configuration, the length dimension of the protrusion (61) is short. For this reason, the elastic force of the movable contact body (3) by the protrusion (61) may be weakened over time, so-called “sagging” may occur, and there is a problem in durability.

In addition, the short-circuit piece (6) having the above-described configuration is configured to slide while elastically contacting both the movable contact body (3) and the movable contact body support (5), and the entire short-circuit piece (6) moves. Therefore, it cannot be said that the electrical connection between the movable contact body (3) and the movable contact body support (5) can be surely performed, and a more reliable electrical connection structure has been demanded.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to sufficiently prevent electrical arcing between the movable contact body support body and the movable contact body and reliably prevent the occurrence of an arc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a switch that can achieve excellent durability and can reduce the thickness in the direction along the swing axis of an operation knob.

The invention according to claim 1 of the present application is a case having a contact housing portion therein, at least a pair of a fixed contact body and a movable contact body support body installed on a bottom surface of the contact housing portion of the case, and the movable contact body. A movable contact body having a movable contact pivotally supported by a standing portion standing from a bottom surface of the contact housing portion of the support body and contacting and separating from a fixed contact provided on the fixed contact body; and the movable contact An operation knob having an operation unit that swings the movable contact body by moving while abutting on the upper surface of the movable contact body. A short-circuiting piece having an attachment base portion to be attached, an arm portion projecting from the attachment base portion, and a resilient contact portion that is provided at the tip or midway of the arm portion and elastically contacts the lower surface of the movable contact body is provided. To In the pitch.

The invention according to claim 2 of the present application is the switch according to claim 1, wherein the elastic contact portion of the short-circuit piece elastically contacts the lower surface of the movable contact body in the vicinity of the swing axis. is there.

The invention according to claim 3 of the present application is the switch according to claim 2, wherein the mounting base of the short-circuiting piece is disposed on the opposite side of the movable / fixed contact with the swing axis of the movable contact body as a boundary, The elastic contact portion of the short-circuit piece is located on the movable contact side beyond the swing axis of the movable contact body.

The invention according to claim 4 of the present application is the switch according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the short-circuit piece is configured by folding back the arm portion protruding from the mounting base and providing the elastic contact portion in the folded portion. The switch is characterized by the fact that

The invention according to claim 5 of the present invention is the switch according to claim 4, wherein the width dimension of the folded portion of the arm portion of the short-circuiting piece is equal to or less than the same dimension with respect to the width dimension of the movable contact body. The switch is characterized by

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the switch according to the fifth aspect, the movable contact of the movable contact body is a predetermined distance from the fixed contact of the fixed contact body at the standing portion of the movable contact body support. The switch is characterized in that a stopper portion is provided for restricting the upward movement of the arm portion by coming into contact with the arm portion of the short-circuit piece when separated.

According to the first aspect of the invention, since the attachment base of the short-circuit piece is attached to the movable contact body support, the mechanical and electrical connection is reliable. On the other hand, the elastic contact is only between the elastic contact portion of the short-circuiting piece and the lower surface of the movable contact body, and the short-circuiting piece is attached to the movable contact body support body as described above, so there is no rattling. The movable contact bodies are slid and elastically contacted in a stable state, and electrical connection between these elastic contact portions and the movable contact bodies is also ensured. Furthermore, since the elastic contact portion elastically contacts the lower surface of the movable contact body, the sliding distance of sliding at the elastic contact portion is very short, and also from this point, the electrical connection between the elastic contact portion and the movable contact body is ensured. . For these reasons, the electrical connection between the movable contact body support and the movable contact body can be reliably performed, and the occurrence of arc can be reliably prevented.

The shorting piece is configured to extend the arm part from the mounting base attached to the movable contact body support and abut the elastic contact part provided at the predetermined position on the lower surface of the movable contact body, so the arm part length can be easily set long Therefore, so-called settling is unlikely to occur in the arm portion, and the durability of the short-circuit piece is improved.

Since the short-circuit piece is installed at the lower position of the movable contact body and elastically contacts the lower surface of the movable contact body, the short-circuit piece can be configured not to protrude from the left and right sides of the movable contact body. It is possible to easily reduce the thickness of the direction dimension (the dimension along the swing axis of the operation knob).

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the elastic contact portion of the short-circuiting piece is in contact with the lower surface of the movable contact body in the vicinity of the swinging shaft, the vertical movement of the elastic contact portion is short, and the elastic contact position is almost the same. Do not move. For this reason, the electrical connection between the elastic contact portion and the movable contact body is ensured, and the generation of an arc can be reliably prevented. At the same time, so-called settling is unlikely to occur, and the durability of the short-circuit piece is improved.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the elastic contact portion of the short-circuiting piece is pushed down by the lower surface of the movable contact body, the movable contact of the movable contact body abuts on the fixed contact of the fixed contact body and is turned on. In this case, the electrical connection of the elastic contact portion to the movable contact body becomes more reliable. At the same time, since the entire short-circuit piece is disposed at a position away from the fixed contact, the electrical insulation state between the short-circuit piece and the fixed contact body can be maintained in a good state, and an arc can be reliably prevented from occurring between the two.

According to invention of Claim 4, the length of an arm part can be maintained long also in a small space, and what is called a settling of an arm part can be prevented. In other words, the switch can be miniaturized.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the short-circuit piece does not protrude outward from the left and right sides of the movable contact body, the thickness of the switch in the width direction (the dimension along the swing axis of the operation knob) Can be made thinner.

According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the vertical movement of the arm portion can be reduced without unnecessarily moving the arm portion upward, and so-called settling of the arm portion can be prevented.

On the bottom surface of the knob outer body 160, a main body attachment portion 163 composed of four small protrusions is formed.

The knob main body 170 is a molded product of a substantially rectangular synthetic resin (for example, a thermoplastic flame-retardant polyamide resin), and is formed in a dimension that can be stored almost exactly in a recess on the lower surface of the knob outer body 160. . The knob body 170 is formed with four exterior body attachment parts 171 formed of small holes through which the body attachment parts 163 of the knob exterior body 160 are inserted and penetrated, and protrudes downward substantially at the center of the lower surface thereof. A quadrangular cylindrical operation unit main body 173 that is divided into two is formed in the middle. Both separated operating portion main body portions 173 are arranged in the width direction at the center of the bottom surface of the knob main body 170 (in the swing axis direction of the operating knob 150). As shown in FIG. 3, the lower surface of the operation portion main body 173 is formed with a resilient member housing portion 175 having a recess for housing a resilient member 180 described below so as to be movable up and down. An operation unit 190 is configured by the operation unit main body 173 and a resilient member 180 described below. A shaft portion 177 made of a small protrusion that is rotatably inserted into the shaft support hole 109 is provided at the center of the pair of outer peripheral side surfaces facing the shaft support hole 109 of the outer case 100 of the knob body 170 (FIGS. 4 and 6). Then, only one of the front side is shown).

The elastic member 180 is made of a synthetic resin (for example, a thermoplastic polyamide resin, PBT resin, or a thermosetting melamine resin), and includes a substantially flat elastic member 181 and a spring member 187 made of a coil spring. . The elastic portion 181 is a substantially rectangular flat plate, the lower end surface of which is an elastic contact surface 183 protruding at an acute angle, and the upper end surface of the elastic portion 181 is a spring accommodating portion 185 comprising a concave groove into which the spring member 187 is inserted. It has become.

Next, in order to assemble the switch 1-1, first, the mounting base 201 of the short-circuit piece 200 is placed on the support body 51 of the movable contact body support 50. At this time, the short-circuit piece attaching portion 61 of the support body 51 is inserted into the attachment portion 207 of the short-circuit piece 200, and at the same time, the elastic contact portion 205 is inserted into the opening 58 and the stopper contact portion 211 is elastically attached to the stopper portion 59. Make contact. Then, the tip of at least one of the short-circuit piece mounting portions 61 is caulked and crushed, thereby attaching the short-circuit piece 200 onto the movable contact body support 50. Next, the movable contact body support body 50 and the fixed contact body 40 each having a pair of short-circuit pieces 200 mounted therein are inserted into the contact storage portions 11 of the case 10, and the terminal 43 and the movable contact body of the fixed contact body 40 are inserted. The terminals 53 of the support body 50 are inserted into the terminal insertion holes 15 of the case 10. Then, the fixed portions 47 and 57 at the bases of the terminals 43 and 53 protruding from the bottom surface of the case 10 are mechanically crushed, thereby fixing each fixed contact body 40 and the movable contact body support body 50 to the bottom surface in the case 10. . Although not shown in the drawing, a sealing resin made of an epoxy-based adhesive or the like is filled around each terminal insertion hole 15 on the lower surface of the case 10, and is located between the terminals 43 and 53 and the terminal insertion hole 15. Seal small gaps.

Next, a pair of movable contact bodies 70 is housed in each contact housing portion 11 of the case 10, and at that time, the movable contact body locking portion 56 of the movable contact body support 50 is engaged with the locking portion 73 of the movable contact body 70. At the same time, the contact portion 75 of the movable contact body 70 is linearly contacted with the upper side 55 of the movable contact body support 50. The movable contact body 70 can swing around the contact portion 75 while the contact portion 75 is in contact with the upper side 55. Next, the cover 80 is placed on the case 10 to close the opening on the upper surface of the case 10.

Next, the upper surface side of the knob main body 170 is housed in the recess on the lower surface of the knob outer body 160, and each main body attachment portion 163 of the knob outer body 160 is inserted into each outer body attachment portion 171 of the knob main body 170. The tip of each main body mounting portion 163 protruding from the lower surface of the main body 170 is crushed by heat caulking, and the knob exterior body 160 and the knob main body 170 are integrated. The elastic member 180 is stored in the pair of elastic member storage portions 175 of the knob body 170, and the operation knob 150 is further stored in the operation knob storage portion 105 of the outer case 100. The portion 177 is inserted into a shaft support hole 109 provided in the outer case 100, whereby the operation knob 150 is pivotally supported with respect to the outer case 100.

Then, the outer case 100 is placed on the cover 80. At this time, the operation portion 190 of the operation knob 150 passes through the operation portion insertion hole 83 of the cover 80, and the elastic contact surfaces 183 of the pair of elastic portions 181 at the distal ends are in elastic contact with the upper surfaces of the movable contact bodies 70, respectively. At the same time, the mounting protrusions 115 of the outer case 100 are inserted into the mounting portions 19 of the case 10, and the tips of the mounting protrusions 115 are heat caulked on the lower surface of the case 10, thereby fixing the outer case 100 to the case 10. This completes the assembly of the switch 1-1. The above assembling procedure is an example, and it goes without saying that the assembly may be performed using other various assembling procedures.

As shown in FIG. 3, the switch 1-1 configured as described above includes a case 10 having a contact housing portion 11 therein and at least a pair of fixed members installed on the bottom surface of the contact housing portion 11 of the case 10. The contact body 40 and the movable contact body support body 50, and the upright portion 54 (the upper side 55) standing from the bottom surface of the contact storage section 11 of the movable contact body support body 50 are pivotally supported so as to be swingable. A movable contact body 70 having a movable contact 71 that contacts and separates from a fixed contact 45 provided on the fixed contact body 40, and an upper part of the movable contact body 70 (upper part of the contact accommodating portion 11 of the case 10). An operation knob 150 having an operation unit 190 that swings the movable contact body 70 by moving while abutting on the upper surface of the movable contact body 70, an attachment base 201 that is attached to the movable contact body support 50, and an attachment base 201. Or An arm portion 203 which projects, and is configured by installing a jumper 200 and a resilient contact portion 205 elastically contacting a lower surface of the movable contact member 70 as provided at the tip of the arm portion 203 described below.

FIG. 3 shows a state where the operation knob 150 is fully swung to one side and the switch is turned off to be stable. The state shown in the figure is opposite to the movable contact 71 when viewed from the contact portion 75 where the elastic contact surface 183 of the elastic portion 181 of the operation portion 190 of the operation knob 150 is in contact with the upper side 55 of the movable contact body 70. In this state, the upper surface of the movable contact body 70 is elastically contacted, so that the contact portion 77 of the movable contact body 70 abuts on the support body portion 51 of the movable contact body support body 50, and thus the movable contact 71 is fixed. The contact body 40 is separated from the fixed contact 45, and between the fixed contact body 40 and the movable contact body support body 50, that is, between the terminals 43 and 53 is in an OFF state. At this time, the arm portion 203 of the short-circuit piece 200 does not move upward from the position because the stopper portion abutting portion 211 at the tip thereof is in elastic contact with the stopper portion 59 of the movable contact body support 50. Therefore, the elastic contact portion 205 is slightly separated from the lower surface of the movable contact body 70.

Next, when the upper surface of the operation knob 150 lifted upward is pressed in the direction of pushing in (in the direction of arrow B shown in FIG. 3), the elastic contact surface 183 of the elastic portion 181 is brought into contact with the upper surface of the movable contact body 70. The spring member 187 starts to move (slide) toward the movable contact 71 side and reaches the contact portion 75 of the movable contact body 70, so that the elastic portion 181 is in the elastic member storage portion 175. When the elastic surface 183 passes through the contact portion 75, the movable contact body 70 starts swinging so that the movable contact 71 side descends with the contact portion 75 as a swing axis. The movable contact member 70 rapidly swings due to the elastic force of the spring member 187 that has been contracted, and the movable contact 71 abuts against the fixed contact 45 of the fixed contact member 40 instantaneously as shown in FIG. 40 and the movable contact body support 50, that is, Between terminals 43 and 53 is turned on. At this time, the operation knob 150 swings to the other side and becomes stable.

As described above, the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 is in contact with the lower surface of the movable contact body 70 while the movable contact 71 side is being lowered, and the elastic contact portion 205 is not swung until the movable contact body 70 is completely swung. It is pushed down by the lower surface of the movable contact body 70. That is, before and after the movable contact 71 is turned on to the fixed contact 45, the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 is always elastically contacted with the movable contact body 70, so that the movable contact body 70 and the movable contact body support 50 are reliably connected. Maintain electrical connection. For this reason, even when the movable contact body 70 bounces on the upper side 55 of the standing portion 54 when the switch 1-1 is turned on, the electrical connection between the movable contact body support body 50 and the movable contact body 70 is ensured. It can be ensured and the occurrence of arcing can be reliably prevented.

In particular, in the case of the switch 1-1, since the mounting base 201 of the short-circuit piece 200 is mounted on the movable contact body support 50, the mechanical and electrical connection is reliable. On the other hand, the elastic contact is made only between the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 and the lower surface of the movable contact body 70, and the short-circuit piece 200 is attached to the movable contact body support body 50 as described above and does not rattle. Therefore, the elastic contact portion 205 and the movable contact body 70 are slid and elastically contacted in a stable state, and the electrical connection between the elastic contact portion 205 and the movable contact body 70 is also ensured. Further, since the elastic contact portion 205 elastically contacts the lower surface of the movable contact body 70, the sliding distance of sliding at the elastic contact portion is very short. From this point also, electrical connection between the elastic contact portion 205 and the movable contact body 70 is achieved. Will be sure. From these things, the electrical connection between the movable contact body support body 50 and the movable contact body 70 can be reliably performed, and the generation of the arc can be reliably prevented.

Further, since the short-circuit piece 200 has a configuration in which the arm portion 203 is extended from the mounting base portion 201 attached to the movable contact body support body 50 and the elastic contact portion 205 provided at a predetermined position thereof is brought into contact with the lower surface of the movable contact body 70. The length of the portion 203 can be set long, so that the arm portion 203 is less prone to so-called stickiness, and the durability of the short-circuit piece 200 is improved. Further, since the short-circuit piece 200 is configured by folding back the arm portion 203 protruding from the mounting base 201 and providing the elastic contact portion 205 in the folded portion, the length of the arm portion 203 can be maintained long even in a small space. Thus, so-called settling of the arm portion 203 can be prevented. In other words, the switch 1-1 can be downsized.

In the switch 1-1, the width L2 (see FIG. 5) of the folded portion of the arm portion 203 of the short-circuit piece 200 is equal to or smaller than the width L1 (see FIG. 5) of the movable contact body 70. It is said. For this reason, since the short-circuit piece 200 does not protrude outward from the left and right sides of the movable contact body 70, the thickness of the switch 1-1 is reduced in the width direction dimension (the dimension along the swing axis of the operation knob 150). Can be planned.

In the switch 1-1, when the movable contact 71 of the movable contact body 70 is separated from the fixed contact 45 of the fixed contact body 40 by a predetermined distance from the standing portion 54 of the movable contact body support body 50, Since the stopper portion 59 that restricts the upward movement of the arm portion 203 by contacting the arm portion 203 is provided, the vertical movement is further reduced without unnecessarily moving the arm portion 203 upward. Therefore, the so-called settling of the arm portion 203 can be more effectively prevented. When the switch is off, there is no problem even if the elastic contact portion 205 is away from the movable contact body 70 because it is originally off.

In the switch 1-1, the mounting base 201 of the short-circuit piece 200 is disposed on the opposite side of the movable / fixed contacts 71, 45 with the swing axis (contact portion 75) of the movable contact body 70 as a boundary. Further, since the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 is disposed on the movable contact 71 side beyond the swing axis (contact portion 75) of the movable contact body 70, the elastic contact portion 205 is pushed down by the lower surface of the movable contact body 70. However, the movable contact 71 of the movable contact body 70 contacts the fixed contact 45 of the fixed contact body 40 and turns on. Therefore, the electrical connection of the elastic contact portion 205 to the movable contact body 70 when turning on becomes more reliable. At the same time, since the entire short-circuit piece 200 is disposed at a position away from the fixed contact 45, the electrical insulation state between the short-circuit piece 200 and the fixed contact body 40 can be maintained in a good state, and the generation of an arc between the two is ensured. Can be prevented. Further, in the case of this switch 1-1, the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 elastically contacts the lower surface of the movable contact body 70 in the vicinity of the swing axis, so that the vertical movement of the elastic contact portion 205 is short, and almost The elastic contact position does not move, and also from this point, the electrical connection between the elastic contact portion 205 and the movable contact body 70 is ensured, and generation of an arc can be reliably prevented. At the same time, so-called settling is unlikely to occur, and the durability of the short-circuit piece 200 is improved.

FIG. 10 is a schematic cross-sectional view (portion corresponding to FIG. 3) of the switch 1-2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the switch 1-2 shown in the figure, the same or corresponding parts as those in the switch 1-1 shown in FIGS. Items other than those described below are the same as those of the switch 1-1 shown in FIGS. The switch 1-2 is different from the switch 1-1 only in the shape of the short-circuit piece 200. That is, the short-circuit piece 200 of the switch 1-2 is made of an elastic metal plate (in this embodiment, made of phosphor bronze plate), and has a flat plate shape that contacts the support body portion 51 of the movable contact body support body 50. The mounting base 201 is configured to include an arm portion 203 that protrudes substantially linearly from one side of the mounting base 201 and an elastic contact portion 205 that is formed at the tip of the arm portion 203. Yes. The mounting base 201 is formed with a mounting portion 207 including a pair of small holes into which the short-circuit piece mounting portion 61 provided on the movable contact body support 50 is inserted and caulked. The base portion of the elastic contact portion 205 at the tip of the arm portion 203 is a stopper contact portion 211. The elastic contact portion 205 is provided at a portion where the distal end portion of the arm portion 203 is bent upward at a substantially right angle, and further, the distal end portion thereof is bent at a substantially right angle in the opposite direction. In the case of the short-circuit piece 200, the mounting portion 207 is not covered by the arm portion 203 unlike the short-circuit piece 200 of the switch 1-1, and therefore the opening 209 is not provided. Even if the short-circuit piece 200 is configured in this manner, the same effect as the short-circuit piece 200 used for the switch 1-1 (excluding the effect of folding the arm portion 203) occurs.

FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view showing a set of the movable contact body support 50, the short circuit piece 200, and the movable contact body 70 used in the switch 1-3 according to the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. FIG. 10 is an enlarged schematic cross-sectional view of the main part in the vicinity of the movable contact body 70 (the same state as FIG. 9). In the figure, the same or corresponding parts as those of the switch 1-1 shown in FIGS. Items other than those described below are the same as those of the switch 1-1 shown in FIGS.

The movable contact body support 50 used for the switch 1-3 is formed by bending a bent portion of a substantially L-shaped metal plate at a substantially right angle, and supporting one portion (portion facing in the horizontal direction) of the support body. 51, and the other part (the part facing the vertical direction) is a terminal 53. Further, the support body 51 has one end projecting left and right in a substantially T-shape, and a pair of parts standing up by bending the base part of the projecting part upward at a substantially right angle. 54. A concave shaft support portion 63 is formed at the center of the upper side of the compatibility portion 54. The bottom surface of the shaft support 63 is arcuate and curved in a convex shape. A small protrusion-like fixing portion 57 that projects in the width direction is formed on the base side portion of the left and right sides of the terminal 53. A pair of small protrusion-like short-circuit piece mounting portions 61 are formed on the upper surface of the support body 51. The movable contact body support 50 is not provided with the stopper portion 59 provided by the movable contact body support 50 of the switch 1-1.

The short-circuit piece 200 is made of a metal plate having elasticity (in this embodiment, made of phosphor bronze plate), and has a flat mounting base 201 that contacts the support body 51 of the movable contact body support 50, and a mounting base. 201 is configured to include an arm portion 203 that protrudes from one side and is folded back approximately 180 °, and has a tip portion formed into two protrusions, and an elastic contact portion 205 that is formed at the tip of the arm portion 203. Has been. The mounting base 201 is formed with a mounting portion 207 including a pair of small holes into which the short-circuit piece mounting portion 61 provided on the movable contact body support 50 is inserted. An opening 209 is provided at a position facing one mounting part 207 of the folded arm part 203 so that the one mounting part 207 can be seen from the upper part of the arm part 203 folded through the opening 209. Since the arm portion 203 is not structured to be inserted into the opening 58 of the movable contact body support 50 like the arm portion 203 of the switch 1-1, the stopper portion abutting portion 211 is not provided and the entire portion is thin. A portion to be formed in a belt shape is unnecessary, and the width can be increased correspondingly, and the durability of the arm portion 203 can be improved.

The movable contact body 70 is formed of a substantially strip-shaped and elongated metal plate, and a substantially disk-shaped movable contact 71 is attached to the lower surface near one end thereof. In addition, a locking portion 73 that protrudes in a convex shape is formed at the approximate center of each of the pair of side edges extending in the longitudinal direction. Further, the end of the movable contact body 70 on the opposite side where the movable contact 71 is provided is bent downward, and the tip side facing downward is a contact portion 77.

The assembling method of the switch 1-3 is almost the same as the assembling method of the switch 1-1. The only difference is the part where the short-circuit piece 200 and the movable contact body 70 are installed on the movable contact body support 50. So, how to assemble that part will be explained. That is, first, the mounting base 201 of the short-circuit piece 200 is placed on the support body 51 of the movable contact body support 50. At this time, the short-circuit piece attachment portion 61 on the support body 51 is inserted into the attachment portion 207 of the short-circuit piece 200, and the tip of one short-circuit piece attachment portion 61 on the side facing the opening 209 is crushed and crushed. As a result, the short-circuit piece 200 is mounted on the movable contact body support 50. Then, the movable contact body support 50 and the fixed contact body 40 to which the short-circuit piece 200 is attached are attached in the case 10 by the same method as in the case of the switch 1-1. Next, the movable contact body 70 is housed in the contact housing portion 11 of the case 10, and at that time, the locking portion 73 of the movable contact body 70 is inserted and locked to the shaft support portion 63 of the movable contact body support 50 so as to be swingable. To do. The engaging part 73 of the movable contact body 70 comes into contact with the arcuate base of the shaft support part 63 and is electrically connected, and can swing around the contacted part.

Thereafter, the cover 1-3 (not shown), the outer case 100, and the operation knob 150 are attached by the same method as in the case of the switch 1-1, thereby completing the switch 1-3. At this time, as shown in FIG. 12, the elastic contact surface 183 at the tip of the elastic member 180 is in elastic contact with the upper surface of the movable contact body 70.

FIG. 12 shows a state in which the movable contact 71 contacts the fixed contact 45 and the terminals 43 and 53 are on. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, in order to change the movable contact 71 away from the fixed contact 45 and the terminals 43 and 53 from the OFF state to the ON state shown in FIG. The upper surface of the operation knob 150 that is lifted upward is pressed in the direction of pushing in (in the direction of arrow B shown in FIG. 3), and the elastic contact surface 183 of the elastic portion 181 is locked to the upper surface of the movable contact body 70. It is moved (sliding) from the position opposite to the movable contact 71 as viewed from the portion 73 toward the movable contact 71, and until it reaches the locking portion 73 (shaft support portion 63) of the movable contact body 70. When the member 187 is compressed and contracted, the resilient portion 181 is pushed into the resilient member housing portion 175, and when the resilient contact surface 183 passes through the portion of the locking portion 73 (the shaft support portion 63), the movable contact body 70 is pivoted. The movable contact 71 side is lowered with the support 63 as a swing axis. The movable contact body 70 rapidly swings due to the elastic force of the spring member 187 that has started to oscillate, and the movable contact 71 instantaneously becomes the fixed contact of the fixed contact body 40 as shown in FIG. 45, the fixed contact body 40 and the movable contact body support body 50, that is, the terminals 43 and 53 are turned on.

As described above, the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 comes into contact with the lower surface of the movable contact body 70 while the movable contact 71 side is being lowered (or before it is lowered), and the movable contact body 70 is swung. The elastic contact portion 205 is pushed down by the lower surface of the movable contact body 70 until it is cut. That is, at least before and after the movable contact 71 is turned on to the fixed contact 45, the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 is always elastically contacted with the movable contact body 70, so that there is no doubt between the movable contact body 70 and the movable contact body support 50. The state of being electrically connected to is maintained. For this reason, even when the movable contact body 70 bounces within the shaft support portion 63 of the standing portion 54 when the switch 1-1 is turned on, the electrical connection between the movable contact body support body 50 and the movable contact body 70 is reliable. It is possible to reliably prevent arcing.

Further, by configuring in this way, the same effect as described in the above switch 1-1 (excluding the effect of locking the arm part 203 by providing the stopper part 59 in the standing part 54) occurs. . Furthermore, in this switch 1-3, since a pair of standing part 54 does not block the upper part of the short circuit piece 200 (because the stopper part 59 is not provided), the short circuit piece 200 to the movable contact body support 50 is not provided. Easy to install.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea described in the claims and the specification and drawings. Is possible. Note that any shape, structure, or material not directly described in the specification and drawings is within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention as long as the effects and advantages of the present invention are exhibited. For example, in the switches 1-1 to 1-3, the mounting base 201 of the short-circuit piece 200 is provided on the opposite side of the movable / fixed contacts 71 and 45 with the swing axis (contact portion 75) of the movable contact body 70 as a boundary. And the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 is disposed on the movable contact 71 side beyond the swing axis (contact portion 75) of the movable contact body 70. You may comprise so that it may arrange | position on the opposite side of the movable contact 71 by making a rocking | fluctuation shaft (contact part 75) into a boundary. Even in this case, if the elastic contact portion 205 of the short-circuit piece 200 is configured to elastically contact the lower surface of the movable contact body 70 in the vicinity of the swing axis, the vertical movement of the elastic contact portion 205 is short and the elastic contact position is almost the same. Since it does not move, the electrical connection between the elastic contact portion 205 and the movable contact body 70 is ensured, and so-called sag hardly occurs, which is preferable. In the switches 1-1 to 1-3, the elastic contact portion 205 is provided at the tip of the arm portion 203, but the elastic contact portion may be provided in the middle of the arm portion. Further, the knob outer body 160 and the knob main body 170 may be formed as a single part by integral molding.
