サーバに蓄積されたコンテンツを構成する複数のコンテンツデータファイルと、
前記コンテンツデータファイル毎に所定の位置情報の入力の有無、シリアル番号の入力の可否または日時情報等のダウンロード許可条件を関連付けたコンテンツダウンロード条件テーブルと、
ユーザまたは携帯端末毎に、少なくとも位置情報の登録スタンプの入力情報とシリアル番号の入力情報とを関連付けて管理するユーザ情報管理テーブルとを有し、
前記携帯端末から位置情報の登録スタンプデータの入力情報と、所定のコンテンツデータファイルのダウンロード要求とをネットワークを介して受信すると、前記コンテンツ提供サーバはコンテンツダウンロード条件テーブルとユーザ情報管理テーブルとを参照して、要求されたコンテンツデータファイルのダウンロードの許可を判定し、許可するときには前記コンテンツデータファイルを前記携帯端末に送信するコンテンツ提供システム。 A content providing system comprising a mobile terminal equipped with a position information detection system and a content providing server connected to the mobile terminal via a network,
