Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a panel mounting structure, a panel mounting tool, and a panel assembly. It relates to solids.

As a mounting structure for a decorative panel attached to the wall surface of a house, office room, corridor, etc., ribs that protrude from the back of the decorative panel are provided, and both sides of the end of the rib have a C shape toward the root of the rib A fixing member having a pair of spring portions to be opened is attached, and a wall edge having a U-shaped cross section on the interior wall surface and having a retaining protrusion on the opening edge is attached so that both opening edge portions face the fixing member, When the fixing member is inserted into the trunk edge (panel engagement groove) against the opening of the spring part, the spring part is pressed against both lateral sides of the trunk edge, and the spring protrusion is There exists a thing by dry construction comprised so that a front-end | tip may be engaged and a fixing member may be fixed to a trunk edge (for example, patent document 1).

In addition, as a mounting structure of the decorative panel by another dry construction, the joint member is provided on the interior wall surface, the U-shaped mounting member is mounted on the decorative panel, and the U-shaped insertion formed in the joint member is inserted. There is a configuration in which a decorative panel is attached to an interior wall surface by inserting and locking an open end of an attachment member into a groove (panel engagement groove) (for example, Patent Document 2).

実公平6−31013号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-31013 特開2007−9612号公報JP 2007-9612 A

In the conventional decorative panel mounting structure, the panel engagement grooves formed in the trunk edge and joint member are open toward the front of the wall surface at both the trunk edge and joint member attached at the top and bottom of the wall surface. The decorative panel must be moved in parallel with the wall surface, and the decorative panel must be attached and detached.

For this reason, it is not as easy as ordinary people and women can attach and remove the decorative panel, but it is easy enough for ordinary people and women to replace the decorative panel in order to redesign the room. The replacement of the decorative panel is left to the contractor. This is particularly noticeable as the decorative panel becomes larger.

Further, in the conventional decorative panel mounting structure, the trunk edge and the joint member attached to the interior wall surface for mounting the decorative panel are not completely hidden after the construction is completed, and are exposed to the outside. For this reason, the conventional decorative panel mounting structure is inferior in aesthetics compared to a general wallpaper-finished interior. Further, since the trunk edge and the joint member are not completely concealed even after the completion of the construction, the body edge and the joint member cannot be fragmented aesthetically, and become long over the entire width of the decorative panel. For this reason, the horizontal attachment to the interior wall surface of a trunk edge or a joint member becomes troublesome.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the makeup panel can be easily replaced by ordinary people and women so that the room can be easily redesigned by itself. It is to make it.

A concave groove or a ridge, and the first panel-side fitting portion and the second panel-side fitting portion extend in parallel with each other along the panel mounting surface. Or any one of the ridges.

In another preferred embodiment of the panel mounting structure according to the present invention, the concave groove has a C-shaped cross section with an arc inner peripheral surface, and the convex strip slides in the arc direction on the concave groove. It includes an enlarged head with an arcuate outer peripheral surface that can be fitted.

In another preferred embodiment of the panel mounting structure according to the present invention, at least one of the first panel mounting tool and the second panel mounting tool includes the first mounting surface side fitting portion and the second mounting tool. Both mounting surface side fitting parts are provided.

The panel mounting structure according to the present invention preferably further extends in a direction opposite to the connecting portion with the panel main body and is positioned in front of the first panel mounting tool to hide the first panel mounting tool. Has a skirt.

A panel fixture according to the present invention is a panel fixture fixedly mounted on a panel mounting surface, and opens to the front of the panel mounting surface and extends along the panel mounting surface. The fitting groove and the opening direction of the first fitting groove are opened in a direction different by 90 degrees, and extend in parallel with the first fitting groove along the panel mounting surface. A second fitting groove.

The panel attachment according to the present invention is a panel attachment fixedly mounted on the panel attachment surface, and protrudes forward of the panel attachment surface and extends along the panel attachment surface. The fitting ridge and the protruding direction of the first fitting ridge protrude in a direction different by 90 degrees and extend in parallel with the first fitting ridge along the panel mounting surface. A second fitting protrusion.

A panel assembly according to the present invention is provided on a panel main body and one edge side of the panel main body, and is formed to protrude toward the plate thickness direction of the panel main body and includes a first fitting protrusion. The panel edge member is provided on the other edge side opposite to the one edge side of the panel body, and protrudes in a direction different from the first fitting protrusion by 90 degrees. And a second panel edge member having a second fitting protrusion.

The panel assembly according to the present invention includes a panel main body and a first fitting groove provided on one end edge side of the panel main body and opening in a plate thickness direction of the panel main body. The panel edge member is provided on the other edge side opposite to the one edge side of the panel body, and protrudes in a direction different from the first fitting groove by 90 degrees. A second panel edge member having a second fitting groove.

According to the panel mounting structure of the present invention, the panel main body is positioned so as to be rotatable with respect to the panel mounting surface by fitting one of the fitting portions, and the other of the panel main bodies is centered on one of the fitting portions. By pushing the side of the fitting portion toward the panel mounting surface, the other fitting portion is brought into a fitting state, and the panel body is mounted on the panel mounting surface. The panel body can be removed from the panel mounting surface by performing an operation opposite to the mounting operation.

For example, at the lower position on the panel mounting surface such as a wall surface, the first panel mounting tool is mounted such that the first fitting groove opens forward and extends horizontally, and the upper portion of the panel mounting surface. In position, the second panel fixture is mounted such that the second mating groove opens downward and extends horizontally. Then, in a state where the panel main body is slightly inclined in the direction in which the lower side comes to the front, first, the panel main body is pushed up, whereby the second fitting ridge of the second panel edge member is moved to the second panel mounting tool. The second fitting groove is fitted. Next, the first fitting protrusion of the first panel edge member is fitted into the first fitting groove of the first panel fixture by pressing the lower side of the panel body toward the wall surface. Let Thereby, the attachment to the panel attachment surface of a panel main body is completed. Removal of the panel body can be performed by a work reverse to the above-described work.

This makes it possible to attach and remove the panel body that makes up the decorative panel to a simple operation such as attaching or removing a Japanese house's jar or sliding door, and the replacement of the decorative panel can be easily done by ordinary people and women. It becomes like this.

The upper fitting ridge 40 is formed by an arc outer peripheral surface that can be engaged with and disengaged from the downward fitting groove 122 of the upper panel fitting 120 and is slidable in the arc inner circumferential direction of the downward fitting groove 122. Has a widened shape. The upper fitting ridge 40 is fitted into the downward fitting groove 122 by elastic deformation of a portion (a pair of leg pieces) defining the downward fitting groove 122.

The panel lower edge member 36 is a long material having the same length as the horizontal width of the panel main body 32 and is made of metal, synthetic resin, or the like, so that the lower end edge 32C of the panel main body 32 can be inserted and removed, that is, detachable. Panel connection fitting groove 42 that can be inserted (replaceable), and a lower fitting protrusion (first panel side) that protrudes rearward toward the wall surface 20 in the same direction as the thickness direction of the panel body 32. A fitting portion, a first fitting protrusion) 44, and a skirt portion 46 extending from the lower fitting protrusion 44 in a direction opposite to the panel connection fitting groove 42.

The lower fitting projection 44 is formed by an arc outer peripheral surface that is slidably fitted to the forward fitting groove 112 of the lower panel fixture 110 and is slidably fitted in the arc inner circumferential direction of the forward fitting groove 112. Has a widened shape. The fitting of the lower fitting protrusion 44 to the forward fitting groove 112 is performed based on elastic deformation of a portion (a pair of leg pieces) defining the forward fitting groove 112.

The skirt portion 46 is positioned in front of the lower panel fixture 110 and has a length that completely hides the lower panel fixture 110 when viewed from the front.

If the decorative panel is a panel assembly as described above, the panel upper edge member 34 and the panel lower edge member 36 can be used repeatedly, and only the panel body 32 can be used as a replacement part. Contributes to

Next, a procedure for attaching the panel assembly 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 15 and 16.

As shown in FIG. 15, the panel assembly 30 is slightly tilted in the direction in which the lower side comes to the front, and in this state, the panel assembly 30 is pushed up, and as shown in FIG. The upward upper fitting protrusion 40 of the edge member 34 is fitted into the downward fitting groove 122 of the upper panel fixture 120.

Next, the lower side of the panel assembly 30 is pushed toward the wall surface so that the panel assembly 30 is rotated about the fitting portion between the upper fitting protrusion 40 and the downward fitting groove 122. Accordingly, the rear lower fitting protrusion 44 of the panel lower edge member 36 is fitted into the forward fitting concave groove 112 of the lower panel fixture 110.

The operation of rotating the panel assembly 30 is performed by fitting the upper fitting ridge 40 so as to be slidable in the arc inner circumferential direction of the downward fitting concave groove 122 by making the head fitting shape by the outer circumferential surface of the arc. Therefore, the sliding of the fitting portion is performed smoothly and with good workability without requiring a large force and without applying a large deformation load to the fitting portion.

With the above operation, the attachment of the panel assembly 30 including the panel body 32 onto the wall surface 100 is completed as shown in FIG. Removal of the panel assembly 30 can be performed by an operation reverse to the above-described installation operation.

This makes it possible to attach and remove the panel assembly 30 (decorative panel) to a simple work such as attaching and removing a Japanese house's fence or sliding door, and it is easy for ordinary people and women to replace the decorative panel. Will be able to do.

In this panel mounting state, as shown in FIG. 11, the skirt portion 46 is located in front of the lower panel mounting tool 110 and completely hides the lower panel mounting tool 110 when viewed from the front. 110 is not visible and looks good.

The upper fitting ridge 40 is on the upper end surface of the panel assembly 30, and the lower fitting ridge 44 is on the back surface of the skirt portion 46 on the front side of the panel assembly 30, and the panel coupling fitting groove 38, Since the pieces 38A and 42A (see FIG. 14) defining the back side of 42 are thin, there is no large gap between the panel assembly 30 and the wall surface 100. This contributes to the reduction of dead space and the expansion of the effective use volume of the space.

The panel mounting structure described above may be upside down. In the above-described embodiment, since the rear-facing lower fitting protrusion 44 is on the lower side, the lower side of the panel assembly 30 may be pushed, and the workability is excellent. On the contrary, when the rearward downward fitting protrusion 44 is on the upper side, the downward fitting groove 122 is turned upside down to become an upward fitting groove, and the panel assembly 30 is handled by a vertical load. This is advantageous in terms of strength. Furthermore, the panel mounting structure described above may be inverted by 90 degrees, and the lower panel mounting tool 110 and the upper panel mounting tool 120 may be arranged in the left-right direction.

Next, an embodiment in which the panel mounting structure according to the present invention is applied to an interior surface of a house room will be described with reference to FIGS. Note that the panel assembly used in the present embodiment is substantially the same as the panel assembly 30 used in the panel mounting structure having the above-described basic configuration, and thus the description thereof is omitted.

FIG. 1 shows an outline of a room to which the panel mounting structure according to this embodiment is applied. In FIG. 1, 10 is a floor surface, 12 is a ceiling surface, 14 is a door, 16 is a window part, and 18 is a baseboard. In the illustrated example, the panel assembly 30 is attached to the wall surface 20 (see FIG. 2) where the door 14 is located by the panel attachment structure according to this embodiment.

In the panel mounting structure according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the panel mounting tool 50 is mounted on each of the part close to the ceiling surface 12, the height equivalent to the Kamoi, and the part close to the baseboard 18. ing.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the panel fixture 50 is a small piece, and has a rectangular mounting flat plate portion 52 extending along the wall surface 20 and an upper edge of the mounting flat plate portion 52. , That is, a forward fitting groove extending in the horizontal direction along the wall surface 20 and opening toward the front of the mounting plate portion 52 (first mounting surface side fitting portion, first fitting recess). Groove) 54 and a horizontal direction along the lower edge of the mounting flat plate portion 52, that is, along the wall surface 20, and parallel to the forward-facing fitting groove 54, and the opening direction of the forward-facing fitting groove 54 Has a downward fitting groove (second attachment surface side fitting portion, second fitting groove) 56 that opens 90 degrees differently, that is, downward toward the attachment flat plate portion 52. Both the forward fitting concave groove 54 and the downward fitting concave groove 56 have a C-shaped cross-sectional shape by an arc inner peripheral surface.

As described above, the panel fixture 50 includes both the forward fitting concave groove 54 and the downward fitting concave groove 56, and the lower panel fixture 110 and the upper panel fixture 120 in the embodiment according to the basic configuration described above. It is also a thing. This panel fixture 50 contributes to the reduction of the number of components by sharing the components between the lower panel fixture 110 and the upper panel fixture 120.

A mounting through hole 58 is formed through the mounting flat plate portion 52. In this embodiment, since the wall material forming the wall surface 20 is a gypsum board, a gypsum board anchor 60 is passed through the mounting through hole 58, and the panel fixture 50 is fixed to the wall surface 20 by a gypsum board anchor 60 and a wood screw 62. Is done.

The panel fixture 50 may be attached to the wall surface 20 as long as an appropriate material is obtained according to the type of the wall material forming the wall surface 20, and may be performed using a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive in addition to screwing.

The panel fixture 50 may be made of either metal or synthetic resin, and the width dimension may be determined according to the required mounting strength. A plurality of mounting through holes 58 may be provided in accordance with the width dimension of the mounting flat plate portion 52.

As shown in FIG. 2, the panel fixtures 50 are basically arranged at the positions corresponding to the four corners of the upper, lower, left, and right sides of each panel assembly 30 as shown in FIG. The front fitting concave groove 54 is on the upper side, the downward fitting concave groove 56 is on the lower side, and these are fixedly mounted on the surface of the wall surface 20 in a direction that extends horizontally.

Next, a procedure for attaching the panel assembly 30 will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 4, the panel assembly 30 is slightly tilted in the direction in which the lower side comes to the front, and in this state, the panel assembly 30 is pushed up, and as shown in FIG. The upward upper fitting protrusion 40 of the edge member 34 is fitted into the downward fitting groove 56 of the upper panel fixture 50. The upper fitting ridge 40 is fitted into the downward fitting groove 56 by elastic deformation of a portion (a pair of leg pieces) defining the downward fitting groove 56.

Next, the lower side of the panel assembly 30 is pushed toward the wall surface so that the panel assembly 30 is rotated around the fitting portion between the upper fitting protrusion 40 and the downward fitting groove 56. As a result, the rear lower fitting protrusion 44 of the panel lower edge member 36 is fitted into the forward fitting groove 54 of the lower panel fixture 50. The fitting of the lower fitting protrusion 44 to the forward fitting groove 54 is performed based on elastic deformation of a portion (a pair of leg pieces) defining the forward fitting groove 54.

In the operation of rotating the panel assembly 30, the upper fitting protrusion 40 has a head-expanded shape by the outer circumferential surface of the arc, and is fitted so as to be slidable in the inner circumferential direction of the downward fitting groove 56. Therefore, the sliding of the fitting portion is performed smoothly and with good workability without requiring a large force and without applying a large deformation load to the fitting portion.

With the above operation, the attachment of the panel assembly 30 including the panel body 32 onto the wall surface 20 is completed as shown in FIG. Removal of the panel assembly 30 can be performed by an operation reverse to the above-described installation operation.

Thereby, also in this embodiment, the attachment and removal of the panel assembly 30 (decorative panel) can be performed in a simple operation such as attachment and removal of a Japanese house's fence and sliding door. People and women can easily do it.

In this panel mounting state, as shown in FIG. 3, the skirt portion 46 is located in front of the panel mounting tool 50 and is completely hidden when viewed from the front, so that the mounting tool 50 is in the chamber. It is not visible from the inside and looks good.

Since the panel attachment 50 in the uppermost stage is not blinded by the skirt portion 46, the panel attachment 50 in the uppermost stage has a dedicated blindfold cover member 80 as shown in FIG. It is attached. The blindfold cover member 80 is formed with a protruding projection (third fitting projection) 82 that fits in the forward-facing fitting groove 54 of the panel fixture 50 protruding rearward and covers the front of the panel fixture 50. The cover portion 84 is integrally provided.

The blindfold cover member 80 is fixed to the panel fixture 50 by fitting the fitting ridge 82 into the forward fitting groove 54 of the panel fixture 50, and covers the front of the panel fixture 50 with the cover portion 84. The fixture 50 is made invisible from the indoor side. This improves the appearance.

Also in this embodiment, the upper fitting protrusion 40 is on the upper end surface of the panel assembly 30, and the lower fitting protrusion 44 is on the back surface of the skirt portion 46 on the front side of the panel assembly 30. Since the pieces 38A and 44A that define the back surfaces of the mating grooves 38 and 44 are thin, a large gap is not formed between the panel assembly 30 and the wall surface 20. This contributes to the reduction of dead space and the expansion of the effective use volume of the space.

When the panel fixture 50 is mounted on the wall surface 20 and the wall surface 20 is exposed to the interior without mounting the panel assembly 30, the blindfold as shown in FIG. The cover member 90 may be attached to the panel fixture 50.

The blind cover member 90 is formed with a fitting protrusion (third fitting protrusion) 92 that fits in the forward-facing fitting groove 54 of the panel fixture 50 protruding rearward, and covers the entire panel fixture 50. The cover 94 is integrally formed, and the fitting protrusion 92 is fixed to the panel fitting 50 by being fitted into the forward fitting groove 54 of the panel fitting 50, and the panel fitting 50 is held by the cover 94. The attachment 50 is made invisible from the indoor side. This improves the appearance when the panel assembly 30 is not attached.

As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, a hook member 49 for hanging a frame or the like is engaged and mounted on the front portion of the panel lower edge member 36 located at the height position of the headquarters. The hook rail portion 48 may be integrally formed. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 9, a hook rail portion 96 to which the hook member 98 is engaged and mounted may be integrally formed with the blindfold cover member 90.

As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the upper panel edge member, the panel main body, and the lower panel edge member are integrally formed as a decorative panel 130 with an upper fitting at the upper end portion of the panel main body 132. It is also possible to use one in which the joint ridge 134 is integrally formed and the lower fitting projection 136 and the skirt 138 are integrally formed at the lower portion of the panel main body 132.

As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the panel assembly 30 includes a panel body 32, a panel upper edge member 34, and a panel lower edge member surface 36 on the exterior surface side (left side in FIG. 11). The covering sheet 48 that covers the entire surface of the same surface may be attached.

In this embodiment, the coating sheet 48 is equivalent to wallpaper because the coating sheet 48 is colored or patterned, and each of the panel body 32 and the panel upper edge member 34, and the panel body 32 and the panel lower edge member surface 3. The joints are not visible and the design is improved.

In the above-mentioned embodiment, the panel mounting side is a fitting groove and the panel assembly side is a fitting ridge. However, the panel mounting structure according to the present invention is not limited to this, and the concave-convex fitting is not limited to the above. Contrary to the embodiment, the same holds true even if the panel mounting side is a fitting protrusion and the panel assembly side is a fitting groove.

An embodiment in which the panel fitting side is fitted with a protruding protrusion and the panel assembly side is fitted with a groove is described with reference to FIG. 12, parts corresponding to those in FIGS. 3 to 5 are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 3 to 5 and description thereof is omitted.

In this embodiment, the panel mounting tool 110 attached to the wall surface 20 extends in the horizontal direction along the wall surface 20 and protrudes toward the front of the wall surface 20 (first fitting surface side fitting). And the first fitting protrusions 132) extend in the horizontal direction along the wall surface 20 and parallel to the forward fitting protrusions 132. The protruding direction of the forward fitting protrusions 132 is 90 degrees. It has a different direction, that is, a downward fitting ridge (second mounting surface side fitting portion, second fitting ridge) 134 protruding downward. Each of the forward fitting protrusion 132 and the downward fitting protrusion 134 has a C-shaped cross-sectional shape with an arc outer peripheral surface.

The panel upper edge member 34 is opened upward, and is fitted into an upper fitting groove (second fitting) by an arc inner peripheral surface that is detachably fitted to the downward fitting projection 134. Panel side fitting portion, second fitting groove) 41 is formed. The upper fitting groove 41 opens in a direction different from a forward facing lower fitting groove 45 described later by 90 degrees.

An arc inner peripheral surface that opens toward the wall surface 20 in the same direction as the thickness direction of the panel main body 32 and is fitted to the forward fitting protrusion 132 so as to be detachable and slidable. A lower fitting groove (first panel side fitting portion, first fitting groove) 45 is formed.

Thereby, also in this embodiment, operations and effects similar to those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.

FIG. 13 shows another embodiment of the panel mounting structure according to the present invention. In FIG. 13, portions corresponding to those in FIGS. 1 to 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. 1 to 3, and description thereof is omitted.

In this embodiment, a hook piece 57 protruding forward is formed in the panel fixture 50 in place of the downward fitting groove 56. The panel upper edge member 34 of the panel assembly 30 is formed with an engagement piece 35 including a fitting opening 37 that can be engaged with the hook piece 57.

The fitting opening 37 and the hook piece 57 of the upper panel fixture 50 constitute one fitting portion of the fitting surface side fitting portion and the panel side fitting portion, and by engagement as shown in the figure, The fitting state which permits rotation of the panel main body 32 is established at a position positioned with respect to the wall surface 20.

Thus, in this embodiment, the hook piece 57 is inserted into the fitting opening 37, and the panel assembly 30 is rotated about the engaging portion between the fitting opening 37 and the hook piece 57 as a lower center. The rear lower fitting protrusion 44 of the panel lower edge member 36 can be fitted into the forward fitting concave groove 54 of the panel fixture 50. Therefore, also in this embodiment, the same operation and effect as the above-described embodiment can be obtained.

The panel mounting structure according to the present invention can be applied as a mounting structure for a decorative panel on a wall surface of a partition, a stage device, an event hall, etc. in addition to the inner wall of the room.
