Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a road leveling device or a road surface leveling device attached to a leveling machine used for leveling work of a composite material such as crushed stone, pebbles, sand or asphalt or backfill material in road construction, etc. .
In particular, it is a device that is convenient for transportation, assembled on-site, and easy to use in confined spaces.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Large-scale paving works such as expressways use large machines such as asphalt finishers. However, in narrow road paving work, the difference between the roadbed, base layer, and surface layer, and the aggregate and pavement may vary slightly. However, the finishing work for smoothing relied on human power such as scoops and rakes.
Therefore, in the past, even if it was a narrow pavement, it required a lot of labor and time to equalize the width and smooth the surface.
[0003]
As an example, in the case of asphalt pavement, asphalt mixed with an appropriate mixture in advance and heated to about 150 ° C is brought to the site by a dump truck and dropped on the unpaved surface little by little. The work was done to smooth the surface to a specified width with a manual force such as a scoop rake.
Repeating this hot and heavy task was difficult. After that, it was finished by rolling with a roller.
[0004]
Recently, devices that are connected to power shovel blades have been put on the market as they can work efficiently even in tight spaces where finishers cannot be installed.
This explains that a work with a pave width of 500 to 900 mm and a pavement thickness of 0 to 100 mm can be performed by one power shovel operator from the delivery of the mixed material from the dump truck to the apparatus to the pavement work.
The dimensions are relatively small, with a total length of 2,240 mm, a total width of 1,080 mm, and a total height of 675 mm.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventional work that relies on human power is not only costly but also difficult to obtain surface smoothness. In addition, human power tends to cause variations in the hardness of the surface, and there is a drawback that it takes time even if there are many.
[0006]
The device connected to the above-mentioned commercially available blade can be compacted with a mini screed, but it is certainly convenient, but since the hopper capacity is as small as 0.3 cubic rice, it will be empty immediately, so the mixed material will be delivered to the hopper. The number of times is required as a percentage. In addition, the weight is as heavy as 330 kg, and the price is most expensive.
[0007]
In addition, even though the device itself is small and can be used on narrow roads, it is a device that is used by connecting to the blades of heavy machinery such as a power shovel or mini backhoe that pushes the device, so it can be used in places where those blades and heavy machinery cannot be inserted. There will be no.
Also, when using a mini backhoe, the width of both caterpillars is so narrow that the caterpillar steps on the pavement immediately after paving.
[0008]
The present invention is intended to solve these drawbacks and to enable efficient paving work with a labor force of about 2 to 4 people.
In addition, we would like to make the device itself a simple structure that is lightweight and easy to transport, can be easily assembled on site, and can be provided at low cost.
[0009]
Furthermore, we want to make sure that the amount of mixed material delivered from the dump truck to the equipment is as large as possible, and that the finished surface of the pavement surface is clean, so that the roller rolling work becomes easy. We would also like to make it possible to install the equipment so that the groove surface can be leveled if necessary.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
First, the basic configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In a leveling device in which two rectangular guide plates 2 are set at an arbitrary distance relative to each other with respect to the front surface of the blade 1 on the road surface, and fixed and used by the mounting means 3, this mounting means 3 includes a guide plate mounting portion 4 on the upper and lower sides of the front side of the blade 1 and a height adjusting member 5 on the lower side of the blade 1 from the ground below.
[0011]
An attachment angle setting portion 6 is provided in the vicinity of the upper guide plate attachment portion 4 so that the attachment angle of the guide plate 2 can be freely set with respect to the length direction of the blade 1. In the middle, several tow hooks 7 are provided.
The mounting means 3 having these was a road surface leveling device for construction that was fixed to the blade 1 with at least one screwing member 8 or the like at least from the top and two from the back.
[0012]
These three screw fixing members 8 are not necessarily screwed as shown in the figure, but other one-touch type ones such as a rotating rod used for opening and closing of the sashes and a receiving part thereof. There are various ways.
Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated screwing member 8 itself. However, since considerable pressure is applied to the attachment means 3, it is necessary to adopt a method in which the fixing is not easily loosened. In that respect, the screw tightening method is considered optimal.
[0013]
Further, the blade 1 is provided with pipes 9 on both sides in the length direction, and an inscribed cylinder 11 having a flange 10 in the center is inserted into the end of the pipe 9 to match the width of the paved road. It is also possible to connect a lengthening blade.
In this case, although not shown in the figure, it is possible to adjust the overall length by combining two blades 1 themselves and sliding them.
[0014]
In order to level the groove surface, it is preferable that a rectangular groove leveling plate 12 that can be slid to adjust the groove width is mounted between the guide plates 2 for use.
As another method of this example, a rectangular bent groove leveling plate 13 that can be bent at the center to adjust the groove width is provided between the guide plates 2 for leveling the groove surface. There is also a method of attaching and using it.
In this case, a plurality of claws may be protruded downward from the lower side of the groove leveling plate 12 or the bent groove leveling plate 13.
[0015]
Instead of the blade 1, in order to use the blade attached to the excavator, it is possible to mount it on the attached blade so that the lower end portion of the component frame of the attachment means 3 is strung from above as an open end. Good.
Furthermore, the wedge-shaped structure 14 may be provided so as to be bent with respect to the road surface at the center portion of the blade 1 so that the center portion of the paved road surface becomes higher. In this case, it is needless to say that the blade 1 itself may be preliminarily bent at the center of the lower side of the road surface by 2 to 4%.
[0016]
Further, the cutting edge 15 that is in contact with the road surface of the blade 1 is slightly separated from the road surface as a warped up portion 15 as used in an asphalt finisher so as to prevent rough grain from being generated by cutting the road surface. It might be good.
Furthermore, it is preferable that a chamfered portion 16 is provided at the lower end portion of the mounting means 3 for obliquely chamfering both side portions of the pavement surface when leveling the construction road surface.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Needless to say, the material of the above equipment is hard and heavy such as crushed stone, pebbles, and sand, and hot one such as asphalt. It shall have a suitable thickness.
[0018]
Further, as shown on the left side of FIG. 3, the attachment means 3 is a steel material 17 having a U-shaped cross section formed by two channel members and a blade 1 sandwiched between them, and the upper and lower sides are welded with iron plates. A frame was formed.
This includes a guide plate mounting portion 4, a height adjusting member 5, an angle setting portion 6, and a pulling hook 7. Three screw fixing members 8 for screwing the blade 1 sandwiched between the gaps in the frame body. It shall have.
Reference numeral 18 denotes an arcuate plate for preventing the crushed stone and asphalt from leaking out between the curved front surface of the guide plate 2 and the blade 1.
[0019]
The right side of the figure is a guide plate 2, which has a mounting pin receiving cylinder 20 that is inserted between the upper and lower guide plate mounting portions 4 of the mounting means 3 and is attached to the mounting means 3 through the mounting pin 19. It is welded to.
An angle setting portion 6 plate having three holes is provided on the upper portion so as to protrude to one side, and a hole is selected by the angle setting pin 21 and is connected to the angle setting portion 6 hole of the attachment means 3.
[0020]
Since the attachment means 3 is a frame, it is inserted from the end of the blade 1 in order to attach the blade 1.
However, in order to attach to the blade attached to the power shovel, as shown in FIG. 7, the attachment means 3 can be attached to the attached blade so as to straddle from above with the lower end portion of the component frame as an open end. There is a need to.
In any case, the attachment means 3 and the guide plate 2 are one set in FIG. 3, and if another set is required that is completely symmetrical, these are inserted into the blade 1 as shown in FIG. This total weight is about 100 kg, which is appropriate for asphalt paving.
[0021]
Next, the usage will be described in the case of asphalt pavement.
First, in order to determine the pavement thickness, a height adjusting member 5 having a height required from the road surface is selected and attached. In this example, the female screw is shown screwed.
Next, according to the width of the unpaved road surface, the mounting means 3 is positioned by applying a scale to the insides of the both mounting means 3, and screwing members 8 in three places, one from the top and two from the back. Securely fix to the blade 1 with.
[0022]
Then, the mounting pin receiving cylinder 20 of the guide plate 2 is inserted between the upper and lower guide plate mounting portions 4 of the mounting means 3, and the mounting pin 19 is inserted and attached to the mounting means 3. This is done for both guide plates 2.
Next, the angle at which the guide plate 2 is attached to the blade 1 is determined, and the angle setting pin 21 is dropped into the angle setting unit 6. In this example, only three types of angles can be selected. In FIG. 1, the left is shown as a right angle and the right as a wide angle. This completes assembly.
[0023]
There are two types of usage of the present invention in FIG. 1, one is a method of pushing with a backhoe bulldozer or the like. The other is towing with a dump truck.
When pushing, it is only necessary to push the blade from the back side of the blade 1 with a blade attached to heavy machinery. When towing, pass the appropriate wire through the towing hooks 7 on both sides, and connect the end of the wire to the iron bar etc. that passed through the rear of the dump truck It is attached and pulled.
[0024]
In any case, if the asphalt is lowered between the guide plates 2 from the dump truck and the dredge blade 1 is moved, the asphalt has a predetermined width at both guide plates 2 and the lower sides of both guide plates 2 GL Since the gap between the surface and the lower side of the blade 1 is set by the height adjusting member 5, the asphalt is spread with the height of the gap, that is, the thickness, and the lower side of the blade 1 is leveled.
In addition, since the surface is flat and clean because it is leveled by the weight of the blade 1, and the chamfered portion 16 is provided at the lower end of the mounting means 3, both sides of the paved surface are not corners and are not inclined. As a result, it is easier to roll the rollers in the subsequent process.
[0025]
Between the guide plates 2, a rectangular grooved groove leveling plate 12 that can be slid to adjust the width and a rectangular grooved grooved leveling plate 13 that can be bent at the center to be adjusted in width are mounted. The method for attaching the blade 1 to the blade 1 is the same as that for attaching the guide plate 2, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0026]
Needless to say, these are used for leveling the groove surface. Accordingly, the lower sides of these are lowered below the lower sides of both guide plates 2. However, asphalt pavement is possible with the rods on which these are attached if they are pulled upward depending on the work.
Further, if a groove-equalizing plate 12 or a bent groove-equalizing plate 13 having a plurality of downwardly projecting claws is used, it is easy to use for a hard roadbed.
[0027]
If necessary, the blade 1 itself or the central part of the blade 1 is vertically separated and a wedge is inserted from the upper part, and an object having an appropriate thickness is interposed only at the upper part, as shown in FIGS. If the wedge-shaped structure 14 is provided, the lower side of the blade 1 bends like a roof with respect to the GL road surface, so that the pavement can be paved so that the center portion of the pavement road surface becomes higher.
[0028]
In addition, when the edge of the blade 1 that is in contact with the road surface is slightly separated from the road surface as the warped up portion 15, the road surface is not directly in contact with the road surface. It produces the effect of smoothing the surface.
In the meantime, if the warped up portion 15 is made too large, there is a concern that the device itself of the present invention will be lifted. If it seems to be light, an inverted U-shaped weight may be placed on the blade 1 and straddled.
[0029]
Asphalt is used at about 150 ° C. For example, as a cooling measure in winter, first, a blade 1 provided with a pipe 9 in the length direction is employed.
Although not shown, the pipe 9 is made of a pipe of a thickness that can be inserted into the pipe 9 and several pierced holes in the length direction of the pipe so that propane gas is sent out from the holes. Prepare the burner.
This pipe-like propane gas burner is inserted into the lower pipe 9 of the blade 1 and heated.
[0030]
During construction, it may be necessary to apply vibration to the pavement surface. At this time, like a pipe-shaped propane gas burner, a pipe-shaped so-called stool vibrator that is used for live-containers may be inserted into the pipe 9 and used.
[0031]
【Example】
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the blade 1 is not an existing blade but is made of an iron plate having a thickness of 6 mm, a length of 800 mm to 1,600 mm, a width of 330 mm, and a thickness. A pipe having a diameter of about 30 mm was welded to both sides.
As described above, the length can be freely added by inserting the two cylinders 11 into the upper and lower pipes 9. Reference numeral 22 denotes a hanging hook used during transportation.
[0032]
The attachment means 3 is formed by welding two U-shaped channel steel members having a width of 75 mm and a length of 410 mm and an iron plate having a size of 165 mm × 75 mm to form a frame, and the interval for inserting the blade 1 is 55 mm. An arcuate plate 18 was provided.
In addition, description of the dimension of other members, etc. is omitted as it may be appropriately set from the above dimensions.
[0033]
The guide plate 2 may be of an appropriate size, but is a 6 mm thick single iron plate whose height is about the height of the mounting means 3 and is close to the mounting pin receiving cylinder 20 welded as shown on the right side of FIG. On the upper side, an iron plate for providing the angle adjusting unit 6 was obliquely projected.
The iron plate was drilled at three locations to form the angle adjusting section 6. The drilling positions of the guide plate 2 with respect to the blade 1 were the right angle at the minimum, 135 degrees at the maximum, and three in between.
[0034]
Of course, it may be possible to fix at an arbitrary angle, but since a considerable pressure is applied, a simple configuration such as the hole and the angle setting pin 21 may not be broken.
Further, if the angle setting pin 21 is removed, both guide plates 2 are folded in front of the blade 1, so that it becomes a single sheet as a whole and is easy to move and transport.
[0035]
Reference numeral 23 denotes a plate having an L-shaped cross section to be exchanged when it is in contact with the road surface and is worn, and 24, when the guide plate 2 is attached to the attachment means 3, the attachment pin 19 is dropped onto the attachment pin receiving cylinder 20. It is the tip receiving part.
That is, if the mounting pin 19 is a T-shaped gripping part and has a length exposed above the upper surface of the guide plate 2, it is easy to grip and remove / insert.
[0036]
Although the number of hooks for towing 7 is four at one side, the number is not limited, and a pin (not shown) is inserted along with a ring formed at the end of the rope when in use. It will be provided below.
Although the chamfered portion 16 is provided as a triangular pyramid at the lower end of the attachment means 3, it does not stick to the shape because it only needs to be chamfered.
[0037]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, a groove leveling plate 12 capable of adjusting the leveling width by a slide long hole 25 and a set screw 26 is provided between both guide plates 2 and is made of iron. There is no need to do.
In addition, as a means for adjusting the overall length by sliding the two blades 1 together as described above, the same thing as the slide long hole 25 and the set screw 26 may be adopted on the blade 1 surface.
[0038]
FIG. 5 also needs to be explained because the bent groove leveling plate 13 that is bent to adjust the leveling width is also provided between the guide plates 2 in the same manner.
The one having the above-mentioned claw has a claw size of 130 mm, a tip width of 30 mm, a post-attachment end width of about 60 mm, and a groove leveling plate 12 or a bent shape at intervals of about 150 mm. What is necessary is just to attach to the lower side part of the groove leveling board 13 by a conventional means.
[0039]
FIG. 6 shows the frame of the attachment means 3 with an open rear part, the left figure shows the guide plate 2 and the right figure shows the bent groove leveling plate 13 attached. It is.
FIG. 7 shows an open type lower part of the frame of the attachment means 3, and the arrangement in the figure is the same as that in FIG. 6. Since attachment blades such as backhoes vary in size and configuration depending on the manufacturer, the attachment means 3 for attaching to the existing blade is made large, and a part of the frame of the attachment means 3 is opened as described above. Therefore, it should be possible to install even if there are obstacles.
[0040]
FIG. 9 shows an embodiment in which a wedge-shaped structure 14 is adopted to slightly raise the center of the pavement surface. However, the blade 1 is divided into two parts, and a side plate 27 is provided in both parts, and a cross section T-shaped therebetween. As shown in the figure, a wedge-shaped interval is formed on the upper side with a nut 29 having an appropriate thickness and tightened with bolts, and the lower side is directly bolted with both side plates 27 aligned.
FIG. 8 shows this as seen from the surface. Since there is a T-shaped iron plate, asphalt or the like does not enter backward.
Note that GL indicates the ground level, which indicates that the central portion is slightly higher. Of course, it goes without saying that the lower side of the blade 1 itself may be curved as described above without using the wedge-shaped structure 14.
[0042]
In addition, the edge of the blade 1 that is in contact with the road surface is slightly raised away from the road surface as the warped up portion 15, for example, asphalt mixture and crushed stone are mixed, but the size of the crushed stone is about 13 mm to 20 mm. Therefore, if the warpage is too large in relation to the pavement thickness, it will cause a ride-up phenomenon, so it may be about 10 mm.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
If the leveling device of the present invention is adopted, the efficiency is incomparably higher than that of the conventional case of only manual labor, and labor costs can be greatly saved.
In addition, because the pavement surface is created while adding the weight of the blade, the surface finish is smooth and beautiful. In addition, both sides of the pavement can be chamfered, which facilitates roller rolling work in post-construction.
[0044]
Compared to the commercially available hopper type that is connected to the blade of a power shovel, the delivery area for dumping material from the dump truck to the equipment is wide on the road surface itself, and the amount per delivery is large. Efficiency is good.
In any case, the weight of the device is as low as one third, and it has many advantages such as simple structure and low cost, easy to carry and can be assembled on site.
[0045]
The usage can be pushed by backhoe or towed by a dump truck, so it can be said that the selectivity of paving places and heavy equipment on hand has increased. In some cases, it can be used by attaching to an existing blade.
In addition, since the fixing angle of the guide plate 2 with respect to the blade 1 can be selected, in the case where one side of the road surface is a side groove, if only the guide plate 2 on the side groove side is fixed at a right angle, the composite material etc. It can prevent falling into the side groove.
[0046]
Furthermore, it is also possible to raise the center part of the pavement surface and to change the length of the blade 1 with an auxiliary blade or a sliding blade 1.
And, if necessary, a leveling device in the groove can be installed, and if the device has a claw, it is convenient for leveling in places that are hardened by natural rolling or frozen in winter. It is an excellent invention having a number of effects.
