Abstract

Claims (10)
- ガスタービン(10)の燃焼器(16)内における逆火及び保炎を検出及び制御するシステムであって、
ガスタービン(10)の燃焼器(16)内に設置されており、火炎にさらされると発光するように構成された少なくとも1つの火炎インジケータ(66)と、
前記少なくとも1つの火炎インジケータ(66)よりも下流に設置されており、前記少なくとも1つの火炎インジケータ(66)により発せられる光を検出するように構成された少なくとも1つの検出器(68)と、を有するシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの火炎インジケータ(66)は少なくとも1つの保護層(70)と少なくとも1つの標示層(72)とを有し、前記少なくとも1つの保護層(70)は火炎の存在下において離解して前記少なくとも1つの標示層(72)が露出するように構成され、前記少なくとも1つの標示層(72)は火炎にさらされると特定の色に発光するように構成された、先行する請求項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの火炎インジケータ(66)は、複数の保護層(70)と複数の標示層(72)とを有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記燃焼器(16)内に設置された複数の火炎インジケータ(66)を更に有し、前記複数の火炎インジケータ(66)の各々の前記少なくとも1つの標示層(72)により発せられる前記光の前記特定の色は、前記ガスタービン(10)内の複数の燃料回路(PM1、PM2、PM3、Q)のうちの1つに対応して変化可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の火炎インジケータ(66)のうちの1つが前記燃焼器(16)の複数の燃料ノズルアセンブリ(28)の各々に設置される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの火炎インジケータ(66)は、前記燃焼器(16)の少なくとも1つの燃料ノズルアセンブリ(28)内に設置されるか、或いは前記燃焼器(16)の四次燃料システム(38)の構成要素上に又は該構成要素の近傍に設置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの検出器(68)と通信するタービン制御システム(74)を更に有し、前記タービン制御システム(74)は保炎が前記燃焼器(16)内で発生しているか否かを判定するように構成される、先行する請求項のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 燃焼器(16)内の逆火及び保炎の検出及び制御が可能なガスタービン(10)であって、
ガスタービン(10)に流入する空気を加圧するように構成された圧縮部(12)と、
前記圧縮部(12)の下流に設置されており、前記圧縮部(12)から排出される加圧空気を受け取るように構成された燃焼部(14)であって、前記加圧空気を燃料と混合して空気/燃料混合物を生成し、前記空気/燃料混合物を燃焼させるように構成された複数の燃焼器(16)を有する燃焼部(14)と、
前記燃焼部(14)の下流に設置されており、前記複数の燃焼器(16)の各々から流れてくる高温燃焼ガスを受け取るように構成されたタービン部(18)と、
前記複数の燃焼器(16)の少なくとも1つにおける逆火及び保炎を検出及び制御する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のシステムと、を有するガスタービン(10)。 - ガスタービン(10)の燃焼器(16)内の逆火及び保炎を検出及び制御する方法において、
特定の色に発光することにより燃焼器(16)内の保炎の存在を示すステップと、
前記発せられた光を検出するステップと、
前記検出された光をガスタービン制御システム(74)に通知するステップと、
保炎が前記燃焼器(16)内に存在するか否かを判定するステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記発せられた光の前記特定の色を解析して問題となっている燃料回路(PM1、PM2、PM3、Q)を識別するステップと、所定の保炎境界を超えた場合に是正処置を実行するステップと、を更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
