Description

The present invention relates to a partition plate of asphalt composite material for road pavement technology by an asphalt finisher.

Minimal asphalt finisher (hereinafter referred to as mini ASF), which is about 1800 mm, is the machine that handles the minimum effective width of construction machines that are generally used in relatively wide road widths such as residential roads. Construction with a wide width is normal and there is no problem.

However, the problem is that even narrower (1000-1200mm) gas, cable, electricity, waterworks, and other pavement restorations, unnecessary asphalt composites to the extent that they are not necessary because the width is too narrow with normal construction methods ( (Hereinafter referred to as AS composite material) is mechanically performed, and it is difficult to manually process the overflowed AS composite material. In such a state, giving up the machine construction and selecting the construction by human power.

In order to cope with this problem, the invention of the asphalt composite partition plate (hereinafter referred to as partition plate) disclosed in JP-A-11-43907 has been achieved.

The role of this partition plate is to narrow the width of the pavement. If the partition plate is set in the area where pavement is not performed, that is, where the unnecessary material falls, the machine construction can be carried out without requiring manpower to process the unnecessary AS composite material. It has a possible structure.

However, the conventional partition plate has warped in the shape of the bottom of the flat plate with the frequency of use.

In such a state, as the work proceeds, unnecessary materials scattered unavoidably forward to the bottom of the partition plate are allowed. Therefore, I felt uneasy about the certainty about the height finishing accuracy that is basically required for paving work.

In parallel with this matter, another problem was that in handling, the weight and size of the partition plate were light and small.

This is related to paving work by mini ASF, which is particularly small in the classification of asphalt finishers. As its name suggests, this mini ASF is a reliable machine that can be paved up to a width of about 5 meters by saying "Small is also great" depending on the work situation.

At present, this machine has a narrower width (1000-1500mm) than the minimum pave width (1800mm) of this machine, and it is possible to reduce the cost of each local government. There is a demand for paving work with a narrow width that is not enough.

But “small can be even smaller” cannot be done. This is because the supply of AS composite material is not performed only in a narrow area where paving is performed, but the supply of AS composite material is accompanied by the action of the machine to unnecessary parts.

Therefore, there is a problem in giving up the machine construction by mini ASF and doing it manually while leaving problems in finishing accuracy and processing capacity. We developed a “partition plate” that enables machine construction without the need to rely on human power to handle the unnecessary AS composite.

Therefore, even if AS composite material is supplied to areas other than necessary, this partition plate accepts it.

(Hereafter, explained in Drawing 1) A partition plate is a combination of the tip portion 1 and the main body portion 2. Next, I will explain each part that controls the function of the partition plate body.

It has an angle structure, so that it can move without leaving the pavement cut line, which is the boundary between the area to be paved and the area not to be paved, while maintaining a close contact state. In this state, the partition plate sets the boundary portion between the construction range and the non-execution range as a “partition state”.

B is installed vertically at the center position of the flat plate part so that it can receive the screed (iron) pushing force as the asphalt finisher main body progresses.

C is a stop plate that prevents the received unnecessary AS composite material from overflowing from the flat plate.

However, if we look closely at this device from the past, we have filed an application for an AS composite partition plate with the name of the invention and an improved tip because the problem has occurred and the problem has been improved and improved.

As for the conventional partition plate, the bottom surface of the partition plate body gradually “warps” due to repeated use, and a gap is created between the road surface and the flat plate bottom surface when set. Intrusion phenomenon of AS composite material that should not be present in the area occurred. This has been an obstacle to height accuracy, which is the most required finish.

As a measure to eliminate the intrusion of unnecessary material that causes the “warping state”, the flat plate portion of the conventional partition plate is divided into the tip portion 1 and the main body portion 2, and the shape of the tip portion 1 is traversed. A mountain-shaped curved state in which the central portion is a cavity when viewed in a planar state was used. The reason is that in order to always obtain a close contact state between the partition plate and the road surface, the most advanced portion is preferentially brought into close contact.

It is characterized by a structure that can prevent the entry of AS composites and the like that are unnecessarily scattered on the front road surface by increasing the adhesion between the most advanced part and the road surface. The degree of curving is determined by having a certain degree of sharpness at the contact point between the tip and the road surface.

Further, as another problem, there are problems relating to weight, size, etc. in handling, but the part which becomes the main body by dividing the partition plate main body into two parts has been reduced and lightened. The divided tip parts were devised as a structure that can be connected to the body part with one touch.

In the past, the entire partition plate was flat, but with this improvement, the tip of the tip part was able to make a sharp contact with a single horizontal line, and AS composite particles scattered on the traveling road surface were pushed out and swept away. It became a state to continue. Therefore, the obstacle due to the entry of particles into the bottom of the partition plate was eliminated.

The removal of unnecessary AS composite particles, etc., and the stable movement by the smooth movement of the partition plate, and the constant joint part, which is an important item required for mini ASF work The finished accuracy of the height was established.

In addition, by dividing the flat plate part of the partition plate into two parts, the weight and size of the main body part can be reduced by about 30%, which makes it easy to carry and mount.

The filing date of the “asphalt composite partition plate” of the present invention is June 1997, but the embodiment of the present invention has already been used as a prototype about one and a half years before the filing date. It has been carried out at many relevant sites until now.

Another unique example of this facility is the right and left sides of the mini ASF screed during cable pavement restoration pavement (width 1000 mm, extension 2 km) on the highway route. The width was fixed at 1000 mm, and the advantages of this partition plate were adopted. At present, this use is fixed to the mini ASF. However, by using this partition plate for large ASF, the problem caused by the same basic structure and work form. It seems that you can solve the problem.
