Description

The present invention relates to a stretch warp knitted fabric and its use for making clothing for reinforcing muscle strength, posture correction, fatigue reduction, and the like.

Various proposals and products have been provided and put to practical use for garments used for the purpose of strengthening muscle strength, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc., and elastic warp knitted fabrics for making them. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
This stretch warp knitted fabric is a stretch warp knitted fabric partially provided with a stretch restraining portion, and the stretch restraining portion is configured by inserting and knitting a reinforced stretch yarn into the fabric. In this way, when the stretch suppressing part is provided by inserting and knitting the reinforced elastic yarn, compared to the case where the application cloth having the stretching suppressing force is sewn together, the seam is loosened and the influence on the outerwear is increased. The process is simplified and efficient in that there is no disadvantage and sewing is not required.

The inventors of the present invention have examined in detail the function and effect of the stretch warp knitted fabric and sports clothing made using the stretch warp knitted fabric. Among them, in the past, we focused only on the thickness and elastic force of the reinforced elastic yarn used to create the stretch suppression part in the elastic warp knitted fabric, and strengthened muscle strength, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc. It turns out that we are not looking at the need for a sense of balance in the field.
In order to effectively strengthen muscle strength, correct posture, reduce fatigue, etc., it is not enough to simply increase the stretching restraint force, considering the type and arrangement of muscles in the body, and the wearer's current It is important to perform well-balanced muscle strength and posture control in consideration of the physical condition.

For example, in order to strengthen muscle strength, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc. between points A and B of the body, not only is the extension restrained between points A and B but also points A and B. In some cases, it is necessary to work with a point C corresponding to a triangular point far from the point. In that case, it is necessary to make the bend of the extension restraining part extremely large, but conventionally, since there was no attention to restraining the extension between this point C, the turn width of the reinforced stretch yarn is At most, it was about 50 stitches, and no more.
Further, for example, even when a streak-like curve is drawn in the extension restraining portion corresponding to a point between these points A and B, conventionally, about ten reinforced elastic yarns are inserted into the cloth at the most. Although the suppression unit was configured, it only stretches in a “linear” manner between the points A and B, so that the stretch suppression does not act on the surrounding muscles and lacks a sense of balance. It was a thing. In order to effectively achieve muscular strength enhancement, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc., it is necessary for the suppression of stretching to work not only on the muscles in the region but also on the surrounding muscles. For this purpose, it is necessary to greatly increase the number of reinforced elastic yarns and increase the width of the extension restraining portion.

The present invention has been made in view of these circumstances, and is used as a garment for strengthening muscle strength, posture correction, fatigue reduction, and the like, thereby providing strength training, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc. in sports training. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stretch warp knitted fabric and its use, which can improve muscle strength, posture correction, fatigue reduction and the like with excellent balance.

The stretch warp knitted fabric according to the present invention is a stretch warp knitted fabric partially provided with a stretch restraint portion having a stronger stretch restraining force than other portions in the fabric portion, wherein the stretch restraining portion strengthens the stretch restraining force. The knitted fabric is knitted by setting the turn width of the reinforced elastic yarn to be 70 stitches or more.
A garment according to the present invention uses the stretchable warp knitted fabric according to the present invention.

The stretch warp knitted fabric according to the present invention is knitted by the stretch restraining portion having a turn width of a reinforced stretch yarn for strengthening stretch restraining force of 70 needles or more. If clothing is made using the stretchable warp knitted fabric used as a fabric, for example, muscle strength strengthening, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc. with a sense of balance can be achieved.

Hereinafter, the elastic warp knitted fabric and its application according to the present invention will be described in detail. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to these descriptions, and the gist of the present invention is not impaired except for the following examples. Changes can be made as appropriate within the range.
The stretch warp knitted fabric of the present invention is partially provided with a stretch suppressing portion, and this stretch suppressing portion is a portion that promotes muscle strength enhancement, posture correction, fatigue reduction, and the like. It may be the same as that of a normal stretch warp knitted fabric, except that the stretch suppressing part is partially provided.
For example, in a satin knitting with chain knitting yarn and insertion yarn, plain cord knitting, denvi knitting, tulle knitting, mesh tone, etc., by inserting and knitting spandex yarn such as polyurethane fiber or other elastic yarn, knitted fabric What gave the elasticity to the whole is common.

Moreover, you may combine the knitting structure | tissue which becomes a pattern and a pattern by a non-expandable yarn or an elastic yarn as needed.
The stretch suppressing portion is a portion where the stretch suppressing force is stronger than other portions in the fabric portion, and is knitted by setting the turn width of the reinforced stretchable yarn to 70 needles or more. By using such advanced positioning technology, muscle strength enhancement, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc. with excellent balance can be achieved in places such as muscle strength enhancement and posture correction in sports training and fatigue reduction by assisting exercise. It becomes possible. The turn width of the extension suppressing portion is preferably 100 stitches or more.

The non-stretchable and stretchable yarns for forming the ground texture, and the reinforced stretchable yarn for forming the stretch suppressing portion will be described as follows.
As the non-stretchable yarn, a yarn having an elongation of less than 100% can be preferably used, and natural fibers such as cotton, synthetic fibers such as nylon, semisynthetic fibers and regenerated fibers can be used. Any form such as a filament yarn, a spun yarn, and a twisted yarn composed of these fibers may be used. The thickness of the non-stretchable yarn is, for example, 17 to 117 dtex.
Both of the stretchable yarn for forming the ground texture and the reinforced stretchable yarn for forming the stretch suppressing portion can be preferably used with a yarn having an elongation of 200% or more, and for example, a polyurethane stretchable yarn can be used. A highly stretchable polyurethane yarn known as spandex or a stretchable yarn obtained by coating a stretchable yarn with a non-stretchable yarn can also be used. The thickness of these stretchable yarns is, for example, 22 to 620 dtex.

Next, a specific example of an elastic warp knitted fabric partially provided with an extension suppressing portion will be described with reference to the drawings.
For example, in the example shown in FIG. 1, in the stretchable warp knitted fabric 10, two patterns of stretch suppressing portions 11 a and 11 b are shown.
As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of patterns can be provided on one knitted fabric, and they may overlap each other. In the case where a plurality of patterns for the extension suppressing portion are provided, a plurality of ridges may be used and control may be performed so as to form a desired pattern in each.
In the example shown in FIG. 1, the number of reinforced elastic yarns is 92 in both the stretch suppression unit 11a and the stretch suppression unit 11b. In this way, by relatively increasing the number of reinforced stretch yarns in the expansion / contraction suppression unit, not only the muscles where muscle strength strengthening, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc. are required, but also the surrounding muscles are inhibited from stretching. The force can be worked on, and muscle strength reinforcement, posture correction, fatigue reduction, etc. can be achieved effectively. The number of reinforced stretch yarns in the stretch suppressing part is preferably 5 or more, and more preferably 20 or more. In this case, for example, a configuration in which five or more reinforced elastic yarns are used as one set, and a plurality of sets are arranged so as to be attached to each other with an interval of one or more needles (for example, 1 to 5 needles) is possible. As described above, the number and arrangement of the extension suppressing units can be appropriately determined according to the purpose.

The stretch warp knitted fabric according to the present invention is partially formed with a stretch restraining portion, and the stretch restraining portion has a turn width of the reinforced stretch yarn of 70 stitches or more as shown in FIG. It is organized. More specifically, the turn width of the reinforced stretchable yarn is 170 needles in both the extension suppressing portion 11a and the extension suppressing portion 11b. The turn width of the reinforced elastic yarn in the above refers to the width indicated by the symbols L1 and L2 in FIG.
Here, the difference between the present invention and the prior art will be described with reference to FIG.
In FIG. 2, the dotted line portion schematically represents the extension suppressing portion 11 in the prior art, and the solid line portion schematically represents the extension suppressing portion 11 in the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 2, conventionally, it was considered sufficient to suppress the expansion between the point A ′ and the point B ′ as well as the point C ′. However, when we look at the need for balance in places such as muscle strengthening, posture correction, and fatigue reduction, in fact, in addition to points A and B, In such a case, as shown in FIG. 2, the present invention provides sufficient flexion to improve muscle strength and posture correction with excellent balance. We realize fatigue reduction. Such point C includes the pelvis, particularly the greater trochanter.
3 to 7 are enlarged views of a part of the knitting structure of the elastic warp knitted fabric shown in FIG.

3 is an enlarged view of the knitting structure indicated by 10a in the elastic warp knitted fabric 10 shown in FIG. 1. Similarly, FIG. 4 is 10b, FIG. 5 is 10c, FIG. 6 is 10d, FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the knitting structure of the portion indicated by 10e. In FIGS. 3 to 7, the non-stretchable yarn 21 and the stretchable yarn 22 for forming the ground texture and the reinforcing stretchable yarn 23 are illustrated with different thicknesses, but this is for clarity. Yes, it does not represent the actual thread thickness.
3 to 7, the number of the reinforced elastic yarns 23 in the extension suppressing portions 11a and 11b is much larger than the conventional one (specifically, 92 as described above), and the extension suppressing force is applied over a very wide range. You can clearly understand that

As described above, the elastic warp knitted fabric according to the present invention includes five or more reinforced elastic yarns as one set, and a plurality of sets are attached to each other with an interval of one or more stitches (for example, 1 to 5 stitches). For example, in the embodiment of FIG. 3 in which 92 reinforcing elastic yarns are arranged without being spaced apart, a plurality of reinforcing elastic yarns of 5 or more are used as a set. When the configuration is changed so that the pair is arranged so as to be attached to each other with an interval of one stitch or more, the knitting structure chart shown in FIG. 8 is obtained. In the knitting structure diagram shown in FIG. 8, the reinforced stretchable yarns 23 are arranged so that 15 sets are one set and a plurality of sets are attached to each other with an interval 12 of three stitches.
Further, FIG. 9 shows the knitting structure of the stretchable knitted fabric 10 shown in FIGS.

FIG. 9A shows the movement of the non-stretchable thread 21 for forming the ground texture, and FIG. 9B shows the movement of the stretchable thread 22 for forming the ground texture. FIG. 9C shows the movement of the reinforcing elastic yarn 23a in the portion indicated by 10a of the elastic warp knitted fabric 10, and similarly, FIG. 9D shows the movement of the reinforcing elastic yarn 23b in the portion indicated by 10b. 9 (e) shows the movement of the reinforced elastic yarn 23c in the portion shown by 10c, FIG. 9 (f) shows the movement of the reinforced elastic yarn 23d in the portion shown by 10d, and FIG. 9 (g) shows 10e. The movement of the reinforced elastic yarn 23e in the portion shown is shown.
In the examples shown in FIGS. 3 to 7 and FIG. 9, the non-stretchable yarn 21 having a repeating unit of 12/12/12/10/10/10 // as a knitted structure for forming a ground structure in the fabric portion. The stretchable yarn 22 is inserted into the knitted structure by the repeating unit of 22/11/33/11/22/00 //. Both are introduced with a full set.

The knitting structure for forming the ground structure of the fabric portion is not limited to those shown in FIGS. 3 to 7 and FIG. 9. For example, the ground structure is a repeating unit composed of 12/21/23/21/12/10 //. Stretched yarn having a repeating unit of 11/00 // in a knitting structure by a non-stretching yarn having a knitting structure having a repeating unit of 21/12/10/12/21/23 // And an elastic yarn having a repeating unit of 00/11 // is inserted. Further, the knitted structure made of non-stretchable yarn having a repeating unit composed of 21/12/10/12/21/23 // has a repeating unit composed of 11/00/11/00/11 //. An elastic yarn and an elastic yarn having a repeating unit of 11/00/33/22/33/00 // can be inserted.

As shown in FIG. 9, a plurality of reinforced stretch yarns 23 are inserted in the stretch suppressing portions 11a and 11b in the fabric portion separately from the stretch yarns 22 for forming the ground structure, and the shapes of the stretch suppressing portions 11a and 11b are inserted. The movement of the yarn is controlled in accordance with. In the example shown in FIG. 9, control is performed by appropriately performing insertion on the same wales and shifting to adjacent wales. For example, in a portion where a large curve is drawn, the number of insertion portions on the same wales is reduced. The width of transition to adjacent wales has been increased.
FIG. 10 shows that the elastic warp knitted fabric 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 7 and FIG. 9 is applied to clothing.

As can be seen from FIG. 10, the extension suppressing portions 11 a and 11 b are curved so that not only between the point A and the point B but also the extension suppression between the point C and the point C is realized. Excellent muscle strength, posture correction, and fatigue reduction are possible. In addition, since the extension suppressing unit 11a and the extension suppressing unit 11b have the overlapping portion B, they influence each other, and complex extension suppression including the point D and the point E is also possible.
For example, if an extension suppressing portion is provided as shown in FIG. 10, a strong extension suppressing force is applied at the overlapping portion B between the extension suppressing portion 11a and the extension suppressing portion 11b. For example, the wearer 30 is naturally encouraged to perform an ideal walking motion by kicking the ground with a little finger by the strong extension suppressing force at the overlapping portion B. Further, since the stretch suppressing portion 11a covering the pelvis E is greatly curved, a posture correcting action for extending the back muscles of the wearer 30 works. Further, since the extension suppressing portion 11a is connected to the overlapping portion B, the extension suppressing force is applied in a well-balanced manner over a wide range from the overlapping portion B to the pelvis E.

In this way, it is possible to arrange the extension suppressing part over a wide range, or to arrange a part having particularly strong extension suppressing force by overlapping two or more extension suppressing parts. By doing so, it is possible to produce a garment having various actions such as a muscular strength enhancing action, a posture correcting action, and a fatigue reducing action. For example, it can be suitably used as inner clothing regardless of men's and ladies'.
In addition, the garment according to the present invention forms a stretch suppressing portion by inserting a reinforced elastic thread without using a separate fabric as in the case of sewing a patch, so that the seam and thickness when a patch is arranged is used. There is no step due to the difference between the two, and it does not cause the wearer to feel uncomfortable, nor does the appearance of the step appear on the outerwear and damage the appearance.

<Performance test>
(power)
In each part XZ shown in FIG. 11, X'-Z ', the power was measured as follows.

That is, 2.5 cm × 16.0 cm test pieces were taken in the vertical and horizontal directions, respectively, and these test pieces were set as an upper grip 2.5 cm, a lower grip 3.5 cm, and a grip interval 10.0 cm. Attaching to a quick extension type tensile tester, applying a load to the test piece at a speed of 30 ± 2 cm / min and extending it by 80%, then returning the extension at a speed of 30 ± 2 cm / min while loosening the load on the test piece Was repeated three cycles, and the power (stress generated in the specimen) was automatically measured and recorded during the test.
Note that 80% elongation of the above-mentioned test piece is (de) from the length (grip interval) e of the test piece before being stretched and the length d of the test piece in the stretched state in the stretched state. This means that the value obtained by / e × 100 is 80%.

The power at 80% elongation in the third cycle (3rd) measured as above is
X portion: 734 cN, X ′ portion: 162 cN,
Y portion: 1108 cN, Y ′ portion: 166 cN,
Z portion: 612 cN, Z ′ portion: 186 cN
Met.
From the above results, in any of X, Y, and Z that are part of the stretch suppression part, when compared with X ′, Y ′, and Z ′ that is a part where the stretch suppression part is not formed, muscle strength strengthening, posture It can be seen that sufficient stretching restraining force is imparted to provide effects such as correction and fatigue reduction.

(Clothing pressure)
For the Y portion, which is an overlapping portion of the extension suppressing portion and is expected to exhibit particularly strong extension suppressing force, the clothing pressure is measured as follows, and the Y ′ portion is also measured in the same manner. , It was confirmed that there was actually a significant difference in clothing pressure at the Y ′ portion.
Using air pack type clothing pressure measuring instrument “AMI3037 type” manufactured by AM eye, the air pack is naturally inflated with a certain thickness, attached to the measurement site, and the internal pressure applied to the air pack is measured through the tube to the micro pressure sensor in the main body. The value calculated as the differential pressure from the atmospheric pressure was taken as the clothing pressure.

Y部分:53gf/cm、Y’部分:45gf/cm
The clothing pressure measured as above is
Y portion: 53 gf / cm, Y ′ portion: 45 gf / cm
Met.
From the above results, it was confirmed that high clothing pressure was generated in the overlapping portion Y of the stretch suppressing portion, and the stretch suppressing force that exerted effects such as strengthening muscle strength, posture correction, and fatigue reduction was very high.
