Description

The present invention mounts and forms a new side groove cover in which a slit serving as a rainwater inflow portion is formed on the existing side groove upper surface such as a U-shaped groove that has already been laid, and the side groove upper surface provided with the new cover. The pavement formed on the road surface side is covered with a water-permeable pavement material such as water-permeable asphalt and rainwater is formed on the road surface. The present invention relates to a side gutter designed so as not to stay and a method for reforming an adjacent road.

In recent years, infrastructure such as roads has been rapidly improved, and a side groove for sewage having an upper surface represented by a U-shaped groove has been laid on the side of the road.
Here, a side groove cover is usually placed on the upper surface of the sewage side groove whose upper surface is typified by a U-shaped groove. However, this side groove cover is generally not fixed to the upper surface of the side groove. For this reason, there is a possibility of causing an accident by causing a noise problem due to rattling of the side groove cover, or a side groove cover stepped on by the vehicle jumping up and colliding with, for example, the windshield of the vehicle.
Furthermore, although this phenomenon is observed in recent years, various problems such as the side groove cover contacting with the side groove upper surface portion and the side groove cover being damaged due to backlash of the side groove cover have been piled up.
In view of the above circumstances, for example, a side groove lid that can be fixed with mortar has been invented (Japanese Patent No. 3934114).

Japanese Patent No. 3934114

In recent years, however, roads have been laid and re-developed using asphalt and other water-permeable pavement materials that are highly permeable, and even on roads adjacent to existing gutters. It is requested to lay with water-permeable pavement materials such as asphalt having excellent water permeability.

This is because a large amount of rainwater stays on the road due to a sudden and large amount of precipitation, so that obstacles such as hindering the passage of vehicles can be drastically reduced.

Here, when considering the structure of the road laid on the side of the existing side groove, generally, the upper surface of the side groove composed of the upper surface of the paved road and the U-shaped groove laid on the side of the road, for example. Are formed at the same height. That is, the height of the upper surface of the side groove is almost the same as the upper surface of the road or slightly higher than the adjacent road surface, regardless of whether the side groove cover is placed or not. It is considered a low position. This is due to consideration of smoothness on the road and drainage on the road.

In addition, in order to further improve drainage on the road, the conventional road is covered with a new lid provided with a slit through which rainwater passes in the center, for example, on the side groove blocked by the existing side groove lid, In recent years, it has been common to actively collect rainwater.

In addition, careful consideration has been given to pavement materials that pave the surface of roads, and ingenuity has been made in consideration of drainage. In recent years, pavement materials with excellent water permeability have been used for pavement surfaces on road surfaces. It is done frequently.

Therefore, in recent years, it has been a problem to make a structure that can efficiently take in rainwater not only through the upper surface slit of the new lid described above but also through the permeable pavement on the side groove side. It is.

Thus, the present invention has been devised to cope with the above-mentioned problems. For example, even when a paving material having water permeability is laid on the surface portion of the road adjacent to the existing side groove, the water permeability is reduced. Side gutters that can efficiently and smoothly guide rainwater that has passed through the pavement you have to the side gutters, and that the rainwater passages are not visible at all, and the side gutters that can easily reshape the adjacent roads. The object of the present invention is to provide a reconstruction method for the adjacent road.

If the side gutter and the adjacent road reconstruction method according to the present invention,
For example, even when laying a pavement material having water permeability on the surface portion of a road adjacent to an existing side groove, rainwater that has passed through the water-permeable pavement material can be efficiently guided to the side groove, and in appearance An excellent effect is obtained in that it is possible to provide a side groove and an adjacent road reshaping method that can easily re-form an existing side groove that is configured so that the passage of rainwater cannot be seen at all.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

First, FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 show a basic embodiment of the present invention.
The present invention also has an existing side groove 1 and, for example, an existing lid (not shown) placed on the upper surface of the existing side groove 1, and the adjacent groove surface 2 and the upper surface of the side groove are configured to be substantially flush with each other. And it is a reconstruction method for adjacent roads.
Here, when re-forming the existing side groove 1 and the adjacent road, first, the existing lid placed on the upper surface of the existing side groove 1 is removed.

This is to replace the newly installed lid 4 with much improved drainage performance such as rainwater collected on the road, excellent aesthetic appearance and safety.

Next, the upper part of the side groove cover receiving part 3 in the existing side groove 1 on the side adjacent to the road is cut to make the side groove cover receiving part 3 shallow.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 4 denotes a new lid, and as is understood from FIG. 1, the new lid 4 is provided with a substantially linear water-permeable slit 5 extending in the longitudinal direction at a substantially central position in the width direction. Yes. The slit 5 is formed so as to penetrate up and down the new lid 4.

The slits 5 are not formed entirely in the longitudinal direction of the lid in a straight line, but are closed by connecting walls 6. Further, reinforcing bars (not shown) are arranged in the connecting wall 6... Closing the slit 5 so as to extend in the width direction of the lid, and are not bent from the slit 5 portion.

Further, as can be understood from FIG. 1, the upper surface of the connecting wall 6... Is formed lower than the upper surface of the new lid 4, and the upper surface portion and both side surfaces of the connecting wall 6. The road 7 is configured.

By this rainwater introduction path 7, rainwater collected on the new lid 4 is smoothly guided to the rainwater introduction path 7 and smoothly introduced from the slit 5 into the side groove.

Of the end faces 8 in the width direction of the new lid 4, the end faces 8 that are not adjacent to the road have substantially vertically concave cutout portions formed by cutting out the end faces 8 in the thickness direction on both sides in the longitudinal direction. The formed notch portions function as mortar filling portions 9 and 9 described later.

Next, on the width direction end face 10 on the side adjacent to the road, a groove 11 that extends linearly toward the longitudinal direction of the new lid 4 is formed at the center in the thickness direction.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the longitudinal ends 12 and 12 of the new lid 4 are communicated with the groove 11 and the grooves, and are obliquely cut out to the bottom surface side of the new lid 4. Concave notched grooves 13 and 13 are formed. And the 2nd introduction path 14 of the rainwater which introduces rainwater inside a side groove is formed by the said groove 11 and the notch groove 13 connected to this.

Furthermore, the mesh member 15 is attached to the opening side, that is, the surface side of the concave groove 11 described above so as to close the opening.

This is to prevent dust or the like that has passed through the water-permeable pavement material 17 from entering the groove 11. Further, the water-permeable pavement material 17 is prevented from entering the groove 11 when laid.
The new lid 4 having the above configuration is placed on the opening of the existing side groove 1 to close the opening.

Next, the mortar filling portion 9 described above is filled with mortar so that the new lid 4 does not rattle and cannot be easily removed.

Here, although it is a road renewal laying work, as can be understood from FIG. 4, the road is paved with a non-permeable pavement material 16 such as asphalt or concrete up to the upper end position of the cut side groove cover receiving portion 3. .

However, the pavement work is performed with the water-permeable pavement material 17 from the position to the position up to the upper surface of the laid new lid 4.
At this time, the lower part 18 of the groove 11 that becomes the second introduction path 14 of rainwater provided in the new lid 4 and the surface height of the pavement 16 that does not have water permeability are laid so as to be substantially the same position. Construction shall be performed. This is because, for example, when the lower portion 18 of the groove 11 in the newly installed lid 4 is at a position higher than the surface height of the pavement 16 that does not have water permeability, rainwater accumulates at that location.

Here, how the rainwater is introduced into the side groove 1 when it rains on the road in the side gutter and the adjacent road reconstruction method according to the present invention will be described. It accumulates on the pavement material 16 which has passed through the pavement material 17 having and has no water permeability.
The accumulated rainwater flows into the side groove 1 through the second introduction path 14 provided on the end surface of the new lid 4 placed on the upper surface opening of the existing side groove 1 laid adjacently. It becomes.

Here, the opening of the second introduction path 14 provided on the end face of the new lid 4 is closed by the mesh member 15, but rainwater moves from the gap of the mesh member 15 to the second introduction path 14.

In addition, rainwater that cannot be drained and has accumulated on the surface of the permeable paving material 17 flows to the side of the new lid 4 of the side groove, and is discharged into the side groove 1 from the slit 5 provided at the center of the new lid 4. Will be.
As described above, according to the reforming method of the present invention, it is possible to construct a gutter having an excellent drainage effect and an adjacent road.

As is understood from FIG. 1, the new lid 4 used in this embodiment is a type in which a concave groove 11 serving as a second introduction path 14 is provided over the entire length of the end face. The lid 4 is placed in the gutter 1 laid on the side of a road having a relatively wide road.

Next, the structure of the new lid 4 shown in FIG. 2 will be described.
The new lid 4 shown in FIG. 2 is not a type that is placed in the side groove 1 that is laid on the side of the road having a relatively wide road, but is a road that has a middle width that is neither wide nor narrow. It is placed in the side groove 1.

Accordingly, the groove 11 is not provided on the end face in the width direction of the new lid 4 over its entire length, and the grooves 11 and 11 having a length of about one-seventh of the total length are provided on both ends in the longitudinal direction. Is provided.

And if it is the new cover 4 of the type shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 mentioned later, the mortar filling parts 9 and 9 can be formed also in the end surface 10 adjacent to a road.
In particular, the width for placing the lid of the existing side groove 1 is narrow, and when the new lid 4 is placed, there is no gap between the pair of side groove lid receiving portions 3 and 3 and the end surface in the width direction of the new lid 4. Sometimes, it is considered to form the mortar filling portions 9 and 9.

Moreover, FIG. 3 is different from the new cover 4 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, and this new cover 4 is mounted in the existing side groove 1 laid adjacent to a narrow road, Since the width of the road is narrow, the amount of rainwater that accumulates on the road is small, so that a road with sufficiently good drainage can be provided without forming a groove on the end face of the new lid 4.

The new cover 4 shown in FIG. 3 has no groove 11 on the end face adjacent to the road, and only the notch grooves 13 and 13 described above are formed on both end faces in the longitudinal direction. This is the second introduction path 14.
Since the road width is narrow, rainwater does not accumulate so much on the road, and the rainwater can be sufficiently drained by the second introduction paths 14 and 14 using only the cutout grooves 13 and 13.

The above-described new lid 4 shown in FIG. 1, the new lid 4 shown in FIG. 2, and the new lid 4 shown in FIG. 3 can be mixed and used in one road to be renewed.
That is, even if it is a roadside where the road is wide or a road where the road is narrow, it is shown in FIG. The new lid 4 is used.

However, it may be renewed by using the new lid 4 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 on the side of the road where the road width is narrow and rainwater is not expected to increase rapidly.
The upper surfaces of these new lids 4 have the same shape, and can be recognized as the same new lid 4 after laying.

In this way, the new lid 4 can be used properly depending on the road conditions, thereby reducing the product cost.
This is because the new cover 4 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 can be manufactured at a lower cost than the new cover 4 shown in FIG.
