Description

The present invention relates to a tripod support device, a tripod device, a tripod support member, and a tripod support method.

The tripod is connected to a top board (table) that supports various equipment such as surveying equipment (level, surveying target, transit or total station, etc.), telescope, camera, or lighting equipment. And three extendable legs. A pointed end is attached to the lower end of each leg so that positioning to the ground or the like can be performed easily.

However, when using a tripod in a place paved with asphalt or concrete or inside a building (indoors), it is often impossible to insert the tip into the ground. The tripod may fall due to contact with the material. For example, when surveying using a tripod, the surveying instrument falls with the tripod, and accidents frequently damage the expensive surveying instrument. In particular, a surveying instrument such as a total station is an extremely precise optical device, and its repair requires considerable costs. In fact, the exact amount of damage to surveying instruments due to falls has not been released, but experience has shown that one surveying instrument falls over every two to three years and needs repair. It is considered a thing. Specifically, it is estimated that about 10,000 units for the level and 20,000 units for the target are damaged by the fall.

In view of this problem, the inventor of the present application forms a support member mounting portion made of a hole or a groove on a tripod or another member attached to the tripod, and inserts a rod-shaped support member into the support member mounting portion, The technology which supports a tripod is proposed by arrange | positioning this support member so that it may extend in the weak direction to the fall of a tripod toward the ground from the said support member attaching part (refer patent document 1 and patent document 2). According to this technology, even if one of the legs of the tripod is lifted by the action of a gust or a collision object, the support member attached to the remaining legs supports the tripod so that the inclination of the tripod is suppressed. The tripod can be reliably prevented from falling.

Japanese Patent No. 4344409

However, even when the tripod is supported using the techniques of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 described above, any one of the tripods is lifted and attached to the leg by the action of wind or the like from a predetermined direction. When the support member lifted together with the legs or moved to a position where the inclination of the tripod cannot be sufficiently suppressed and a gust of wind or a collision object acts from another direction, the inclination of the tripod due to the action in the other direction is reduced. It cannot be suppressed by the support member, and tripping of the tripod may not be prevented.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to more reliably prevent tripping of a tripod and various instruments such as a surveying instrument mounted on the top plate of the tripod.

The tripod device according to the present invention is
A top plate (12) on which equipment is placed;
Three legs (40) connected to the top plate (12);
The support member mounting portion (95) formed of a hole or a groove formed in at least one of the leg portion (40) or another member (92) attached to the leg portion can be inserted into the support member mounting portion. A rod-like support member (80) arranged so as to extend in a direction weak against a tripod fall from the support member mounting portion toward the ground in the inserted state,
An insertion hole (99) for inserting a fixture (120) to be driven or screwed into the ground is formed at the lower end of the support member (80).

Furthermore, the tripod support member according to the present invention is:
A support member (80) for supporting a tripod (10) including a top plate (12) on which equipment is mounted and three legs (40) connected to the top plate (12),
The support member mounting portion is inserted into the support member mounting portion (95) formed of a hole or a groove formed in at least one of the leg portion (40) or another member (92) attached to the leg portion. It is formed in a rod shape so that it is arranged so as to extend in a direction weak to the fall of the tripod from the ground to the ground,
An insertion hole (99) for inserting a fixture (120) to be driven or screwed into the ground is formed at the lower end.

Still further, a tripod support method according to the present invention includes:
A method for supporting a tripod (10) comprising a top plate (12) on which equipment is mounted and three legs (40) connected to the top plate (12),
A rod-like support member (80) is inserted through a support member attachment portion (95) formed of a hole or a groove formed in at least one of the leg portion (40) or another member (92) attached to the leg portion. The support member is arranged so as to extend from the support member mounting portion (95) toward the ground in a direction weak to a tripod fall,
In a state where the support member (80) is inserted through the support member mounting portion (95), the fixture (120) is inserted into the insertion hole (99) formed in the lower end portion of the support member (80) from above. The lower end portion of the support member (80) is fixed to the ground by being inserted and driven or screwed into the ground.

According to the present invention, the fixing member is inserted into the insertion hole formed in the lower end portion of the rod-shaped supporting member that supports the tripod, and the fixing member is driven or screwed into the ground, so that the lower end of the supporting member is lifted or tripoded. It is possible to reliably prevent movement to a position unsuitable for support. Therefore, even when any leg of the tripod is lifted by the action of wind or the like and the support member mounting portion of the leg is moved, the support member attached to the support member mounting portion is inserted into the insertion hole. The tripod support function of the support member can be satisfactorily maintained because the state of being attached to the leg portion and the state of being fixed to the ground are maintained while rotating about the shaft portion of the fixture. Therefore, even if an action such as a gust of wind or a collision object from another direction occurs in a state where one of the legs is lifted by an action of a wind or the like from a predetermined direction, the support member can prevent the tripod from being tilted by the action in the other direction. It can suppress reliably. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably prevent tripping of a tripod and various instruments such as a surveying instrument mounted on the top of the tripod.

In addition, the same or similar code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member or site | part which is common in embodiment described below, and description is abbreviate | omitted. Further, in the following description, terms indicating a specific direction (for example, “up”, “down”, and other terms including them) are used, and the direction indicates a direction in the use state of the tripod. . Further, in the following embodiment, a tripod for surveying will be described, but the present invention is equally applicable to a tripod used for mounting various devices other than surveying devices (for example, a telescope, a camera, or a lighting device). it can.

1 and 2 show a tripod 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The tripod 10 can be suitably used when installing a surveying instrument on a relatively flat asphalt surface or concrete floor, and a table 12 that supports the surveying instrument such as a level, surveying target, transit, and total station. Have The top plate 12 has, for example, a substantially equilateral triangular planar shape.

As shown in FIG. 2, the top plate 12 has a circular opening (hole) 18 at the center. A fixing mechanism 20 for fixing a surveying instrument installed on the top plate 12 is provided below the opening 18. For example, the fixing mechanism 20 moves in the horizontal direction along a shaft 22 provided on the lower surface of the top plate 12, a guide 24 that can be fixed along the horizontal plane around the shaft 22, and a slot 26 formed in the guide 24. A possible screw 28 is provided. Three support shafts 34 parallel to each side of an equilateral triangle that is a schematic shape of the top plate 12 are provided at the peripheral edge of the top plate 12. A region surrounded by alternate long and short dash lines 36 a to 36 c indicating the axial direction of these three support shafts 34 forms an equilateral triangle, and the center of the triangular region coincides with the center 38 of the top plate 12.

The leg part 40 (40a-40c) is connected with the spindle 34 of the top plate 12. As shown in FIG. The leg portion 40 has a leg upper portion 42 and a leg lower portion 44, and the leg upper portion 42 and the leg lower portion 44 constitute a leg portion main body 41. The leg upper part 42 has two legs 46 arranged in parallel. The two legs 46 are connected to each other by an upper connecting portion 48 and a lower connecting portion 50, and a guide slot 52 of a guide portion having a predetermined cross section is formed between them.

The upper connecting portion 48 is connected to the support shaft 34. Therefore, the leg upper part 42 and the leg part 40 extend along the vertical plane passing through the center 38 of the top plate 12 with the support shaft 34 as the center, and extend outward from the storage position. Can swing between the open positions opened.

The upper connecting portion 48 and the lower connecting portion 50 are provided with belt attaching portions 104 and 106, and belts for hanging on the shoulder of the carrier when carrying the tripod 10 to these belt attaching portions 104 and 106. 110 can be attached.

As shown in FIG. 1, the lower connecting portion 50 is formed with an insertion hole 54 extending along the guide slot 52, and a leg lower portion 44 described later can be accommodated in the guide slot 52 through the insertion hole 54. is there.

The lower leg portion 44 has one leg 56. In the present embodiment, the leg 56 has substantially the same cross section as the guide slot 52 and the insertion hole 54, and is inserted into the guide slot 52 through the insertion hole 54. Therefore, the extension amount of the lower leg 44 (specifically, the leg 56) with respect to the upper leg 42 can be freely adjusted. In order to adjust the extension amount of the leg lower part 44 with respect to the leg upper part 42 and to fix the leg lower part 44 to the leg upper part 42, the lower connecting portion 50 of the leg upper part 42 is provided with a screw 58.

A stopper 60 having a shape larger than the cross section of the insertion hole 54 is provided at the upper end portion of the leg 56 to prevent the leg lower portion 44 from falling off from the leg upper portion 42.

As shown in FIG. 3, the legs 56 are a pair of straddling the rear surface portion 73 located on the center side (inner side) of the tripod 10, the front surface portion 74 facing the rear surface portion 73, and the rear surface portion 73 and the front surface portion 74. It is a rectangular tube-shaped member provided with side surface portions 75 and 76. A pair of upper and lower bolt insertion holes 78 and 79 are provided at the lower end of the leg 56. Specifically, the bolt insertion holes 78 and 79 are provided in the rear surface portion 73 and the front surface portion 74 of the leg 56. Bolts 100 and 101 for fixing the grounding member 62 to the legs 56 are inserted into the bolt insertion holes 78 and 79.

In this embodiment, one bolt 101 is integrally provided on a fixing member 92 described later, and the other bolt 100 is separate from the fixing member 92. However, both bolts 100 and 101 are fixed. The bolts 100 and 101 may be provided integrally with the member 92 or may be separated from the fixing member 92.

A grounding member 62 is fixed to the lower end of the leg main body 41, that is, the lower end of the leg 56 by a bolt 100.

The grounding member 62 includes a horizontal plate 63 arranged along a horizontal or substantially horizontal direction, a pair of rising plates 67 and 68 rising from the horizontal plate 63, a grounding member main body 64 depending from the horizontal plate 63, and a grounding member A pointed portion 65 protruding downward from the lower end of the main body 64 and a rib plate 66 straddling the grounding member main body 64 and the horizontal plate 63 are provided. The pointed portion 65 has a shape of a cone, a truncated cone, a pyramid, and a truncated pyramid whose cross section gradually decreases toward the tip (lower end). The grounding member 62 includes a connecting plate 69 straddling between the pair of rising plates 67, 68 and a pair of upper and lower cylindrical portions 70, 71 straddling between the pair of rising plates 67, 68. The bolts 100 and 101 can be inserted into the pair of cylindrical portions 70 and 71, and the interval between the cylindrical portions 70 and 71 is equal to the interval between the bolt insertion holes 78 and 79 of the leg 56.

When attaching the grounding member 62 to the leg 56, first, the pair of rising plates 67 and 68 are fitted into the lower end portion of the leg 56 from below the leg 56. Next, the bolts 100 and 101 are inserted into the bolt insertion holes 78 and 79 and the cylindrical portions 70 and 71 in a state where the bolt insertion holes 78 and 79 of the leg 56 are aligned with the cylindrical portions 70 and 71 of the grounding member 62. Subsequently, the ground member 62 is fixed to the lower end of the leg 56 by screwing the nut 102 to the tip of the bolts 100 and 101 and tightening the nut 102. At this time, a fixing member 92, which will be described later, is fixed to the leg 56 together with the grounding member 62, and a specific configuration thereof will be described later.

As shown in FIG. 1, a support member 80 for supporting the tripod 10 can be attached to the lower end portion of the leg portion 40. Although FIG. 1 shows a state in which the support members 80 are attached to all the leg portions 40, the support member 80 may be used by being attached to only one or two leg portions 40. Good.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, the support member 80 can be attached to the leg portion 40 via a fixing member 92 that can be attached to and detached from the leg 56 of the leg portion 40.

The fixing member 92 includes a mounting plate 81 that is attached to the leg 56, and a protruding portion 86 that protrudes from the surface of the mounting plate 81.

As shown in FIG. 4, the mounting plate 81 includes, for example, a rectangular base portion 82 fixed to the rear surface portion 73 of the leg 56, and perpendicularly from both ends of the base portion 82 to the back surface side with respect to the lateral direction of the rear surface portion 73. A pair of extending portions 83 and 84 extending. On the back surface of the base portion 82, a bolt 101 inserted through one bolt insertion hole 78 of the leg 56 is projected. Further, a bolt insertion hole 85 corresponding to the other bolt insertion hole 79 of the leg 56 is formed in the base portion 82, for example, below the bolt 101.

When fixing the fixing member 92 to the leg 56, first, the bolt 101 of the mounting plate 81 is inserted into one bolt insertion hole 78 of the leg 56 while the leg 56 is sandwiched between the pair of extension portions 83 and 84 of the fixing member 92. . Accordingly, the bolt insertion hole 85 of the mounting plate 81 is aligned with the other bolt insertion hole 79 of the leg 56. The bolts 100 are inserted into the bolt insertion holes 79 and 85 aligned as described above, and then the nuts 102 are screwed into the two bolts 100 and 101, respectively. (See FIG. 6).

In this embodiment, the fixing member 92 is fixed to the rear surface portion 73 of the leg 56, but the fixing member 92 may be fixed to the front surface portion 74 of the leg 56.

The protruding portion 86 is fixed to the base portion 82 of the mounting plate 81 by welding, for example. The projecting portion 86 includes a facing portion 87 disposed to face the base portion 82 of the mounting plate 81, an upper surface portion 88 straddling the upper end of the facing portion 87 and the base portion 82, a lower end of the facing portion 87, and the base portion 82. And a lower surface portion 89 straddling it. The protruding portion 86 forms a substantially cylindrical portion together with a portion of the base portion 82 facing the facing portion 87, and the hole 95 of the cylindrical portion serves as a support member mounting portion for mounting the support member 80. Yes.

In the present embodiment, the support member mounting portion is configured by the hole 95, but the support member mounting portion may be configured by a groove. In the present embodiment, the support member attachment portion is formed on the fixing metal 92, but the support member 80 may be directly attached to the leg portion 40 by forming the support member attachment portion on the leg 56.

As shown in FIG. 5, the opposing part 87, the upper surface part 88, and the lower surface part 89 which comprise the protrusion part 86 are all inclined with respect to the horizontal direction in the front view. Notches 90 and 91 are formed in the upper end portion of the upper surface portion 88 and the lower end portion of the lower surface portion 89, respectively, so that the support member 80 can be easily inserted into the hole 95.

For example, a metal is used for the fixing member 92, but the material of the fixing member 92 is not particularly limited, and for example, a resin can be used.

In the present embodiment, the support member 80 is made of a linear bar. However, the support member 80 does not necessarily have to be formed in a straight line shape, and may have a shape bent at a predetermined portion.

The support member 80 includes a stopper portion 96 provided at the upper end of the support member 80 to prevent the support member 80 from coming out of the hole 95 of the fixing bracket 92, and a lower end of the support member 80 for fixing to the ground. The fixed portion 98 provided and the intermediate portion 97 straddling the stopper portion 96 and the fixed portion 98 are provided.

The intermediate part 97 has the same cross-sectional shape over the entire length. In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the intermediate portion 97 is circular, but may be other than circular. The diameter of the intermediate portion 97 is slightly smaller than the distance between the base portion 82 and the facing portion 87 in the fixing bracket 92. Therefore, the intermediate portion 97 can be easily slid in the length direction with respect to the hole 95 in a state where the support member 80 is inserted into the hole 95 of the fixing bracket 92.

The stopper portion 96 is formed flat so as to have a width larger than the diameter of the intermediate portion 97. Specifically, the upper and lower surfaces of the stopper portion 96 in the attached state of the support member 80 shown in FIG. 11 are flat surfaces. The width of the stopper portion 96 is larger than the distance between the base portion 82 and the facing portion 87 in the fixing bracket 92. Therefore, in the attached state of the support member 80 shown in FIG. 11, the stopper portion 96 does not pass through the hole 95 of the fixing bracket 92, so that the support member 80 can be prevented from falling off the fixing bracket 92.

A protruding piece 102 is provided on the upper surface of the stopper portion 96. Therefore, for example, even when the support member 80 is inclined as shown in FIG. 8, the support member 80 is more reliably prevented from falling off the fixing bracket 92 by the protruding piece 102 being caught by the facing portion 97 of the fixing member 92. it can. As shown in FIG. 9, when the support member 80 is not used, the support member 80 is in a state along the leg portion 40 by locking the protruding piece 102 to the belt mounting portion 104 on the upper side of the leg portion 40. Can be held in.

Returning to FIG. 7, the fixed portion 98 is formed flat so as to have a width larger than the diameter of the intermediate portion 97. The width of the fixed portion 98 is larger than the distance between the base portion 82 and the facing portion 87 in the fixing bracket 92. In the mounted state of the support member 80 shown in FIG. 11, the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixed portion 98 are flat surfaces that are parallel to each other and inclined with respect to the length direction of the intermediate portion 97. Since the fixed portion 98 has a flat bottom surface 104, the fixed portion 98 can be stably placed on the ground.

The fixed portion 98 is formed with an insertion hole 99 for inserting a fixing tool such as a pin 120. In the attached state of the support member 80 shown in FIG. 11, the insertion hole 99 is disposed so as to penetrate the fixed portion 98 along the vertical direction. Therefore, the fixed portion 98 can be easily fixed to the ground by driving or screwing a fixing tool such as a pin 120 inserted into the insertion hole 99 from above into the ground. In addition, in a state where the fixed portion 98 is fixed to the ground by a fixing tool such as the pin 120, the support member 80 is rotatable about the shaft portion of the fixing tool. Therefore, even if the tripod 10 is tilted by the action of wind or the like and the fixing bracket 92 moves together with the leg portion 40, the support member 80 rotates around the shaft portion of the fixing tool inserted into the insertion hole 99, The state attached to the leg part 40 via the fixing metal fitting 92 and the state fixed to the ground can be maintained. Since the support member 80 rotates in this way, the fixed portion 98 of the support member 80 can be prevented from being lifted. Therefore, since it can suppress that the upward force from the to-be-fixed part 98 is applied with respect to the head of the fixing tool inserted in the penetration hole 99, it can prevent that a fixing tool comes off.

For example, a metal is used for the support member 80, but the material of the support member 80 is not particularly limited, and for example, a resin can be used.

As shown in FIG. 10, when attaching the support member 80 to the fixing member 92, first, the lower end portion of the support member 80 is inserted from above into the hole 95 of the fixing member 92 through the upper notch 90. At this time, the support member 80 is inserted into the hole 95 with the fixed portion 98 appropriately inclined so that the fixed portion 98 of the support member 80 having a relatively large width can pass through the hole 95.

After the fixed portion 98 of the support member 80 passes through the hole 95, the support member 80 is continuously inserted into the hole 95 in order from the lower side, and the lower end portion of the support member 80 is grounded. As a result, the support member 80 is attached to the leg portion 40 via the fixing bracket 92 in a state where the upper end portion of the intermediate portion 97 is inserted into the hole 95.

Subsequently, with the bottom surface 104 of the fixed portion 98 of the support member 80 placed on the ground, a fixing tool such as a pin 120 is inserted into the insertion hole 99 of the fixed portion 98 and the fixing tool is driven into the ground. The fixed portion 98 is fixed to the ground by screwing.

The support member 80 attached to the leg portion 40 via the fixing member 92 in this way is arranged so as to extend in a direction weak against the fall of the tripod 10 from the attachment portion to the fixing member 92 toward the ground.

Here, with reference to FIG. 12, “the direction in which the tripod 10 is vulnerable to overturning” will be described. FIG. 12 is a plan view schematically showing the tripod 10 installed on the ground. In FIG. 12, the position of the lower end of the leg 40a (grounding part) is represented by point A, the position of the lower end of the leg 40b (grounding part) is represented by point B, and the position of the lower end of the leg 40c (grounding part) is represented by point C. As a representative of the support member 80 attached to the three leg portions 40 (40a to 40c), the support member 80 attached to the leg portion 40c will be examined. For example, when the tripod 10 receives a force in the direction indicated by reference numeral 700, this direction becomes “a direction that is weak against the tripping of the tripod 10”, so that the tip of the support member 80 is grounded to a point a in the figure, The tripod 10 can be most reliably supported against the force indicated by the reference numeral 700. However, the tripod 10 can be supported by the support member 80 with a certain degree of strength even when the tip of the support member 80 is grounded at a point deviated from the point a to some extent. Further, for example, when the tripod 10 receives a force in the direction indicated by reference numeral 701, this direction is “a direction that is weak against the tripping of the tripod 10”, so that the tip of the support member 80 is grounded to a point b in the figure. Thus, the tripod 10 can be most reliably supported against the force in the direction indicated by reference numeral 701. However, the tripod 10 can be supported by the support member 80 with a certain degree of strength even when the tip of the support member 80 is grounded to a point that is somewhat deviated from the point b. As described above, the region of the ground contact point at the tip of the support member 80 that can support the tripod 10 is wide to some extent, and the tip of the support member 80 is connected to the points A, B and C in FIG. The tripod 10 can be supported with respect to forces in various directions by grounding at a point near the mounting portion of the support member 80 in the region R outside the obtained triangle T. Therefore, in this specification, the “direction weak against the fall of the tripod 10” refers to a direction from the attachment portion of the support member 80 toward a point in the region R.

According to the above embodiment, even when the tripod 10 is tilted by the action of a gust or a colliding object, the tripod 10 can be favorably supported by the support member 80, whereby the tripod 10 and the top plate of the tripod 10 are supported. 12 can be reliably prevented from overturning.

Moreover, since the fixed portion 98 of the support member 80 is fixed by a fixture such as a pin 120 that is driven or screwed into the ground, the lower end of the support member 80 is lifted or moved to an inappropriate position for supporting the tripod. Can be surely prevented. Therefore, even when any leg portion 40 of the tripod 10 is lifted by the action of wind or the like and the fixing bracket 92 of the leg portion 40 moves, the support member 80 attached to the leg portion 40 via the fixing bracket 92 is In order to maintain the state of being attached to the leg portion 40 and the state of being fixed to the ground while rotating about the shaft portion of the fixture inserted into the insertion hole 99, the support member 80 has a tripod support function. Can be maintained well. Therefore, even if an action such as a gust of wind or a collision object from another direction occurs in a state where any one of the leg portions 40 is lifted by an action of a wind or the like from a predetermined direction, the inclination of the tripod 10 due to the action of the other direction is reduced. It can be reliably suppressed by the support member 80. Therefore, the tripping of the tripod 10 and various instruments such as the surveying instrument mounted on the top plate 12 of the tripod 10 can be more reliably prevented.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the above-described embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
