Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fuel circulation device that circulates anode off-gas discharged from a fuel cell stack in an anode system of a fuel cell system.
Polymer Electrolyte Fuel Cell (PEFC) that generates electricity by supplying hydrogen (fuel gas, anode gas) to the anode and oxygen-containing air (oxidant gas, cathode gas) to the cathode A fuel cell system including a fuel cell is known.
In a fuel cell system, hydrogen (fuel gas, anode gas) supply to the anode side of a fuel cell stack is generally pressure controlled using a regulator or an injector. Further, unreacted hydrogen (fuel offgas, anode offgas) that has not been consumed in the fuel cell stack among the supplied hydrogen is recovered by a circulator such as a pump or an ejector, and is reused for power generation.
When an ejector is used as a circulator, a fuel cell system that performs intermittent hydrogen supply flow rate control by an injector is disclosed as a method for controlling the hydrogen supply flow rate with high accuracy (Patent Document 1).
According to the above method, the circulation capacity of the ejector is improved as compared with the pressure control method using a regulator or the like.
By the way, in order to ensure and improve the power generation stability of the fuel cell stack, it is necessary to supply excessively with respect to the hydrogen flow rate required for power generation. Therefore, a high circulation capacity is required for a circulator such as an ejector.
However, in the fuel cell system including the intermittently operated injector disclosed in Patent Document 1, fluid stays in the circulation channel between intervals when the injector stops the injection.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to improve the circulation capacity of a fuel circulation device that circulates anode off-gas discharged from a fuel cell stack in an anode system of a fuel cell system.
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a fuel circulation device according to claim 1 that circulates anode off-gas discharged from a fuel cell stack in an anode system of a fuel cell system. A first injector that intermittently injects the first fluid, and a second fluid that is disposed downstream of the first injector, sucks the second fluid by the negative pressure generated by the injection of the first fluid, and joins the first fluid An ejector having a diffuser to be sent out, and one or a plurality of second ejectors disposed upstream of the ejector and injecting the first fluid along a flow of the second fluid sucked into a throat portion of the diffuser An injector, wherein the first injector and the second injector substantially alternately pass the first fluid with a temporal phase difference. Characterized by morphism.
According to such a fuel circulation device, there is a staying fluid between intervals due to intermittent supply of the first injector, but the fluid staying using the second injector is supplementarily sent to the diffuser, The fluid can be continuously fed, and the circulation ability can be improved. Further, the flow rate supplied from the diffuser to the fuel cell stack can be increased.
The fuel circulation device according to
According to such a fuel circulation device, the fluid staying between the first injector and the ejector having the diffuser can be reduced, and so-called stoichiometry can be increased.

According to such a fuel circulation device, by making the axis of the second injector follow the flow of the second fluid, an auxiliary role of sending the second fluid to the diffuser increases, and the overall circulation capacity can be further improved. it can.
According to the fuel circulation device of the present invention, in the anode system of the fuel cell system, it is possible to improve the circulation capacity of the fuel circulation device that circulates the anode off-gas discharged from the fuel cell stack.

The auxiliary supply injector 4 assists the circulation of the anode off gas G off2 by injecting the anode gas GA 4 in a direction along the direction in which the anode off gas circulates, and supplies it to the fuel cell stack 10.

As shown in FIG. 6A, since the
As shown in FIG. 6C, the supply flow rate of the whole injector (the
FIG. 7 is a graph showing the relationship between the STK required current required by the fuel cell stack and the flow rate of the anode gas supplied by the injector for the

Therefore, when the STK request current state continues exceeding the I M, there is a possibility that the fuel cell stack 10 is deteriorated (deterioration due to so-called out of gas).
In contrast, the fuel cell system S including the
Thereby, it becomes possible to supply hydrogen (anode gas) excessively with respect to the required hydrogen flow rate (see FIG. 5) corresponding to the STK required current required by the
If the supply capacity is insufficient, the
<Low / medium load>
Next, when the required current of the fuel cell stack 10 is a required hydrogen flow rate that can be covered by one injector (at the time of low / medium load), the
FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating the operation timing of the
In particular, in a low / medium load zone, a short time interval (main supply interval) is set in order to reduce the retention of anode off gas, and the number of operations of one injector increases as shown in FIG.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 9, according to the
Thereby, the durability of the fuel cell system S is also improved by solving the problem of the durability of the injector.
<変形例>

For example, in the configuration of the above embodiment, the
In FIG. 5, the hydrogen flow rate Ti value is calculated by feedforward control, the pressure Ti value is calculated by feedback control, and the time interval (Ti value) is calculated by adding both together, and this Ti value is used. Thus, the
