Abstract
【解決手段】フリースウェブを案内する変向ローラであって、回転可能に支承されたガイド周壁1が設けられていて、該ガイド周壁の外周面2において、フリースウェブが接触して案内されるようになっており、ガイド周壁1の周壁材料3が、炭素繊維強化プラスチックによって形成されている形式のものにおいて、前記外周面2が、周壁材料3に設けられた摩耗防止層4によって形成されていて、該摩耗防止層が導電性を有している。

Claims (8)
- フリースウェブを案内する変向ローラであって、回転可能に支承されたガイド周壁(1)が設けられていて、該ガイド周壁(1)の外周面(2)において、フリースウェブが接触して案内されるようになっており、ガイド周壁(1)の周壁材料(3)が、炭素繊維強化プラスチックによって形成されている形式のものにおいて、
前記外周面(2)が、周壁材料(3)に設けられた摩耗防止層(4)によって形成されていて、該摩耗防止層(4)が導電性を有していることを特徴とする変向ローラ。 - 摩耗防止層(4)が、複合ポリマを含有する被覆層(10)によって形成されており、該被覆層(10)の導電性が、複合ポリマ内に導入された混合酸化物によって生ぜしめられている、請求項1記載の変向ローラ。
- 混合酸化物が、酸化インジウムスズ粉末によって形成されている、請求項2記載の変向ローラ。
- 摩耗防止層(4)が、5〜20μmの範囲における層厚さを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の変向ローラ。
- 周壁材料(3)における炭素繊維の割合が少なくとも40%であり、該炭素繊維が、巻成された織布(11)を形成している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の変向ローラ。
- ガイド周壁(1)が中空円筒形に形成されていて、ウェブ状の2つのボス(5.1,5.2)を介して支持軸(7)に回転可能に支承されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の変向ローラ。
- 支持軸(7)が保持体(8)に片持ち式に固定されており、該保持体(8)の1つの保持端部(8.1)が、ガイド周壁(1)の一方の端面開口(12.1)に進入している、請求項6記載の変向ローラ。
- ガイド周壁(1)の、前記端面開口(12.1)とは反対側に位置している端面開口(12.2)が、カバー(9)によって閉鎖されている、請求項7記載の変向ローラ。
